He was very friendly and told me that he would get back to me with details about the car. Another person working there got back to me and when they found out I was gonna be providing my own financing, their tone with me completely changed. It seemed that at first they wanted to sell the car but when they heard I would not be financing with them they avoided my calls and a request to get the car a pre-purchase vehicle inspection. I do not recommend this place to finance a car, look elsewhere for financing. I can't rate this place on the quality of their vehicles as I have not purchased a car with them. I can't put into words how disappointed I am with this dealer/auto group. A month ago (maybe longer than a month) I went here to check out a vehicle and see if I'm capable of getting a car with bad credit (cause I went thru identity theft yet I wanted to see if it's possible for me to qualify for a car with a low price and decent monthly payment), I provided them with my information (the salesman was Alex) I was notified by him that he will send my info to the banks and see when they'll get an answer back from them to see what I'm qualified for. The time I went in, I guess Alex had to leave for sometime due to a personal issue. A month passed, I called them over and over again asking to speak to him, but unfortunatly he wasn't able to come to work for a month, which I TOTALLY understand. Within this past week I called again, different employees told me he hasn't been to work within the week when really he has he's just been busy I guess. Which again, I TOTALLY understand. But the fact that he's working, yet their employees have the audacity to lie to you really says a lot about them and the service they provide. I called yesterday, a female employee answered and she was kind enough to tell me he's been busy and he's currently with a customer so she asked me to leave me name and number and that she'll leave him the message and he'll call me back after he's done with the customer (I called around 12pm, 4pm rolled around, yet still no call) so I called once more and again they said he left the office already. So once that happened, they transferred me to a different salesman and he was also kind enough to take my info to check in the system if the banks provided them with any info, but OF COURSEEEEE he couldn't find anything, zip, zero!! Me being a customer, I have never experienced anything like this before nor have I ever came across any business that plays games like this. If you're a business and you don't wanna help a customer or you don't wanna do business with a certain someone, kindly tell them straight forward so this person can know what to do with their time and go else where, don't sit there tricking the customers or coming up with lame excuses. So therefore, save yourself the headache, and go to a dealer/autogroup who is WILLING to help you out and help you get what you want, not someone who's going to lie to you constantly, better yet take down your information (name, last name, phone # & EVEN social) yet do nothing to help you. I can't put into words how disappointed I am and how disrespectful this business is with their customers. Also, a number one suggestion, when you come across businesses Yelp reviews and if you see more bad than good, best believe you're gonna experience more bad than good. I finally was able to get ride of the nightmare of an SUV I was sold here. I learned so much from the mistakes I made here... never believe when they tell you the vehicle is in excellent condition.. bring a mechanic with you here. The oil pressure sensor went off as soon as I left the lot and they claimed they had their mechanic fix it... what he did was disconnect it. I paid 200 last month to replace the sensor plug that was leaking so bad I was putting a quart in every 5 days. (The part car city claimed to have fixed) I had this car for 18 months I replaced, a water valve, break pads, rotars, front axle, CV joints, engine cooling fans, radiator, all 4 tires, oil sensor and plug, thermostat and valve. Round about... I've spent about 5 to 7,000.00 in repairs for a vehicle that had " nothing wrong" with it I was sold this car valued at 8500.00. I looked up this vehicles value recently at the advice of a finance officer telling me my car was only worth 3800.00. How could that be after only 18 months right!? .. If it was in excellent condition at the milage it had at the time I signed for it... max value was 5600.00. These guys are criminals. Shame on them willing to sell an unsafe vehicle to anyone let alone a woman who even had her kid with her when asking what's wrong with it. Selling a car knowing it's twice it's KBB value period is disgusting. No matter the situation or credit score or down payment... no one should legally be allowed to do this. Bravo for the pulling one over on me... but trust that I will continue to voice my outrage to potential clients warning them to stay away. read more

I was looking for a clean Audi S6 and every dealer that had one was asking well above book value trying to take advantage of the fact that these cars are hard to find! I had bought a 2007 BMW M6 from Car City in 2009 and remember having a good experience with the transaction and after 4 years of ownership my car did not give me any issues so I knew they had good cars! I searched their inventory and was lucky enough to find a really nice white Audi S6 at Car City. I was surprised to see the price actually in the reasonable range so I called them are they were very up front and straight forward with me about all the facts once again. I saw the car today and fell in love with it, they pulled all the maintenance records for me and turns out they had ALREADY serviced the car at the dealer for me at their expense and so it needed nothing, They gave me all the invoices and carfax to prove it was a worthy car and was once again I was confident. They told me what to expect with a car like this and put everything into perspective for me. These guys gave me detail after detail about the car and were more educational than pushy... I feel like a big weight is off my shoulders because of them! Without me having to dig for info they told me everything I need to know and set me up with a really good interest rate with my good credit. Horrible. Horrible. Did I say horrible? I needed a car and could not get a cosigner and being 19, I had no credit history so I decided to try this place out. I ended up with a 08 infiniti. The monthly payments were a lot but I wasn't surprised because of my credit so I was happy to go home with this car until the same day, the oil change popped up! I went back and they said that they just forgot to take away the sign when the they changed the oil. Right when I got home, I actually decided to check the oil and they actually didn't change the oil for quite some time because it was BLACK. I then realized the seat warmers and car chargers weren't working. Before taking it back to the dealership, I decided I'll let my mechanic check it out. He told me the car was hit from the back and the back and has an engine problem! The guys at car city told me that the car is in perfect condition and never been in an accident. Horrible! I bought a Mercedes Benz from this dealership and I was told to come in six months to switch the car with a better interest rate. When i got approve for the loan the interest rate was 7% and I had really good credit. When I checked my statement months after, I realized the interest rate was 13% ( I didn't review the paperwork when I signed) first car :/. I went to chase bank to complain and they were trying to help me. When they called Banker who approved my loan he was acting very funny. This tells me that this dealership works with banks and rips people off. SECOND: within the first month that I got the car, the engine light turned on. I took it back to the dealer and they had someone "check it" and it was nothing. A week later I get the engine light again, so this time I took to Mercedes Benz mechanic and he said that something was wrong with my engine and it was going to cost more than $3000 to fix. I had him print the diagnostic test and I handed to Alex. He told me he was going to have someone "fix it." I got the car back and two months later the engine blew up on the freeway. I was so pissed ! I went back to Alex and had him write me a letter that we was going to exchange my car after six months. After six months, I was able to switch my car but by this time the value of the Mercedes was worthless. Alex, was able to switch the car but really didn't me credit for the Mercedes. I ended up getting a BWM, which only lasted for 3 years. BEWARE: they sell total cars!! read more
