The NY strip steak dinner deal is unbeatable! Cap'n Ron does it ALL! Weekday steak, salad and potato for around $12. DO IT.

Our group of six recently had an absolutely phenomenal dining experience at Copper Spoon in…read moredowntown Fort Wayne. We were hosting a special guest visiting from China, so we really wanted the evening to be perfect, and Copper Spoon delivered on every front. The food and drinks were outstanding across the board. We started with fresh oysters and delicious house breads, and our main courses--specifically the ribeyes and the salmon--were cooked to absolute perfection. As great as the food was, the absolute highlight of our evening was our waitress, Kate. She went exceptionally above and beyond to make sure our experience was nothing short of wonderful. Her attentive service, warm hospitality, and professionalism truly elevated the entire night for our group. If you're looking for an unforgettable meal with top-tier service in Fort Wayne, go to Copper Spoon and ask to sit in Kate's section. Highly recommended!

He really enjoyed his, & I enjoyed the martini-- I'm not vegan, so the fact that I didn't enjoy the dish was a personal issue, not on the restaurant. It was beautiful & had depth of flavor, it just wasn't to my liking. I wish there had been a few more options on the menu for food. Overall, the ambience was lovely & the restaurant is beautiful inside. Would return for another dining experience... I just know to avoid this dish on my second try!

I parked under the bridge and walked across the street to Tolon on a cold winter night. As a…read morebusiness traveler I am looking for great restaurants that are not chains and provide a feel for the town I'm in. This restaurant was recommended to me by two people. One who travels frequently for business and the other who is in town frequently with their family. Both recommended Tolon as a wonderful place to sit down and have an excellent meal. I'm happy they did. I walked in the door and was warmly greeted by the hostess and asked to sit at the bar. The bartender greeted me immediately when I sat down and grabbed a bottle of water and the stainless steel cup for the water and poured me a drink. She provided me with the menu and the cocktail menu and gave me space in time to make my decisions. I went with a glass of Malbec, and the deviled eggs as a starter. My main course was another small plate: the beef short rib with polenta cake. The deviled eggs were phenomenal and had a unique flavor and we're just right sized for one. The beef short rib dish was excellent and maybe a little more than I could handle it once after the deviled eggs. Every person that brought food to me or that chatted with me while I sat at the bar was kind and welcoming.

Next time I visit Fort Wayne, it will be the first one I go to! Much of the food is locally sourced, and the chef seems to be extremely good at what he or she does. I wasn't particularly hungry so I just ordered a salad. But what I didn't realize is that the salad that they brought me was an absolute masterpiece! And it was kale! I don't even like kale! But this was fantastic. I also had the whipped feta cheese with roasted pita bread as an appetizer. This place also had the best service of any restaurant I've been to in town. This is a definite go to location!

My husband treated me to Baker Street Steakhouse for my birthday. The place is just classy. The…read moreinterior is a mixture of black and wood and gold accents. White linen table cloths flank both booth tables and freestanding tables. The chairs are comfortable leather ones that slide in and out easily. It's beautiful inside! There is soft jazz style music playing in the background. Our appetizer was delicious crab cakes. I don't even like crab, and I'd eat these as a meal! We also ordered French Onion Soup. Yall.... This. Soup. Will. Slap. Your. Tastebuds. I wanted to go back into the kitchen and crawl into the soup pot and swim around. It is soo tasty!! The flavor is bold and the cheese is thick and what a cheese pull! My mouth just watered at this! We also had a pretzel bread. It came with delicious, sweet cinnamon butter. We loved it! For our main, we ordered the steak medallions and mushroom risotto. People...... The steak was cooked PERFECTLY! It was so easy to cut, and it melted on your mouth. The seasoning was delicious! The mushroom risotto was the perfect consistency--creamy and scrumptious goodness. This dish is PHENOMENAL!!! To finish, we had a warm, moist, and delicious carrot cake with cream cheese icing, caramel drizzle, and topped with walnuts. There is cinnamon ice cream on the side. We were so happy because most times, carrot cake we order out is dry--but THIS cake was TOP NOTCH! Megan, our server, was kind and prompt. She kept our drinks filled, and she did an excellent job at timing things to come out to us. Baker Street Steakhouse is a MUST-have restaurant in Fort Wayne. You won't be sorry for going.

We were seated immediately. Nice corner booth. It was nearly empty so we had a very quiet, romantic atmosphere for his Birthday Meal. Our server, Megan, was very friendly and on top of things. We ordered crab cakes for an app as well as a cup of French onion soup each. We could make a meal on that alone. The crab cakes were fantastic and the French onion soup was to die for. INCREDIBLE! The pretzel bread with cinnamon butter is very tasty. The butter is so soft and filled with cinnamon. We then ordered the filet medallions with wild mushroom risotto. We love our steaks medium rare. These were cooked to perfection. Melt in your mouth goodness! The seasoning was amazing! Very delicious. The only issue was the one long strand of hair on the edge of my plate. I spoke to the server about it to make sure better care is taken in food prep in the kitchen. She said she'd talk to the manager. Husband received a free birthday dessert. He chose the warm carrot cake drizzled with caramel and walnuts with cinnamon ice cream. It was moist and so delicious. The birthday candle was a nice added bonus. Will definitely be back!
