I always was afraid to take my mom car to a carwash. I have a Highlander 2020 and it's the best suv a mom can ask for. The worker Leo washed my suv by hand and it was the best wash it's had. I came shortly back with my husband's car and even the VIP wash through the car wash machine it was a great wash and the experience there was good. The cashier was so helpful with giving me the hours of operation of the carwash. Will be back even if I live right next to a car wash. They open when they have staffing available to clean cars. I live nearby so I caught them one Friday and that is what they told me. So I said whatever, I'm just glad they have someone to clean my car today. I got a ticket billing for 25 bucks or was it 24.99 or something, got coffee nearby and came back to an hour later and when I went in to the gas station to pay, they charged me an additional 5 bucks. The man behind the counter didn't tell me, he just charged me more without explaining. I saw my total and asked why it was higher than the bill receipt I had on hand and he said because I had a jeep. I mean I would have appreciated it if he told me before charging me. So since then I'd rather drive far for a car wash than go to them which is a minute away from my home. Terrible job! They left my interior caked with interior dressing. This stuff isn't supposed to left as a layer on top There were also countless spots missed. Missed half my dash. I literally had to come home and wipe the interior down myself. read more

I keep trying to give them a chance at a decent car wash. But they continue to fail me. I live right around the corner from The Canyon Crest Car Wash. I continue to return as a matter of convince. I can get a car wash, over-priced gas, run in to Ralph's and the UPS store. But time and time again I get slow service and a terrible car wash. Today I did all my errands and when I walked back to the car wash with an arm full of groceries my car was still at the vacuum station. I had to have been gone 40 minutes or more. I had expected to put my milk and eggs in the car and go home. Instead I waited another 35 min. Then when my car was finally done, it looked like no one had vacuumed it or cleaned the inside windows. My 10 year old son can do a better car wash than these guys. (And he only charges $5) NEVER AGAIN will I support this business. read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE - EVER!!! NEVER EVER, NEVER EVER!!!!!! Very disappointed!!! The car interior didn't get a wipe and was just as dusty as when I brought it in. Also, the interior vacuum was dismal at best. I have no idea how these guys stay in business. $25 for NOTHING!! The exterior was hardly touched. Rude greeting, rude cashier, very nice guy that final finished my car but the towels were dirty so windows were streaked and exterior of car was water stained with drops. He did try and was very friendly. To begin with, only one lane was open for wash but the other lane was empty and there was no sign indicating that it was for gas only. I had to drive all the way around to the one open lane and I mentioned that they should have a sign saying the other lane was open for gas only. She said "ANYONE WITH COMMON SENSE should have known that the other lane was closed". When I asked her if she meant I had no common sense she backtracked. I pass by this place all the time and they are always busy, so I decided to give it a go. I guess I should of checked their reviews before going there.‍ I took my van to get a fast mini detail. Upon arriving home, I notice that they did a horrible job with the interior. I spent another 30 minutes vacuuming and wiping down the interior. I gave it three stars because Cipriana (the cashier) was very friendly and the exterior of my van looks good. I recommend this place only for a regular car wash and no added services. I spent 39.99 on the service and tipped the guys a $10. Please inspect before leaving. read more

I took my car to be washed and cleaned today paid for the works (the more expensive of the 3 options) the car not cleaned completely, the front bumper still had dirt that easily wiped off with a cloth, the inside wasn't wiped down, i get my car washed every 2 weeks and their was visible pieces of trash in my center console not thrown out and dust/fibers on my dash board showing it wasn't wiped down, can't believe i tipped 25% should of looked at the car before tipping ‍ I will not be coming back here read more

No stars at all. When my car was finished I noticed a crack in the windshield towards the very top. I asked the attendant and he said that it looks like someone shot my car with a pellet gun. I then asked the manager and he said it cracked when the water hit my window. There was nothing wrong with my window when I dropped my car off. It actually looks like someone dropped a cleaning solution bottle on the top of the windshield when they where cleaning my sunroof and windshield. They said they couldn't help me and that it was my problem not there's. read more

I wish I couLd give less than this. I paid for my car wash after being told it would be an hour and a half. I came back after running some errands in the center an hour and a half later and now it's TWO more hours. A 3 and a half hour car wash is a bit unreasonable. When I asked i was told I i could bring it back tomorrow. I went inside for a refund and the guy couldn't even work the cash register to give me a refund so he pulled random cash out of the register and handed it to me making his own cash count off. This place has a reputation for being chronically slow and doing a horrible job to boot. I'm extremely frustrated and I'm not sure what kind of establishment is being run here. I have the unlimited Car Wash Membership and I come every week. The rest of the staff are very courteous except for this Old Lady that is always rude to me. I always show my ACTIVE membership card from my phone which includes my name, the make and model of my car and other pertinent information. She always always asks me to write my name and "checks" the membership first. I almost have to make sure my son is in daycare before I come here because it's always a hassle to deal with here. First time here, giving two stars cause the guys I interacted with outside were very nice. I have a full on "Mom" car with carseat and lots of stuff which I put in a box and bags so that the car could be vacuumed with little shuffling. I even checked with the vacuum guy if it worked for him and he said yes. I left nothing in the cup holders. Sadly I tipped before finding the following as I was in a hurry after a 50 min wait: Back center console cup holders not vacuumed or cleaned in any way. Passenger side carpet next to door not vacuumed. Third row carpet not vacuumed at all. They left a dirty cleaning rag in the car seat. Outside, at eye-level, small bird poop spots. They seem short handed and after speaking with someone who has used them before, they are often a long wait. $25 car wash + $5 tip I wished I hadn't left. read more

I got my car washed here 2days ago. I payed for the works, which includes tire dressing and wheel bright. They did nothing to my wheels or tires. They did not spray the air freshener that I asked for. When I got in my car the driver's seat was almost completely reclined, and the mid seat backs were left in the forward positions. My windshield looked as if it had been wiped with a dirty rag and was so hazy that I could barely see in the sunshine. Just so you know, this is the first negative review I have ever written on Yelp. Maybe I came on a good day (which is today), but every worker I encountered here was very sweet. Prices were decent, $15 for a regular wash, and all the washers were extremely efficient. The only flaw I could think of, which is why I left out a star was the wait time. I came around 10:30am and left an hour and a half later. There was a huge line though and the Riverside sun was very unforgiving today so to be honest, I don't have much to complain about. I would recommend dropping off your car and eating at any of the restaurants inside Canyon Crest Town Center! Also, if you notice some dirty spots that weren't taken care of, they are more than willing to clean it off for you. P.S. The person at the register was a very kind woman so I think it's safe to ignore the Yelp reviews regarding the very rude male. He has hopefully been fired. read more

Very disappointed! Have given this car was several tries. The guys are in too much of a hurry to get the next car finished it seems like they miss most of yours, (or mine, in this case). We are a small car dealer, so go through a lot of cars and always need to have cleaned up before showing. For the last time I took a car in last weekend and for the 2nd time now my 91 express lanes transponder is missing. Nothing like going to get in the fast track in heavy traffic to find no transponder that's always there. I thought maybe I misplaced it the first time and did not want to accuse. The first time I went the job was bad but I thought maybe it was that time or the person I got. The car was pretty dirty but they didn't bother to wipe the dashport I promised myself not to go back but i forgot about my bad experience and i went back and again dirty and dirtier than the first time. I am always happy to give good reviews, but this place definitely deserves a warning label. They will leave any trash that the vacuum didn't pick up at the first pass and I hope you don't have waterspots. This is the second time I try them, but this time I had the displeasure of being referred to their manager. What a truly rude man. I paid for "the works" which has 3 different kinds of waxes but apparently doesn't include any removal of waterspots (only on one side of the vehicle and has never been an issue in other places). I said ok!! Let's do the additional acid wash! He said he would do it for free, but his manners were so awful I did not want to accept any freebies. Since I was not allowed to pay for the extra service I just left. This should not reflect at all on the gas station staff who have been really polite and friendly. read more

Been taking my truck here about a year since it was new. There's only one person here that's ever done a great job on it that's Quincy. Every time I go and he's not there I leave beyond disappointed. It's a black truck. I get it...but damn. If I can see it's still filthy sitting in the waiting area...almost 2 hours mind you...how can the person cleaning not? I signed up for their unlimited monthly washes. I pay $30 a month which is fair if I were getting a decent job. When I show the person cleaning it 10 things he's missed and he's unapologetic there's a problem. I tip the guys very well...but today I just couldn't give a dime. On my way to another car wash. I think my visits here are done. They lost a good customer. On another note...they don't give cash back at the register. I don't carry cash. The atm machine doesn't work...had to walk across to another business to get cash to tip. Doesn't make any sense. Other businesses have no issue giving cash back. Set a limit of $10 even. I dropped off my car to get washed and 45 min later it had only moved 2 spots forward and had been vacuumed (not even well). When I asked to take my car the owner told me it would be $5.00 for the vacuum. They had 3 employees running the entire car wash on a Monday morning during the summer. NEVER GO THERE! read more

This place is amazing. They got all the holiday travel out and off of my black Jetta. I traveled with 4 dogs two of them are Great Pyrenees.
