This has got to be the absolute sorriest excuse of a restaurant let alone a buffet I have ever had the poor fortune to visit. The prices are outrageous for the absolutely disgraceful quality of food and there is no excuse at all for the uncleanliness and general lack of any care whatsoever for keeping the restaurant in good working order. Not Impressed. It's really only worth the crab legs if your into eating as much as you can. The raw oysters were ok. Everything else mostly battered and friEd. They kept running out of crab legs so people would line up and wait for another batch to come out. They would then run out of plates and people would line up for plates to be brought out. Bartender disappeared for a good 10 minutes and nobody even bothered cleaning out the dirty plates left by the prior customers to make way for new customers. I was truly amazed by the total lack of quality of all aspects of their food. Went in at 3 pm on a Saturday. Plenty of staff. However, you were lucky to get your drinks. Don't count on getting refills as your wait staff didn't plan on coming back and another member of the staff would refuse to help other than to help locate your missing server. Shrimp that was boiled was old and overcooked. The fried shrimp were frozen and had no flavor. (Don't advertise fresh when it's fresh from the freezer. But it's the mountains so understandable.) It's actually 3 small bars that aren't even close to full as on bar is only half full. So, variety is lacking. Easy explanation on food: the chocolate cake after the meal looked like a sheet cake that my 15 year old son tried to bake without icing and had just a splash of whipped cream put on top with some cheap chocolate syrup lightly drizzled over the top of said cake and cool whip. My 15 year old nor 5 year old would even eat more than four to five bites of the cake before stopping from disgust. I tried and it was just terrible. This was pretty much how the entire meal was and only for $100! Worst money spent the entire vacation! Go to McDonald's and save yourself $85. read more

My husband and I went here for dinner for the unlimited seafood with crabs. I got a plate of sides before the crabs. I sat down and tried to eat my sides but literally couldn't finish them. They were so cold. The macaroni was like water. Disappointed with the sides, I went to get crab. The crabs did NOT look good on the outside, but I didn't let that effect how I felt about them. I went to my table and tried to crack the crab. They were so overdone the shell was mushy. Like there was no need to crack them. I visited and decided not to eat after seeing that no COVID guidelines were being followed. Guests and staff alike were without masks. The staff didn't have gloves at the buffet. This place is so nasty. From the smell, temperature, flies, food, and bathroom. For a place that charges $37.99 for a buffet it needs a lot of work and it has a cheap taste. Terrible experience! We were on our second plate and the server never came to our table. We had no drinks or silverware. My son was on his 3rd plate and I finally complained to the manager. Then the server showed up to get our drink order. He wouldn't clean the table off either, i was having to sit the plates in the floor just to have room on our table. Very very disappointing. My boyfriend and I ate maybe 2-3 clusters hoping maybe we just got a bad batch and the next crab legs would be better. They never were. Upon checking out I told them we hated it and barely ate and we wanted at least some of our money back because the food was awful.
