Meh. The garlic knots were fine. The Greek salad was a disappointment. Meatballs weren't good. Most importantly, the pizza...mediocre, at best. Overall, there are better pizza places and I'd recommend skipping this one. read more

Very good pizza. One of the best I have had in Georgia. Crust is nice and thin, and the crust is not too thick. I love that because you can enjoy the pizza without the thick crust competing too much with the rest of the pizza. The pizza in this location is different than the one on Johnsons ferry rd. read more

Now this is a great pizza place! True New York style pizzas and everyone of them is delicious. My favorite (we've been going for over 12 years now!) is the white pizza or the meat lovers pizza which is piled high with meat! They also have delicious pasta dishes and salad (although nothing special) that are very good as well. read more

Alfredo is very good. I prefer the pizza at Rosa's. I usually have the eggplant parm, which is also good.

Of all the places to get pizza, Capozzi's is by far the best. Perfect NY style with the best sauce and toppings. They've catered our parties before and everyone always raves about the food, especially the pasta dishes. We've been coming here for years and it'll always be our go-to spot. read more

If you go to capozzi's I'd recommend the Roswell road location. We had a shrimp parmigiana sandwich and the baked ziti last night from the shallowford road location. It was close to the worst meal I've had in a very long time. Shrimp was off and not sure how you ruin ziti but somehow they managed. We've always had consistantly good food at the Roswell road store. We just had a delicious pepperoni, mushroom & bacon pizza for dinner tonight. While the pizza was really good the service provided by Lizzy our server was even better. Under what seemed very intense and busy conditions and likely short staffed, Lizzy was flying around waiting on tables, bussing tables handling takeouts and cash register at times all the while insuring all the tables were served. Have eaten here on a few occasions and the pizza is very good and consistent. Tried calling twice tonight to place a to-go order and the phone just rang and rang and rang. No one answered and website indicated that they were open on Sunday around 6-pm when I called, so I went with LaBella's Pizzeria (which is awesome for those who haven't had it). read more

Pretty great NY-style pizza in an area with very few good pizza options. Their cheesy garlic bread is to die for, and they understand what a garbage pie really should be. Generous toppings, lots of options, and good heros too. We started coming here when it split from LaBella's (they used to be owned by different members of the same family - not sure if that's true anymore) and happened to be closer to our house. The atmosphere is nothing to write home about, but it's a pizza joint. The counter staff is mostly friendly high school kids. There's a tiny eat-in area with a few tables set up outside (not that the view is anything exciting). Tip: If you're picking up and you've got cash, they've got a drive through window. Very convenient for days you just don't want to get out of your pjs. read more

Went on a Friday night, waited about 5 ,minutes to sit, waited 10 minutes for a waitress. All good. Placed our order at 6:38. Pizza arrived at the table 7: 25. Waitress was great tho..I don't think she ever slowed down. Just appeared short staffed with waitresses. Lots of help behind the counter, just about 1 1/2 waitresses on the floor. read more

Love this little hole in the wall pizza joint.. They have a creamy garlic salad dressing they make that's off the chain!!!

Their pizza is at best average. The seasoning and cheese is quite good but that is about it. The pepperoni is bland and the italian sausage came in too small chunks with an unappealing grey color and unpleasant texture. The dough is very tough and the dull knife they hand you takes about 40 strokes to saw through it and the flimsy fork kept bending. So if you like to eat pizza with a fork and knife to keep clean be prepared for frustration. As for the sauce there is far too little. You can hardly even see it on the pizza. Personally I like a lot of sauce on my pizza. Overall I'd say they are better than most big chains. I'd take them over Dominos, Little Caesars and Pizza Hut. But Papa John's surpasses them in quality. read more

Ate here last night for the first time (dined-in) and was pretty impressed! Garlic knots were amazing and pizza was huge and tasty. My only complaint would be for them to use a little less oregano on the pizza but it still tasted really good even with that. Very affordable and kid-friendly. The costliest pizza we ordered was really really soggy. The guy who made this pizza said well it is because of tomatoes topping. My point is if it is because of tomatoes and he knows that why did he put them in first place, after all we did not create pizza it was on menu. This is, hands down, the best pizza we've ever had. Every single time, delivery or takeout, even that one time we ate in. ;) The toppings are awesome and plentiful; occasionally if you order too many though, they can fall off, but hey, more for the dog. We asked for extra cheese a couple of times to hold the toppings on and wow, ask for extra cheese, expect to drown in it. So good though! I cannot recommend this place enough. read more

September 7, 2011...just moved to Atlanta area and was trying to find a good place to eat...found this restaurant and the food was great! Ordered a calzone and a pasta....the best I have had in a while!! But there is a pitch...after our meal (my girl friend and I) paid for the meal with a credit card and the waitress took it to the counter, brung the copy back for me to sign, so I did....on the way out the door, this guy wearing an apron and glasses (he was a worker) like jumped over the counter and was like HEY! did you pay for your meal! I'm like really, out of all the people that came in and out of your establishment, we were the only ones who he assumed that didnt pay....we are african american.
