This business and location isn't accurate. Wasted gas and time trying to find it. Kids were very disappointed.

What a fun place! My son and I loved it. Great games. I have video games at home but I go for the atmosphere.

Unfortunately, that is where the positives end. The management is awful, and the lane maintenance is completely subpar. Between my son and I, we have had multiple bowling balls severely damaged by these lanes. One of my balls has suffered damage so extensive that it required a full resurface on four different occasions. Even worse, both of us have brought in brand-new balls, only to have them gouged and damaged on day one of hitting the lanes. Whenever an incident happens, they will address the immediate mechanical issue, but they completely neglect to maintain the lanes to prevent it from happening again. It has become such a frustrating cycle that I actually dropped out of my league. I refuse to pay their high prices just to risk destroying my equipment week after week. Through all of this, management has never once reached out to apologize or rectify the situation. I know it's become such a widespread issue that they recently started fixing ball damage in-house, but frankly, I'd much rather pay out of pocket to take my gear to my trusted pro shop so I know the repairs are done correctly. If you care about your bowling equipment, I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Otherwise, I usually find myself traveling going out of town to sing with my friends. This was my first time renting a room at the BLVD, but it was not the best experience. The Singa system that they use has a decent catalog of songs to choose from, but the ones that we were hoping for wasn't available. Additionally, the system lags when trying to queue a song. It messes up the tempo and the display of the lyrics for a song that's currently being played. The speakers sounded awful, so we had to take time out of our hour to have that checked out. The worker who fixed the speakers encouraged us to speak with the front desk, so we could get some time back for the maintenance. We were assured that we would get some time added, but that did not happen. We even double checked with the front before the original time expired. Afterwards, we waited for a while to see if it could still be resolved. My friend ended up speaking with the manager who explained to us that there were some technical issues on their end when they tried to add some time. I appreciate that the manager was transparent and asked us how she can improve our experience. While we could not be refunded, we received a gift card equal to the amount that we paid for our karaoke session. I'm hoping to come back to the BLVD for a better karaoke experience next time.

She was attentive, kind, and handled everything with such professionalism despite clearly being given a lot of responsibility. She truly stood out and made our experience better. I did notice that she was responsible for distributing food, handing out sodas and waters, and assisting guests all at once. It seemed like she was being pulled in many directions while other staff were not stepping in to support her. From a guest perspective, it felt like a missed opportunity -- not only for efficiency and service flow, but also for her personally. Alexis has the personality and skill set of a strong bartender, and it seemed like she wasn't being utilized in a way that allows her (or the business) to maximize her strengths or earning potential. She was essentially serving waters and sodas while having the ability to provide full bar service, which would benefit both her and the establishment. My intention in sharing this is truly positive. Alexis is a fantastic employee and clearly cares about the guests and the establishment. Supporting team members like her and ensuring responsibilities are balanced among staff would likely improve both customer experience and employee satisfaction. Thank you for taking the time to read this. I appreciate the effort that goes into running a busy place like yours and wanted to share feedback that I hope is helpful.

This is the only place in town I've been able to find with a photo booth that has the outside camera on it. Really comes in handy with a big family. The employees at the prize booth area were also incredible and very fun to talk to. Sissy was also great. She was one of the lovely people holding down the buffet area and was so polite and attentive. She made sure everything was fresh and stocked and kept the whole section looking clean, which we really appreciated. Awesome service all around from that young lady along with her other buffet mates! Now this is where it goes south. At some point in the night we were about to ask someone if we could have cones for the ice cream but Sissy beat us to it and filled them right up. Not long after we heard her getting yelled at by another employee, maybe a manager or something, over refilling the cones. Again, the cones were fully refilled and many of us were already enjoying our ice cream. However this woman was yelling at her over it from probably 2 feet away in front of all the customers and employees around. At some point they said something about a walkie talkie being out of battery, which can happen to anyone. A bit later she comes back and comes at her again in the salad bar telling her she needs to be refilling everything faster. Everything looked pretty full apart from like the bread which came out like 1 minutes later. I'm not sure if she was having a bad day or if that was her daily attitude but it was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. It was also really uncomfortable to witness for us and the kids. I never did get her name because she felt very unapproachable but we ended our visit on a pretty sour note because of her. I hope she's not like this with every employee, but she honestly shouldn't be like this with ANY employee regardless. Apart from her though this is a fun place to take the kids or yourselves. Edit: I think her name was Marney or Martha or something similar to those.

If you play for cards right and come soon as they are just opening you can let your little people burn out the extra energy and be ready for a nap by 12pm. This location currently has a jumping area and an obstacle course. Both of which are normally unattended unless the manager sees kids in there. For the jumping area your child "should" have on special socks that the adult has to pay for. But, If your child is small enough they can squeeze through the bars and have a blast until caught by the staff. The other attractions and arcade games are your standard ticket earning money suck that light up a child's eyes for 30seconds before asking for more tokens. Charles E. Cheese came to pay no games about The Pizza! it's been seriously upgraded, and we can tell a difference!!! It surprisingly really good. The pizza quality here went from "these kids just want something to chew on between games" to "I think the adults will like this one just as much." The ambiance is children running, crying, eating food and spilling drinks, dancing to the music and screaming. This is the kid jungle you need to make sure everyone goes to sleep happy and full. I'll 100% be back, if I like it or not.

They had plenty of places to sit that were either closer to the games or a little bit further away from the games. They did also have a large party area if you had a larger group. They had on-site security, which was nice. You receive a stamp when you first walk in along with your child that matches and the stamps have to match upon exiting. The food itself was just OK. I know that Chuck E. Cheese is never really been known for their pizza, you're really going there for more of the game experience. But considering the price was over $100 for our two pizzas four drinks four salads, And our game credits, I really expected a little bit more flavor. Our order also came with four churros, which we unfortunately had to send back because they were so hard that they were almost inedible.
