Run away from this place!!!!! I went to buy a truck here first off I was priced$3000 over what it listed on car gurus. Either way I loved the vehicle so I continued anyway. During the deal my wife got Ill outside waiting for me and I had to leave. They pressured me into signing all kinds of papers but never a contract. Either way I wanted the truck left them a $1000 deposit and told them I would be back. Long story short my wife was really sick and had to be hospitalized. I emailed them 3 days later after diagnosis and just told them I no longer financially couldn't afford right now. But that I would seek them in the future. A week later I emailed requesting my deposit back. They told me deal was done that they would not refund my deposit. Remember I never signed a contract. How was deal done if they never even showed me a contract. I spoke to several people there and you're on hold forever where you have to call back several times. I finally spoke to owner and he also denied me my refund. Run from this place I know have to waist more time and money to get my money back read more

In October, I purchased a 2500 Dodge Ram Pro Master from Car Revolution Maple Shade. My salesman was Vik.  Vik was very fast talking and moving but not at all thorough in his explanations, information and follow up.  The vehicle listed for $38,976 but went out the door for $58,496.54. I asked about the significant price increase and was told that it was due to the $6000 PIP inspection and cost for the Ally protection plan.  (I ended up paying $46,191 for the vehicle, $6K PIP inspection charge, and $6071 for the Ally protection plans.  Out the door price 53,496)   He also told me the Apr would be 14% and it actually was 16.4%.   I asked VIK for the Ally protection plan to be removed to reduce the cost out of the door.  Vik assured me that it would be removed and that I'd receive a call from Car Revolution when it was completed .  I noticed that the antenna was missing which he assured me would be replaced by the mechanic before we completed the sale.  I also was given one key fob for the vehicle which Vik said that all I had to do is "call Ally and use my "Key Protection plan" to get a 2nd key fob for the vehicle." The next day not only did I notice that the antenna was never put on but, when it rained, I saw that the windshield wipers were in such poor condition that I had very poor visibility.  I wasted 2 hrs round trip to return and have them replaced at CR.       A week from my temporary tag's expiration date, one of CR 's secretaries called me to tell me that they needed my Corp Code to get my tag's.  I ended up giving my Corp Code to the Secretary's twice. After 2 weeks, I followed up and they said they didn't have my Corp Code again.  I then spoke to Vik and gave him my Corp #. After riding with an expired temporary plate for almost a month, I called Vik to follow up again and he once more needed me to give him my DMV Corp Code.  Amazing.       Today (March,) I called Ally protection to check the status on whether my policy was cancelled by Vik, of course it was not cancelled.  I previously followed up with CR 3 times about cancelling my Ally protection.  I asked Ally ``Key protection" to give me a second copy (Key fob replacement) and was told for me to use Ally "Key protection" The dealership should've given me 2 fobs at the time of the sale.  I was paying for "Key protection" that I couldn't even use.  I called "Vik" at CR to alert him that the Ally coverage was never cancelled and that the "Key protection" was void because they didn't give me 2 keys at the point of sale.  His reply was that he was pretty sure he told me to "lie and tell Ally that I was initially given two keys."  I told him that I was never told this and Vik's reply was, "So I can't do anything about that, what do you want me to do about it?  Just call back Ally and tell them that we gave you 2 keys"   I told Vik that I had already told Ally that I received one key fob, I didn't want to call back just to look stupid getting caught in a lie. He then said, "It's a different person each time you call."  I say no, what can you do for me?  He said, "OK, I'll call you back in 10 -15 minutes"  I asked if he was sure.  He said yes and as usual he never called back.  The next day I called and Vik's off from work and there's no one to speak to.  I call "Ally Key Protection" to use Vik's recommended scheme to tell them that I had received 2 key fobs at the point of sale.  Ally Key Protection alerted me to the fact that they already had me on record stating that I was given one key fob.  It went as I thought with me getting caught looking dumb.  Multiple calls of being put on hold 20-30+min to get these things completed.     Lastly, I took my Pro Master to Jiffy Lube and found out I needed brakes and rotors for $530.  Car Revolution says that they replaced them in June (according to their records.)  I really don't understand what level of $6000 inspection was done for such a hefty inspection price.      I would never recommend that anyone purchase any vehicle from Car Revolution.  The worst car buying experience I've ever had, hands down.  Don't waste your time, money, or energy.      I've just purchased another Dodge Pro Master from Turnersville Dodge Ram Center (Salesman "Pete") and no such things occurred, I was left satisfied with the car and experience.  I even received a 5% lower APR (at 11%) than I received on the 1st vehicle purchase from Car Revolution Maple Shade.  Lesson learned. read more

Then they do some scribbling with a higher price from another vehicle and start negotiating with an incorrect starting price!!! Omar is the "numbers guy" with the atrocious hair cut. Issac was a nice kid/sales guy. Car Revolution was supposed to bomb the vehicle from smoke and didn't. They said, "they couldn't order the odor bomb in time". They were supposed to change the motor oil and all filters (which were never done). The engine filter and cabin filter wasn't even pulled and blown off. I happened to see how filthy the cabin filter was and had one on hand so i replaced it myself. I purchased my own odor bombs to bomb it myself too! I also purchased the air filter and changed it, as it was filthy too. These guys are liars and pigs , BEWARE read more

Instead of giving me "a deal", they worked up the prices to be $26K-$28K each. $900 for a document fee, $2,000 for a prep fee, and those were only two of the ridiculous charges that were on the deal sheet. I looked at the Murano listed for $20,880, test drive it and it was fine. Sat down to go over numbers and that is where my blood pressure started to rise. Long story short, they tried to tell me the purchase price is now almost $28,000 that included $2,500 convenience charge, $1,450 for destination fee and another 1450 for some lo-Jack BS. Well, I walked out as fast as I walked in! I even asked them before I went in if this was going to be a mistake since reading the reviews made me question myself. Here is the back and forth text... "The only thing worrying me is read me some of the reviews about your company. Hopefully they're not true!" And the answered... "No worries , we will do our best to prove other wise". The price that is posted on the web did not include $1850 for a car inspection just "just like a certified inspection" and a "$1250 delivery fee". Angel claimed that this was so that he could pay one of the guys to go get it from the auction. Then there was a $500 processing fee (hmmm, I wasn't financing with them)...and another $200 DMV fee so that they could process my paperwork for me. Once you are ready to purchase the vehicle the sales rep will only discuss monthly payment options and just happen to overlook an extra $4k in fees added by the dealership with the intention the client would accept them without question! The extra fees usually outweigh the down payment which is the reasoning they use to charge you an extra $900 in gap insurance on top of that. I bought a 2017 Volkswagen Passat from here a few months ago. The salesman was very pushy/insistent, wanted me to sign off the same day I saw the car. Upon driving the car home I realized they failed to mention some pretty significant damages to the car: a side view mirror frame was cracked, two of the wheel emblems missing, and also the floor mats were missing. A week later the front grille emblem fell off, and I tried contacting the dealership but they were dodging my calls, telling me a service representative would get back to me (they never did). When I went to pick up the plates, I talked to a representative about the damages, and they said someone would reach out to me, again no response. A month later I realized the AC was broken, and cost me another 600 to fix. Another month, and now the only key they gave me is broken and I'll have to buy another. Seriously, the people who run this dealership are scammers, and I suggest going elsewhere. read more

Robert helped me with my 2018 Honda accord, I couldn't be more excited. Thanks to the guys at car revolution.... that's the review Robert made me write before he forfeited the keys to my new car. These guys will take advantage of you and lie to you to get every cent out of you that they can. Im ashamed to admit I didn't ask the questions I should have and I set myself up but THEY also knowingly and willfully took advantage of me. I was left alone with the paper work for THREE HOURS!! And was avoided by the salesman and financier if I had any questions, they'd just say it's "only legal stuff, and you have to do it in new Jersey". Not to mention they screwed up my address while taking it if my license and I had to sign everything again. Robert immediately left me when I started to read the papers like he knew I'd find this stuff. It was obvious that he over booked his schedule too so he could seem to busy to tend to me, even though I told him I'd be there at 3. These guys ate not too be trusted on any level AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE. Trust me you'd be better off walking on any of their so called "deals". In the end they charged me 46000 for a 23000 car, "the best deal you can get" Shame. Well where do I start! Brought my car over there for a Groupon, Oil change just over 2 months ago. Also had a tire rotation as well. Come to today to get a recall fixed at the local Subaru dealer. Getting the oil changed I find out the oil plug was stripped. They had trouble getting off and had to replace. Ok, just figured the amount of changes I've had that this is expected. Next they go to rotate my tires!! Find a lug nut missing!! As well as most of my tire stems stripped and needing to be replaced in order to rotate the tires!! Really!!!!!!!! Then when I was at Car Revolution and they tell me I needed brake pads replaced.......I asked the Subaru dealer to check those for safety concerns.....I get told the brakes are fine!! No change needed. Well I will now let you judge!! Don't go here if they have the original service manager they had when I went!! Hoping he is gone!! Not even going to bother to try and get a refund.....because the Jack A): told me he would email me a receipt!! What a joke don't go here!! This place just keeps getting worse. I live in PA, went to register "new" car, and had to pay $550 in tax for PA. Could have sworn I paid NJ tax (or was charged) at the dealer, but they only gave me a sales receipt with the total car purchase, not itemized. Called to request itemized document, got passed to my sales rep, who promised to scan/email said document. A week later and nada. I'll be going into the showroom this Sat to raise hell. They also owe me $17 for gas and $10.85 for the Fedex of my title (which they said they'd reimburse b/c they should have given me a prepaid envelope). The trade in value of my vehicle that they gave me was $2,000 under what NADA Rough trade in value was and my truck was in perfect condition! My wife and I went to car revolution yesterday to purchase a used Honda Accord. While the car was in average shape, I have text messages with the internet rep confirming the price and any additional fees as only tax, tags and a $495 Doc fee, after test driving the car they decided to tack on a $2895 pre-inspection fee, $1595 destination fee, $995 prepping/etch fee, and $160 "other non tax fees", there are many dealerships not charging any of these bogus fees and I strongly recommend before you go to this dealership you get the final price in writing so you don't waste your time, I would not recommend this dealership, I have pictures of all of the pricing deal sheets and screenshots of all of the text messages between the internet representative and I for anybody who does not believe it. I would bet all of these positive reviews on here are nothing but friends of the salespersons from the dealership trying to dilute the negative reviews. I personally watched three people walk out disgusted by the same deceptive tactics that I endured. read more
