We had signed up for the "drag queen pub crawl" through "The American Tour Company". The tour was scheduled for Saturday, March 16 from 7:30-9:30 pm. (Tour confirmation number 213334114). We showed up just before 7:00 at the designated meeting spot (117 Whitaker). We wait until nearly 8:00 pm. No one shows to do the tour. I tried calling the number on the confirmation (833.644.8687); it makes a loud screechy noise and then says "this call cannot be completed as dialed". I also emailed the email address included on the confirmation and have not received a response (heather@ahappyguide.com). After we returned back to our condo at Hilton Head and did a lot of dogging online, we found the tour had been "rescheduled" for 5:00 pm. We received no email or no phone call regarding the rescheduled tour. Even if we had, a 5:00 tour would not have worked with our travel plans. You can't just Willy nilly change a scheduled tour time by more than 2 hours...who does that?!?! We have requested a refund from the tour company (through the email noted earlier), but I fully anticipate we will not be issued a refund. Savannah visitors deserve better. I have reported this incident to the Better Business Bureau, the Savannah Convention and Visitors Office and the Savannah Chamber of Commerce. I plan to call the Savannah permitting office on Monday and file a complaint with them as well. I want a full refund, but honestly I don't expect I will ever receive any contact back from this company for this tour. Stay away from this tour and this company. Completely disreputable!

One of the highlights include Danny existing the bus and taking the show to the street with innocent bystanders becoming part of the show, all while narrated inside by Danni. We covered several blocks with Danny running through the streets and squares while we laughed in the air conditioned trolly. This was a great choice because it allows you to sort of keep up with the flow of traffic and you also don't have a pedal so much lol. It was so fun! They give you a bike lock and paper map with suggested places to visit or you can do the guided tour with one of their tour guides. I saw one in passing and it looked pretty fun. The bikes come with a little bag on the front to hold the lock and other small things. You also have the option to add a cell phone holder or basket to the bike, even a picnic add-on (basket, reusable wine glasses, blanket, & coupons). I would definitely use their bikes again!
