Pb&J, Absolute madness! Perfect way to cap off a great day or fix a bad one.
    Ryan W.

I ordered it pick up and It delivered............PB&J was swamped with deliciousness but the crust remained crispy. My new fav go-to!

BURNT pizza in the box when I got home with it.

2026, June 07. Other than the pizza was burnt, what wasn't burnt was good. (See attached photo) I could not believe that the kitchen staff allowed this burnt pizza out of the kitchen. Is this is the standard of quality that they feel is acceptable? Then to charge $20 for a one ingredient small pizza just adss insult to injury. I have been going to Capitol pizza since it open and I have noticed their quality of food preparation over the last 3 or four months has been in decline. I think I will go only to Atomic Pizza for the next 2-3 months and give them time to replace the kitchen staff. Good Luck. Check your pizza before you leave with it.

Atmosphere was dope because of the dog

Discount not applied: Went to capital because they had a $5 off of a $25 purchase discount through campus cash. After redeeming the discount, eating, and receiving the bill, my boyfriend and I thought the price of the check seemed a bit steep. 4 sides of ranch ($.50 each), and one capital carnivore pizza ($27.99) should total $26.99 with the coupon. The tab we received was $31.99. Our server Sarah, who had beautiful eyes might I add, forgot to discount the price, even though she confirmed she discounted the pizza. Food was mid, service was great, Sarah is very pretty, very upset with the principal. $5 is a relatively small amount of money, but the PRINCIPAL is most important to us.

    Hot honey pepperoni pizza

Came here tonight after the football game and the pizza was fantastic and Penelope was absolutely killing it behind the bar. Service and pizza were both on point , would highly recommend. We will definitely come back next time we are in town.

Jalapeño Popper Pizza on a cauliflower crust (so good)!
    Lauren S.

Service with a smile and the best cauliflower pizza I've ever had. We started with this fun antipasto plate, with a side of Greek dressing. Presentation was so much fun, with leftovers to spare. The hubby and man-child shared a traditional pepperoni, not so traditional crust was folded and packed with cheese. I had the Jalapeño Popper pizza on cauliflower crust. Ridiculously good. Crispy crust, gooey toppings. Live music created a fun vibe. Can't wait to come back.

Biggest stand alone feature is the cauliflower crust. Limited drinks, primarily wine. On the costly side.

Our very favorite pizza place. Always good service and love the topping options and home-made taste. Try it if you haven't yet!

Absolutely some of the best craft pizza in town. Service is even better. You will not regret giving it a try!

Awesome place! The white pizza is a MUST. They also have really good tiramisu. The guys that work…read morethe counter are so nice. Lots of seating inside. I can't wait to go back next time I'm in Lubbock.

What...was that?…read more Perhaps that's the issue. I remember what One Guy's used to be. It was formerly a place that I'd recommend to anyone visiting from out of town as a local favorite. It was a place I went when I cared less about convenience and using a coupon for some chain pizza and instead wanted something absolutely delicious. Sadly, it's not that anymore. The salad out front was decent enough, albeit pretty basic and definitely nothing special. The calzone was watery. Yes, watery. I don't even know how or why, but there was an excessive amount of watery liquid coming out of it. The pepperoni pizza was decent enough, but definitely no better than you're going to get from a chain, or (I can't believe I'm saying this) frozen. The sauce was particularly off-putting and gave me a different kind of nostalgia than I thought I would get eating here. It reminded me of eating Chef Boyardee vlin microwavable bowls as a kid. I was told that after taking the leftovers home and trying them the next day, they were even worse reheated. I didn't have that misfortune myself as I was done with it after the meal. The service was adequately good, but there was no crowd like I would have expected, and it's easy to see why. I'm fully aware of the reasons things may have gone a different direction (specifically downhill) at One Guy's and that there are now more options in town. I just hoped that this location still had some of that pizazz that made it special. Sadly, I was disappointed.
