I got the Pulled Pork Burger that was a wonderful combination of sweet n spicy. Sweet BBQ sauce and spicy from the Jalapeno's. Topped with smoked pulled pork and a very tasty burger all piled high on an amazing homemade brioche bun. Their cheeseburger was very indulgent and reminiscent of In-n-Out's salad type burger. It included a bounty of vegetables that were fresh & crisp with clearly homemade pickled cucumber. I loved this! The sauce was abundant, so much so, it spilled onto my hoodie. I wished the sauce they used was more complex, as it tasted like a simple mayo and ketchup concoction. The beef was juicy and flavorful which was encased by a pillowy bun. The fries were also reminiscent of In-n-Out. I wasn't a fan but I somehow thought they would be homemade and more complex since the menu is so simple. Take my critique with a grain of salt. I am not a french fry lover but have a soft spot for Belgian fries so I don't eat fries very often. My friend gobbled up the fries and enjoyed them very much as most people would. We cut each burger into smaller bite sized slices and had fun testing each flavor combination. My favorite was the pulled pork with the wonderful hits of jalapeño; I also loved the Sumo burger and the Mac & Cheese burger.
