Luz is simply THE BEST!! My first appointment was for color. She and her assistant did a good -ish job, but it was still not quite right. I needed someone who could figure out what has been going wrong at 2 other salons where the stylists couldn't get my hair color- a warm brown- to look right, and always had too much blonde in it--it was disastrous and I was always unhappy. On my 2nd appointment with Luz, we had another conversation about it and she had a lightbulb moment and knew that a big color correction had to happen first. 3 1/2 hours later, having done 4 treatments my hair was EXTREMELY better!!! Luz has been coloring my hair since 2004. She is absolutely incredible!! Every time I see her she asks 'what do want to do' and my answer is always 'whatever you want!' Not once have ever been disappointed or not loved how my hair has turned out! Last year we started adding a few tape in extensions to my hair.
