I usually go to Delice for treats and pastries, but enjoyed dinner there for the first time…read morerecently. It was surprisingly busy on a Friday night, but we were seated quickly and service was fast. Two of us shared the French onion soup and Cobb salad, and both were excellent. The salad was huge and the blue cheese dressing we selected to go with it was great. We selected pastries to go (the chocolate-dipped almond horns are our favorite) and we will be back often!

If you plan to get to-go, you go to the to-go counter and they take your order. This time, we ate for here. Once we were seated with our menus, the staff probably took 10-15 to take our orders, which was a bummer. Though the place was pretty empty (we went really at 11 AM), the staff wasn't efficient enough. For drinks, we got the Cafe au lait and cappuccino. Again, these two didn't hit. The Cafe au lait was really watered down, and it sort of tasted like tea?? Nothing like the cafe au laits I've had in the past. My friend got the cappuccino, and I heard from her that the cappuccino was mediocre. We decided to share pastries: the mille feuille aux fraises, porcupine, and kouign-amann. The mille feuille is considered to be a local favorite! This pastry was good overall, but the Napoleon was really hard and there was a lot of cream. Plus, there were minimal strawberries. We ordered the porcupine because it was so interesting.. I don't think I've seen anything like this anywhere else. However, I felt like the porcupine was the most disappointing. There is a thick layer of chocolate coating, and the inside is a cake, chocolate, I presume? (The flavor lacked richness, so I literally had no idea what I putting in my mouth). In between the two layers of chocolate cake, there was thick cream and rasberry jam. It looked good, though, like a black forest cake! The kouign-amann was the best pastry we tried today. It was perfectly sweet, but I feel like it should be more airy and crunchy. The kouign-amann here is really dense and stiff. However, I don't think this pastry was a loss because of the perfection in sweetness. Im glad I gave Delice a try, but I don't think I'll be back.

Because I had to try these famous fluffy pancakes .... Especially when I saw they had a Dubai chocolate and pistachio pancake! I walked in and the place was clean and full of happy people. I was seated promptly at the bar and my order was taken quickly. My Dubai pancakes came out fast. I ordered two pancakes in a stack and was a little worried that I wouldn't be able to finish them because they were quite large! Needless to say... I finished with ease and was quite proud of myself! The pancakes were fresh, fluffy, and spongy. The perfect combination... Exactly what a pancake should be! My only regret is that I didn't try multiple flavors of cake cakes. Next time when I go back, I will try to diversify!

Endless refill on coffee that was unexpectedly excellent quality. No need to rely heavily on creamer to mask that burned taste from a communal, industrial pot. She advised us portions were large so we opted to split the pot of gold breakfast with half gravy and half chile verde. They plated it, as well as our split heavenly hot cakes, separately. We upgraded our pancakes to have bananas, caramel, and whipped cream, and they generously portioned said toppings on *both of our plates*. And holy god was that whipped cream delicious. I only wish their space was bigger and tables were less cramped, what with the plates, coffee cups, and sauces.

Definitely recommend giving it a try, even for a drink that's not caffeinated. Thank you for taking such good care of us, Loki Coffee! I personally recommend the Peach Please as well as the Spring Fling! Both are vibrant and flavorful, but the Peach Please stole my heart (as an aficionado of peachy fruity deliciousness). Please support this local shop and give them some love!

We ordered a few drinks to go on a Sunday before hitting up the NHM. I ordered an ube latte and their juice drink special (sparkling water, local orange juice and mango syrup) for our daughter while my husband ordered a cortado. I wasn't too impressed by the ube latte. I must have misread what was in the drink because I was drinking crumbled ube cookies and the drink was just a little too sweet for me. My husband thought his cortado was more of cappuccino because of how much milk was in it. I thought the juice special was good and my daughter enjoyed it. We'll swing by again, especially for those delicious looking pastries!

Well, I must have loved it since I went twice!! First day tried the BLT as well as a chocolate croissant which is to seriously die for, it is a must. Kiaya (lord I hope that is right) was my server and she was excellent. I had a Pellegrino Blood Orange soda along with my lunch and loved the salad dressing as well! The sandwich was with 1/2 salad and 1/2 potatoes, yum yum. The second time, I had Connor (he will remember Sheldon) who served me. He was awesome. I tried out a blueberry mimosa, an iced mocha and a water (I had been walking a lot and was tired and thirsty, don't judge). Then I just wanted that dang BLT again! I also ordered another almond chocolate croissant (I know, I know, should have tried something else). Well I did get a cookie too! My lunch was taking a little long, so they also brought out a couple of pastry items to try as well, so yum yum! The Chocolate Macaroon was also so wonderful and I cannot say enough about this quaint spot. It did fill up during lunch on the Thursday, so get there early or late! PROS: Main street, easy access from transportation/offices Great selection of homemade pastries Nice choices for drinks (obviously, I tried a few) Super quaint bistro style inside Outside seating under shade and a tree Attentive and exceptional employees (CONNOR) CONS: Parking may be an issue, although some on-street parking available DON'T THINK, JUST GO! Lots of choices.

A friend suggested we stop in, and I'm really glad we did because this place took me right back to our vacation. First off, I can't believe this spot has been here for a while and I somehow never knew about it. It's a small, cozy place with a great local feel, and you can tell right away that the food is authentic. I ordered the standard Ćevapi, and honestly, it tasted just like what I had while traveling through the Balkans. Fresh, flavorful, comforting, and exactly what I was hoping for. You can tell this is food made with pride and tradition. The owner was incredibly friendly, and we ended up having a great conversation about the food, Bosnia, and his story. After hearing he's originally from Bosnia and brought his family recipes with him, it all made sense why the food felt so authentic. Places like this are special because they're not trying to be trendy -- they're simply serving real food, made the right way. If you enjoy Balkan food, or even if you've never tried it, give this place a shot. Great food, kind people, and a hidden gem in the area. I'll definitely be back to work my way through more of the menu.
