Maybe the only thing is if they can label the item when it's large orders with different items so it's easier to distribute without have the open the foil and sticker on each. read more

Some foodie on the gram hyped this spot up. While parking I saw this big security dude. The surrounding area Definitely didn't give me the vibe that security was needed at 9:30am. Nonetheless I had my head on a swivel, just in case. I had no game plan so I asked the cashier what she recommended and that's what I got, a breakfast burrito with sausage and bacon and a side of their hot sauce. With the behemoth security looming over my shoulder I felt the need to defuse any concerns he had so I asked him if there was a restroom here. He said no and he also said he wasn't security here. all that anxiety for nothing. Order came quick that burrito was big. And I loved how they crisped up the outside. They didn't skimp on the meat the first bite was solid with the perfect amount of cheese potatoe bacon and sausage. The next bite got the red sauce and that sauce took it from 3.5 to 4.0! It's all about that red sauce. I'm definitely coming back if I'm in the area! read more

Caps & Corks has one of the best breakfast burritos in the South Bay. Dare I say, better than Phanny's? I would even pick this over the Baran's burrito if I wanted quantity over quality without sacrificing too much on taste. I like to rate my breakfast burritos on three main categories: price, size, and taste. Caps & Corks's Rise and Shine burrito does well in all three categories. - Price - 5/5: The price is reasonable, similar to Phanny's. - Size - 5/5: The size of this burrito is much larger than Baran's and even Phanny's. It usually takes me two days to finish one breakfast burrito. - Taste - 4.5/5: As for taste, the basic breakfast burrito has the perfect ratio of cheese, egg, and hashbrown. It is not dry, which is usually a problem for other breakfast burritos. When you add a meat and maybe avocado, then it's the perfect breakfast burrito paired with the mild or spicy salsa they give you. Honestly, the taste has the potential to be perfect, but sometimes the burrito is inconsistent in how they fry their hashbrowns or meat. This place is also pretty quick. It's easy to place an order on the phone and then pop-in to pick up your burrito. I would bring cash though to minimize the card fees. I've tried a couple of their breakfast items so far, but need to get on the lunch menu as well! read more

One of my all time breakfast burritos. The veggie burrito has a lot of veggies which isn't easy to find - usually it's just onions and peppers so I appreciate the abundance! Combined with a warm tortilla, cheese and delicious salsa it's near perfection! read more

It's a clean place run by friendly people. They have a big selection of alcohol, If you're into that. I had their club sandwich my first time here, and I didn't really like it that much (I like iceberg lettuce, and they use some other kind), but I still plan on trying them for other menu items in the near future. This place is too promising to give up on them after only one experience. read more

Passed by this place lots of times in Torrance and decided to get a breakfast burrito based on the positive Google reviews. Ordered the Rise and Shine burrito with ham. Had to ask the guy at the counter for salsa otherwise none wouldve been added to the bag.... Wth? Its a pretty large burrito, however the ham was finely diced to the point where the burrito was mostly all cheese and potato... Live and learn.... 3 stars read more

My friend and I decided to try this place out on November 2nd 2025 around 7ish pm we arrived looking at the menu standing around for 20 minutes one thing I disliked about the deli area was the glass barrier with frost on it no connection with the guy making the sandwiches. I took a look between the frost and did see somebody there and yet nobody attended us. I gave this place just one star not because of the food, but because of their customer service, we just left and went somewhere else to eat. read more

I was dying for tacos and/or burritos from Tom's Tacos ( or bootleg Tito's as I call it) but as I checked Yelp for the phone number after my ENT appointment, I found that they aren't open on Mondays. Bummer. What to do? Caps and Corks was a couple of blocks away so I'd have to shift gears and make a new plan. After a quick glance at the menu and a call home to the wife, we decided to order Super Wakey breakfast sandwiches. Loaded with tons of scrambled eggs, hash browns, American cheese, avocado, lettuce, tomato, and sausage on grilled Texas Toast, the sandwiches were gargantuan. More than worth $11.75. My only complaint was the sausage wasn't very flavorful so bacon would have been a better choice to add a bit of saltiness to the mix. As I was waiting, I saw a Snickers flavored iced coffee that sounded interesting but turned out to be disappointing. There was nothing Snickerish about it. I wish they carried Nestle's Quick which is what I actually wanted but there was none to found. I did see 1.75 liter globes of a chili mango cocktail but had no desire to abuse my liver today. Service is always friendly and quick when you call in your order. Never had any problems so far. I do wish they would have thrown in a couple of cups of salsa though. Caps is always good for a quick bite to eat in the Torrance area. Now I just need to get back to Tom's for those darn tacos. read more

The burritos here are usually really good and mine was pretty tasty but I added avocado for over $2 and only a tiny amount was included and of that only a tiny sliver was edible and the rest was super hard, like crunchy hard and included some avocado skin. The Super Wakey is the perfect breakfast sandwich. The perfect ratio of ingredients. Since discovering this not long ago, I've been back several times and will continue to ie to do so. Was finally in the area to give this spot a try, had been bookmarked for months after seeing a foodie post. Yo, dont sleep on this deli. On the outside it looks like a little Craft Beer Liquor store, its so much more than that. The deli offers hot & cold samiches and burritos. Dont care to try tacos from these type of spots. Ill till you what... the Philthy Philly Cheesesteak Samich was fire. Piping hot off the grill, smothered with onions and peppers. Bread is supe soft and little toasty on the outside, its done right. Cant speak for the rest of the lineup, the cheesesteak was bussin tho. Beer selection was decent, i grabbed some beers from local breweries, Torrance has quite a few local brewers. No cap tho, was expecting more beer selection, no sours in stock that I saw. Pro Tip: Call ahead to avoid the 10-15 min wait, but eat there or at your car. Poor service , poor quality, overpriced. This place sells ready-made food, and the breakfast burrito I got was gross, full of potatoes and barely any eggs. Retail clerk was rude, and charged $1 extra for salsa. Racks of beer and wine appeared dusty and disheveled. read more

What a sandwich! For the price it is a hefty and filling sandwich that makes you wish you can eat it all over again. Called in and placed an order to pick up. The person on the phone was able to get our order down pretty easily. I got the Italian sandwich and it was pretty good. I wasn't fully blown away but it was a good sandwich and I got full just eating half of it so the portions were great. We also tried the double cheese burger and it was also a great portion and pretty good. But again nothing amazing. Overall, a good place to stop and pick up a quick and good sized lunch. read more

The flavor and ingredients of the Philly breakfast burrito are all there but it was poorly put together. I got half way thru the burrito before I realized the burrito was so wet because the egg mix they use wasn't fully cooked. There were very few egg curds you'd expect from scrambled eggs. There wasn't much meat either and it was definitely not ribeye. If it did happen to be ribeye it was sliced like brisket you'd get at a KBBQ spot. The guy at the counter was extremely friendly so I'd probably give them another try but not going out of my way for it. Also the store is clean and has a great liquor selection. read more

I swear to god I'm here every week lol I usually order the breakfast burrito with sausage and bacon and it's a 10/10 every single time! They definitely don't skimp so come with an empty stomach. There aren't any seats inside so it's an eat in the car or home kind of deal. Service is good and I love how they have other drink options inside the store. Overall, definitely recommend coming here and like I said, I'm here weekly so I can contest that this place is that good lol. read more

I liked the lean cut of the pastrami and the overall flavor. If you don't like your bread toasted, the warm soft bread served here is so good. The mayo and mustard ratio in the sandwich were good but I wish the sandwich meat was cut a little thinner. read more

Their beers are really good as well I did try a pina colada seltzer and it got the job done haha but it was also pretty good. Perfect for a date, or to chill with friends! The outside area is quite spacious but I can see how it can get busy and crowded on busy nights.

Yet again, The Craftsman did not disappoint. Mykel (the owner) was onsite and even remembered me when I walked in -- a true sign of great ownership and hospitality. I introduced him to my wife, and we decided to sit at the bar. Holly and Julia took great care of us. Both were personable, attentive, and completely on point throughout our visit. We tried the queso dip with chorizo, zucchini fritters, and the dry rub wings -- every single item was delicious. Hats off to the chef. You really can't beat the vibe here. Close to the beach, clean atmosphere, attentive and friendly service, amazing food, and owners who add the kind of personal touch most establishments miss these days. I'll absolutely continue coming back for the food and beer. Do yourself a favor and stop in. Check out my previous review too -- that's how much I enjoy this place. It feels like the staff is more concerned with getting out exactly at closing time than making guests feel welcomed and valued. Our last visit on 06/25/2026 was, by far, the worst experience we've ever had here. We were celebrating my stepdaughter's birthday with a large group. As closing time approached, one of our family members still had a nearly full beer. Without any warning or politely letting us know it was time to finish up, a tall white male employee (who refused to provide his name when asked) simply walked up and took the beer off the table. What made it even more frustrating was that there were other tables around us with guests who also had drinks, yet our party was the only one singled out. To make matters worse, we had brought a birthday cake to celebrate. We politely asked another short female employee for a few plastic plates and utensils so we could cut the cake before leaving. We were told no because they were closing. This has never been an issue during our previous birthday celebrations here. These were disposable plastic plates and utensils that would have gone straight into the trash, so refusing such a simple request came across as pure unwillingness to provide basic customer service. I spent 10 years working in the food and hospitality industry before starting my current career, so I understand exactly what closing a restaurant or brewery entails. I know employees want to leave on time, but I also know that providing good customer service until the last guest leaves is part of the job. If customers need to wrap things up, there is a respectful way to communicate that. You don't take someone's drink without warning, and you don't refuse a simple request that would have taken less than a minute. Everyone in our party left upset and disappointed. It was honestly embarrassing to watch employees treat loyal customers this way. This brewery used to be our go-to place for birthdays, but after this experience, we will not be returning. I rarely write negative reviews because I understand everyone has bad days. However, this experience was unacceptable. I sincerely hope management addresses the lack of hospitality and provides better customer service training, because the employees working that evening did not represent the level of service that keeps loyal customers coming back. Both the female worker with tattoos and piercings and the tall male were extremely rude when confronted. If you choose to visit, just be aware that if you're there close to closing time, your experience may depend more on how quickly the staff wants to leave than on making you feel like a valued guest.

By the time we arrived in the evening around 5:30... the bbq truck was packing up and leaving so the only food option was the food truck. It was a Mediterranean food truck with French fries and shawarmas ... our party had about 7 kids and ... our experience there was pretty not kid friendly. There were barely anything for them to eat or drink other than French fries. Was hoping they had more options and choices for families. It was still a fun experience for us to hang out but ....
