Thankfully, both times I was close enough to an exit to safely maneuver the vehicle off the roadway. Had that not been the case, the outcome could have been far more serious. When purchasing a luxury vehicle, there is an expectation that the product will be reliable and that the ownership experience will be supported by a high level of professionalism, communication, and customer care. Unfortunately, our experience has fallen well short of those expectations. After two major battery-related failures and more than three months of cumulative repair time, we have lost confidence in both the vehicle and the dealership's ability to resolve these issues satisfactorily. One of the most noticeable problems was paint chipping on the door edges that became apparent shortly after the purchase. I also noticed PPF edge guards installed in the affected areas. Based on what I observed, it appeared that the edge guards may have concealed or drawn attention away from the paint condition, which left me feeling that the cosmetic issues were not fully apparent at the time of sale. Had I known the extent of the paint chipping beforehand, it would have influenced my purchasing decision. In addition to the paint concerns, the dealer try's to sell you BS aftermarket addons like KARR that are just a money grab and have no real value. When you try to have them remove the BS and stick to the price online, they give you the runaround until you finally get them to remove it. As a customer, I expected a dealership to ensure that a used vehicle met reasonable quality standards before being offered for sale. Unfortunately, my experience left me questioning the thoroughness of the reconditioning process and the level of quality control applied to used inventory. Overall, the department lacks professionalism, communication, and a sense of customer priority. The service manager, Ron, made efforts to maintain professionalism, though this was evident only when dealing with him directly. Within a two week span, I brought my car in twice for concerns on the alignment. The first visit was average at best and the alignment did need to be fixed. However, we felt the alignment was off to the opposite direction the same day we received it back. The second visit, however, was unacceptable. The service advisor, Amado, was unwelcoming and displayed a passive-aggressive attitude toward my husband throughout the interaction. You would expect a higher level of professionalism, especially from the sole service advisor at the location. When returning a loaner vehicle (after only a half day), we were told, by the advisor, that we would be charged for a small dent. We did not cause this dent. This then became a "he said, she said" situation, despite the dealership recording vehicle condition on an iPad before releasing it. From what I observed, these inspections are not done thoroughly or consistently. If the dealership intends to rely on recorded inspections, they should ensure they are completed under consistent lighting, and with sufficient detail to protect both the business and the customer. Seems that the charge was only waived after Ron, the service manager, acknowledged our dissatisfaction with the experience.

The original quote said less than 2 hours but with the extra services 2.5 hours was closer to the actuals. Also, they charge you a service charge for using a credit card. So in summary: the service staff is great, but the dealership service software will try to upsell you on everything.
