Worst Nightmare Car Buying Experience - Dishonest and Avoid at All Costs! ​I am writing this review to warn everyone to stay far away from this dealership. My experience here has been nothing short of a complete nightmare, full of dishonesty, distraction, and broken promises. ​Deceptive Pricing and Sneaky Tactics ​I agreed to a vehicle price of $36,000. I provided a substantial $15,000 down payment. Yet, when I finally reviewed my final paperwork, I discovered my loan was still $35,000. That means they effectively sold me the car for $39,000--$3,000 over the agreed-upon price! ​This deceptive practice was facilitated by the finance manager, who rushed me to sign the closing documents while I was conveniently (for them) on the phone with my insurance company. They used a deliberate tactic of distraction to sneak an inflated price and extra costs past me. ​Total Lack of Accountability and Ghosting ​To make matters worse, they burdened my loan with over $5,000 in completely useless coverage and guarantees. I formally requested the cancellation of these unnecessary add-ons over six months ago to lower my principal. ​The dealership, however, has done nothing. ​Sales Manager, Luis Tavarez: He repeatedly assured me he would personally handle the cancellation and submit the necessary paperwork to the bank. Now, he refuses to answer my calls or return my messages. ​Customer Service Rep, Kate: She also initially took my calls but has now completely stopped answering. ​This is not a matter of a simple oversight; this is willful negligence and ghosting after they secured my money. They are holding my $5,000 and forcing me to pay interest on it. ​Final Warning ​This dealership engages in unethical, predatory business practices. They will overcharge you, distract you while you sign, and then completely abandon you when you need them to correct their mistakes. ​Do NOT reward this kind of dishonesty with your business. Place is a massive scam, sold me a car that had the airbags removed, transmission was completely shot, major engine issues that result in not passing inspection, I've spent probably around 5k since purchasing this car trying to get it to work and it still does not pass inspection. They do not honor signed documents about warranty or any policies. Every time I try to get it resolved they are either always busy or say they will call back and never do, now they just completely ignore me and have stopped responding. AZ lied about multiple features on the car. Said it had CarPlay, it does not, said it had an aftermarket exhaust. It also does not. Their service department told me the transmission was supposed to grind into 5th gear and every car does that, which is obviously just a lie. They completely screwed me over and will do nothing to even attempt to make it right. They have a document stating that if any mechanical issues are found within 3 days of purchase than you are due a full refund. Greg, As I have written to you and mentioned several times, the 2021 Nissan Rouge SV (Stock # 105566) is still listed on your website. This is the vehicle that we made an appointment to see at your location on Dec 30, 2024. We drove to your location a couple hours later that same day and when we arrived, we were told this vehicle had been sold prior to our arrival. Your dealership never called to tell us the vehicle was sold and tried to up-sell us on another vehicle. The classic bait and switch. I've made you aware of this several times over the last three weeks and yet, as of today, Jan 25, 2025, the same vehicle with the same VIN, stock #, price & mileage is still listed on your website. I read all of the complaints against your dealership online of bait and switch practices but wanted to form my own opinion before I wrote my review. My mother was in dire need of a car and knew which one she wanted. We found it on cargurus and drove from Bucks county PA to Maple Shade NJ arriving just before they closed. Long story short the service was great and we bought the car super fast. They were all very accommodating and helpful even though we were keeping them from going home. Because we bought this car so fast I checked it out later and the maintenance schedule is impeccable, clean VIN and all in all a super deal. I was very impressed. I will go back again. Lied about what charges are on paperwork. They take your down payment and apply it to additional warranties and hidden costs even after you say you dont want to add anything extra. Third party warranty companies agreed to cancel extra policies, car revolution still hasn't sent refund. The dealership should be investigated for fraud and deceptive practices. read more
