Because it was raining, the line was pretty long -- clearly everyone had the same idea we did! We waited our turn and had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Torri at the front desk. Let me just say... she was AMAZING. She was the only one checking people in, handling the store area, and making sure guests exited properly with wristbands checked. Despite how busy it was, she was incredibly kind, patient, quick, and apologetic for the wait. You could tell she genuinely cared about every family walking through that door. I also had a couple interactions with Melissa at the café while purchasing drinks and waters. She was so kind and accommodating -- and she was running the café solo on a very busy, rainy day! Both of these women were working so hard. I even witnessed Torri having to handle a difficult situation with a guest who tried to enter without properly checking in. She handled it professionally, calmly explained the policy, and stood her ground respectfully -- even when the guest tried to escalate things. It was impressive to watch her maintain composure under pressure. The only unfortunate part of our visit was that the location appeared incredibly understaffed for the volume of people (it looked like 150+ guests). Two staff members managing everything -- check-in, café, store, monitoring, and guest flow -- is a lot, and I genuinely hope management considers additional support for both guest experience and staff safety. That said, it did not ruin our day at all. My family works in customer service too, so we were happy to stay patient and wait our turn. Torri and Melissa truly made the experience wonderful. We made sure to thank them because they absolutely deserved it! Overall, this is a fantastic place for kids to play and have a blast -- and Torri deserves major recognition for her professionalism, kindness, and grace under pressure. Every time we visit, I see staff actively cleaning and making sure everything is running smoothly, which I really appreciate as a parent. When it came time to book my children's birthday celebration, I didn't even think twice. We've attended several birthday parties here over the years and have always had a great experience. The kids love it, and the location has plenty of convenient parking for guests. I recently attended a tasting event and was pleasantly surprised by the food. The pizzas were delicious, the turkey sandwich was amazing, and the sides were great as well. It's wonderful to have food options available for birthday celebrations and other special events. I also want to give a special thank you to Vickie. She has been incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout the planning process. I've probably sent her more questions than I can count, and she always replies quickly and is happy to help. During our visit, there were multiple incidents where older children were acting aggressively toward younger kids. In one case, a child who appeared to be around 6 years old shoved my 2-year-old son in the face hard enough to knock him down and make him cry. While the child's parent addressed her own child, I never saw any staff member monitoring the area or stepping in to help de-escalate the situation. I don't expect employees to babysit children, but in a busy indoor play facility there should be some level of active oversight to help ensure younger children can play safely. The environment felt more like a free-for-all than a supervised family play space. Our son recovered quickly, but the experience left us disappointed and uncomfortable. We likely won't be returning unless there is a greater staff presence in the play areas.

There are many places for kids to bounce around and test their skills, they even had a dodgeball area where they could play with the other kids which was a lot of fun. i loved that they have a snack bar with many different items like pizza, mozzarella sticks and chicken strips. Many different drink options as well. This was nice since we didnt have to leave to go eat somewhere and come back. The girls were right back to playing as soon as were done. When we got there, a man was doing maintenance on the playground and told us it would be about an hour before we could enter. My son, who has autism, was understandably upset, so I took him next door to the pet store to help distract him while we waited. After an hour, we returned--only to be told it would be another 30 minutes. At that point, I asked if my sons' memberships were active through Regional Center. The employee flipped through a notebook and couldn't even locate one of my son's memberships. We left because my son's patience was gone, which is directly related to his autism. This entire experience left a very sour taste. If a business offers social recreation services through Regional Center, accurate hours and organized membership records are essential. What's even more upsetting is that I later discovered Regional Center was charged for six months of membership, even though we never attended or used the membership at all. I never signed a contract agreeing to ongoing charges. I also received a text stating the membership would not be active if we didn't attend--yet they still billed Regional Center. Also, never extended services. Between the inaccurate hours, lack of accommodation, disorganization, and billing issues, I would not recommend this business to Regional Center families.
