This spot is new to Flushing and is a very small with aesthetic interior. There is a huge ramp so I am assuming it's wheelchair accessible Coffee was pretty yummy even tho the egg cream was hella thiccc (like with 3 c's lol) so the mixing actually took some effort and I do not recommend sipping without a straw as we couldn't get much coffee through the egg cream layer. They offer 100%, 50% and 30% sweetness. We got 50% (seems like the baseline regular)and 30% (for the less sweet peeps even tho it was still quite sweet). They seemed kinda the same to me tbh. It brings something novel to the city that is bustling with boba shops My overall impressions of Caphe are positive. This cafe is a cute little spot for a morning refresher or something fruity. The menu isn't that extensive but they have a variety of drinks. We came here mid day so it wasn't busy but we still had to wait quite a bit for our drinks. I have seen this place all over my social media and I knew that I wanted to try out this place since I love a good Viet coffee. My friends and I decided to come here around 12:30 on a Sunday - there was no wait so we ordered on the self-ordering machines and the drink was ready within 5 mins. You can also order ahead for pick up if you are worried about a long wait. The place itself was super cute - there was some seating inside. They have a variety of drinks on the menu but I knew that I wanted to try the cream coffees. I decided to get the black seasme cream viet coffee. The viet coffee was really nice and I liked that you can pick how much condense milk you wanted to add to it - I got the 100% which I thought was perfect for me but you prefer a more bitter coffee then 50% might be better. I would say the black seasme cream was not super heavy in flavor, but the viet coffee itself was absolutely delicious. When in Flushing, I made this Viet coffee place a priority to visit. The shop name translates to "black coffee," but you'll definitely want to try one of their cream-topped drinks. I tried the ube cream coffee, and one of the nice things is that it allowed for customization of condensed milk. 50% condensed milk and the ube cream made it not too sweet, and mixing the ube cream into the coffee gave the drink such a smooth and rich flavor. If you're not into coffee, there are plenty of other teas, refreshers, and small bites to enjoy. The inside is pretty small, so it isn't great for big parties or those looking to stay and do work, but definitely stop by to give this a try! I enjoyed it. If I were to order again, I would like to try it with 30% sugar to see how it compares. The pandan coconut bun was fluffy, not too sweet with a mild pandan flavor, and nice coconut flakes on top. It's not available all the time though. Overall the food and drink was good, just I think it's a little pricey for the size. There are 2 kiosks to order from when you walk in. What I find odd is that before you pay, the machine automatically adds an 18% tip, unless you adjust it yourself. This is the first time I've seen this, so pay attention when checking out. read more

Ordered an Egg Cream Coffee from Uber Eats this evening and let me just say this coffee HIT! I like my coffee to taste nice and strong but also sweet at the same time so this coffee hit the spot. A few things I'll point out: my cup did not have nearly as much cream as I'm seeing in other reviews. I'm not sure If this because it was a delivery order - so this specific point does not affect my overall rating. The ice they used is CRUSHED which in my opinion is top tier the best ice you can use in an iced coffee (very similar to coffee bean ice if you've had that). Another thing - if you have a sweet tooth but still want your coffee to taste like coffee, I recommend getting 50% condensed rather than the full amount. This made the coffee to be the perfect amount of sweetness while still tasting the egg cream and coffee. The reason for 4 stars is because of the price. This drink does not make sense to me to be that expensive. I don't know it seems way too overpriced in my opinion but I indulged today to give it a try and say I've tried it once. Don't think I can come here all the time to get this (maybe on payday though). read more
