I come here almost everyday. The employees always give a 5 star experience (Especially the ones who dress as Chuck himself) I've met nice people here too, like little kids who I've given some credits too and even a girl who called me pretty. Also not to mention the greasy slabs of bread they call pizza IS SO GOOD. Yeah, you probably thought I'd say somthing bad about it but no, it's delicious and mouthwatering HECK its finger slurpin good. Oh also the pizza cookie thing is delicious, sometimes it's a little undercooked but it's still yummy. They also have rootbeer on tap, no complaints there. Now, the arcade and dining itself, heck the overall ambiance of the place is spectacular. While I do miss old Chuck cheese's purple walls the white walls aren't too bad, it just makes it feel a little bit too modern but that's ok, they play Chuck E. Cheese songs (wash the bus is a certified bop) only problem is the fact that they play Paris hiltons stupid dog show over and over, like I'm here for the giant rat and his friends not pairs Hilton and her hound dawgs. Anyway, the games are all super fun, I especially LOVE The ones that feature art of avenger Chuck. Pro tip, the pop the balloon game is fun and gets you a good amount of tickets. SPEAKING OF WHICH, the prizes are freakin awesome sauce!!!!!!! On one of my last visits I picked up a Chuck E. Cheese flashlight projector for only 1500 tickets, I mean, WHAT A STEAL. Also, I'm by no means a "kid" I'm still young but not a "kid" so the fact that the employees who play Chuck still let me take pictures and interact with them is an amazing thing. Also I love Chuck E. Cheese so if it were a bad experience I'd probably have to hang myself at town square! So thank you, for being an amazing Chuck E. Birthday, Family time or just a Random Saturday Morning, this is the place for your kid to be a kid. If you play for cards right and come soon as they are just opening you can let your little people burn out the extra energy and be ready for a nap by 12pm. This location currently has a jumping area and an obstacle course. Both of which are normally unattended unless the manager sees kids in there. For the jumping area your child "should" have on special socks that the adult has to pay for. But, If your child is small enough they can squeeze through the bars and have a blast until caught by the staff. The other attractions and arcade games are your standard ticket earning money suck that light up a child's eyes for 30seconds before asking for more tokens. Charles E. Cheese came to pay no games about The Pizza! it's been seriously upgraded, and we can tell a difference!!! It surprisingly really good. The pizza quality here went from "these kids just want something to chew on between games" to "I think the adults will like this one just as much." The ambiance is children running, crying, eating food and spilling drinks, dancing to the music and screaming. This is the kid jungle you need to make sure everyone goes to sleep happy and full. I hadn't been to Chuck E. Cheese and probably close to 30 years. Although they have updated a lot at this particular location in comparison to what it used to be, The food itself was just mediocre. The service itself was excellent. They had plenty of places to sit that were either closer to the games or a little bit further away from the games. They did also have a large party area if you had a larger group. They had on-site security, which was nice. You receive a stamp when you first walk in along with your child that matches and the stamps have to match upon exiting. The food itself was just OK. I know that Chuck E. Cheese is never really been known for their pizza, you're really going there for more of the game experience. But considering the price was over $100 for our two pizzas four drinks four salads, And our game credits, I really expected a little bit more flavor. Our order also came with four churros, which we unfortunately had to send back because they were so hard that they were almost inedible. read more

When my kids were little we use to come here at least once a week. We had so much fun. The pizza was good, the salad bar was bomb, and I miss the old lay out! We have celebrated a couple of my grandkids bday here a couple of times within the past 11 years. I really don't like the remodel, the pizza looks and taste a little more like it's fresh baked. The salad bomb is still good, but they don't have sunflower seeds, raisins, and no pepper. It can get really crazy busy on the weekends. We went last Sunday on cinco de mayo. Surprisingly it was dead. Thank goodness, because I hate over crowded places. The service was good. The good, the bad, and the disgusting: Good: My daughter loves it! She could play all day. And each game is only 1 credit, so that's doable. Gluten free pizza! It's a tiny personal pizza and about $10 with one topping. It's so good! The bad: The slide and play thing the kids can climb into is a bit yucky looking. The bathrooms are not the cleanest either. The disgusting: Giant living and dead cockroaches in the bathroom. I have no idea if roaches in the bathroom are a health violation or not. But it grosses me out! I have a friend with a son who is of the age to be enamored with Chuck E. Cheese, so we've been to our local establishment a few times. The waitstaff does a great job at keeping everything running smoothly, but due to the chaotic atmosphere created by scores of screaming children running around, eating at a Chuck E. Cheese is not the most relaxing experience. The food is good but, to be frank, it's not worth how much you have to pay. I was hoping the arcade would be the strong point of the place, but there wasn't a lot of big names or iconic games among the rows of machines. There were staples like skee-ball, free throws, and a couple of on-rails shoot-em-ups, but much of the fare on offer looked and felt like blown-up mobile games revamped to gobble up credits like Pac-Man eats pellets. read more

My beautiful wife had a crummy day at work and with the pandemic and all, It's been hard to take her out for a nice date night lately so I figured I'd try the next best thing to cheer her up... a fun meal at home from one of her favorite animatronic rat-themed restaurants from her childhood. My princess and I chose a large Build Your Own pizza with sausage and olives, an order of cotton candy (well, two... she couldn't pick between blue and pink so we got both), and a small order of cheesey bread. I placed the order via Ubear Eats and my wife was trembling with anticipation. We were delighted when the order arrived at our doorstep 20 minutes earlier than expected. I should tell you now about my pizza theory. I have often said that pizza is like one other thing... even when it's not that great, it's still pretty good. This was the exception to that rule. This pizza tasted like a stoned high school dropout lazily poured some tomato sauce on wet corrugated cardboard and microwaved it after pressing the "add 30 seconds" button, and pulled it out before the timer went off. The cheese wasn't melted, the olives and sausages were disgusting, and the whole thing was a soggy mess. I took one bite, spit it out, and threw the whole pizza away. The cotton candy was no better. As a cotton candy connesouer, my wife had big Hope's but both blue and pink tasted stale and disgusting. The cheesey bread was somewhat edible, but only just. I have a routine here. Check in with kids, find a table. This is home base. The kids sit while I order food and tokens. For me, I always get the all you can eat salad bar. Also, online coupons are better for tokens than in-store prices. Once seated, each kid gets 5 tokens and are allowed to roam. Usually paired off. So they will always be back for more. They do a good job at this location keeping it clean and responding to issues. Of the bathroom is dirty, just tell someone, 4 stars for staff and what it is.. A single token arcade that kids can run around in safely. Get off the couch and let them expierience what we did as children. 6pm is usually the peak, so work around that. read more

I have not been here in a very long time. I went on Sunday and it was not the same. They took more then 15 minutes to refill the salad. The worker lady who refilled it did not seem very happy that she had to do her job. Then it took another more then 20 minutes to refill the condiments.. for the salad. I talked to the manager and all she said was sorry about that. It appeared that they are still working on adding to the place. However, we had a blast. My little guy is nearly 3 years old, and his face showed nothing but joy the entire time we were there. I am so impressed with how clean everything was. You can grab a dinner salad for $6.00 and it's not bad. Kind of pricey on everything else, more so than it was before. But it's full of entertainment. I'm so glad they're back. We missed physically collecting tickets but cards are cleaner as they are personal. All games are 1 token which is nice but for $1 you only get 3 tokens, not bad at all! Nice variety of games to choose from, when you visit be sure to come with coupons otherwise it is pretty pricey. They now have a buffet for $5.99 all you can eat pizza and salad, great deal only problem is they run out of pizza very fast and your stuck waiting up to 10 minutes for them to make more pizza and bring it out. I was so disappointed in the service we received during my granddaughter's birthday party yesterday. I paid for a party to start at 3:00 p.m. We arrived and the party was not completely set up. After the party was set up it took a while for the hostess to give us the token bracelets so kids were antsy. They told us they were singing the birthday song at a certain time so we rounded up all of the children and they didn't sing it for another 20 minutes so again, the kids were antsy. When they sang the birthday song, Chuck E and the crew went to the middle of the birthday section where 4 different parties were being held to sing Happy Birthday and dance, so all of the children from every party ran to crowd around and they did not make sure each birthday child was included in the song. We had to complain in order to get Chuck E to come sing Happy Birthday to my granddaughter. Lastly, I paid for children that didn't come which was fine, but I though my we would be able to use the extra games passes that I purchased at a later date, Nope! Game passes have to be used the same day. I paid $350 and it truly wasn't worth it. read more

Very nice establishment. Poor customer service from Victoria upfront. I let her know that I was at one of the tables that had the party reservations. She proceeded to cancel payment and ask if I wanted to add it to the tab. I said no. That I would pay then and there. With an attitude she said "girly girly girly". As if I annoyed her when I didn't ask her to do anything. I just let her know I was a guest at one of the reservation areas. I asked her if she can bring it out to us and once again with an attitude she said " I can bring it out if you want me to" and I said yes. I told her that she had an attitude and she should work on it. And she said that that was just the way she talks..... I ignored her after that cause my blood was boiling.
