I saw that they also had great review on Yelp. I was out of town but they were able to schedule Precise to come out and service the unit next business day. The whole thing was completed on time and at a very reasonable rate. No, scheduling hassle, no pre-pay none of the BS, perfect example of outstanding service.

Bottom line: they're the best. Derrick showed up on time and fully equipped to get to work, and he had my three central AC units (poorly installed by someone else) up and running in record time, at a fair price, despite it being the first hot spell of the summer season. Derrick walked me through the process, gave me repair/replace options and an estimated cost, and then got right to it. Polite, professional and thorough, it was a real (and rare) pleasure to deal with someone who knows his trade inside and out and takes pride in a job well done. Update 11/8/18 In…read moreSeptember, I decided to get an early start on boiler tune-up, so I called Wilfred and got squared away for the season. That gave me one less thing to worry about! This week, I encountered water on my basement floor that I traced back to my boiler room (hot water heater). It was already over 10 years old, so it didn't come as a complete surprise. Anyway, I called Wilfred and again he came out right away to begin work on assessing the problem, then tracking down two new HWHs (I figured since they were both the same age, may as well spare myself an inevitable future headache) and installing them for me. The work actually took two days because of the late discovery on my part and because his blowtorch died between installs (the stores had already closed by now), but he and his crew would have stayed and finished everything late into that night if they could have. Once again, I got fast service for a reasonable price. There are some things I would say were annoyances (like tidiness, for example), but not enough to go elsewhere. APH&C has become my go-to business for all things boiler room. Thanks again, Wilfred!

Johnathan arrive promptly at the time he said and the guys started the install. The 2 men who did the install were great! I think they actually work for Ice age and not contracted out. The 2 guys who did the repair did a very nice job and everything looks great. My only complaint would be the plumber who came to cap the gas, I feel as though there should be more communication with the client and vendors and more explanation on exactly what needs to happen. The plumber did not turn our gas back on so now we are having to spend additional money to have the gas put back on for our tenant. We called him, texted him and sent email to Ice Age and no help yet! Overall I would recommend ice age,but I would be hesitant to trust the contracted plumber they use. I have this plumbers info if anyone wants to reach out to me to check if it's the same company ice age is planning on using for your future job. They were here early this morning and fixed the issues in no time. Victor and Leo were very polite and explained everything clearly. They also made sure to clean up and removed any debris. Buyer beware! I can…read morenow understand why this company has numerous 5-star reviews. Initially, I had given it a 1-star rating (if I could give zero, I would). However, I was advised to remove my initial review or our project would not be completed. On Father's Day morning, we called this company for an emergency due to issues with our boilers. Initially, we were impressed by their prompt response and diagnostic services. However, working with David and his company turned out to be the worst experience we could have had. David promised us a new HVAC system (water heater and heat pump) within a day or two. This has now turned into three weeks. The communication between us and David was terrible, and he even threatened us. To make matters worse, he left our family in the middle of a heatwave, with a newborn baby! David has said vile things to my family because we asked questions about the work that was supposed to be completed and complained that the service we paid for was not complete. He was angry that we filed a complaint with the financial institution we worked with to get the work done he removed the breaker from the heat pump system and told us that "our children will suffer tonight" ( heat wave in affect and it's over 100 degrees in the home ). His words were so disturbing that they are not allowed anywhere near our property. They also damaged and left a hole in our ceiling. After stating that someone would come to fix it, just like they usually do, no one came, and they didn't even bother to follow up. We had to pay someone else to come and fix it. We took out a loan for a specific system and he promised us that system, yet installed a cheaper lesser system with equally bad customer service. Once the job was reluctantly "finished," our heat pump didn't work, and we had to call in and pay other companies to not only evaluate the work this company did but also fix it. We later found out that the work they did could have resulted in a fire if we had kept the unit running. Not only are they dishonest and take advantage of emergency situations, but they also do horrible work.
