They detailed everything on their report in a way that was easy for me to present to the builder and for the builder to follow up and make necessary repairs. I would especially like to note how important it was for me to add the sewer line inspection. The added cost was SO insignificant compared to the $14k repair that was needed based on the inspection findings. Thankfully Home run found it and gave me all of the info I needed to submit it to the builder for warranty repair. It helped me save out of pocket expenses down the road AND the frustration of plumbing issues that could have been caused. It seems you try to bully and have every review not in your favor deleted as not to resolve any issues but to try to cover up your lack of follow though and credentials. I do not care if you have have reported this I also will contact Yelp and every other social media outlet including the BBB and the licensing board for engineering to file an official complaint on how we were miss led and ripped off by your inflated pricing and claims to be so thorough. You inspected our two story home with binoculars. Need we say more. We hired A-Plus, more specifically, Chris. We communicated that we would need someone who is an engineer ( which another engineer who came out informed us he is not ) to do a thorough inspection of our 12 mo old, new build that had bathroom tile cracking vertically and horizontally floor to ceiling wall to wall in all bathrooms. We needed our foundation checked also we communicated the need to hire someone who could be an advocate for us when speaking to our builder. He agreed talked a ton about himself and how thorough his inspections are and that he could absolutely help. He took about 2 hours charged us 800, did not put the bathrooms on the report, and let us know he inspected our 2 story roof with binoculars. This is our 3rd home purchase and 4th time using a home inspector, We are beyond disappointed with A-plus inspection we were told anything we wanted to hear with zero follow through. Do yourself a favor and save yourself from being ripped off by a company who is all talk. We have now been involved with other engineers and inspectors who are helping us navigate the serious issues surrounding the horrendous work done by the builder causing major issues with our home. Thankfully we found a stand up inspector and real Engineer to assist us in getting the help we so desperately needed. If A-plus reads this I want a refund my 800 that I paid for an inspection that was not even close to a thorough inspection. Had zero follow thorough and to date the most inefficient (especially to claim you were checking the foundation as a engineer) we have ever had. Our new actual engineer we hired was shocked that there were major items not documented or inspected. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Well I've never written a review about it but what i saw today was enough for me to say something. Driving on the already dangerous hwy 290, I see one of the Dudley trucks, fully decked out and representing his company, weave in between cars behind me. He comes up beside me and tailgates, with mere inches of space between, the car in front of him until there's enough room to cut the person off in the next lane. It was aggressive and dangerous driving - something we don't need more of here! I wanted to bring this to your attention and to the company's attention because it's such a poor representation of the company and I can be sure to never hire them for my house inspections.
