I just want to start off by sayin using them to ship my car was a 10/10 experience, the employees were every transparent about everything, constantly giving me updates about my car and where it was. I shipped my car from New Jersey to Hawaii and it got here under a month. When Camilo asked me what day I wanted to get my car picked up and when it was the next day from the original phone call he made it happen. Since I was still financing my car, there was trouble with the bank (not Edgar's fault at all) which prolonged the process and shipping date for me. If I could give them no stars, I would! We shipped our vehicles from the mainland to Hawai'i. ALEX told my husband to measure our vehicles and give them the dimensions. My husband works construction and knows how to measure things, CARS DON'T GROW! but according to TAYRA, my husband's truck dimensions were bigger(by almost a foot, according to her) than what my husband had told them. Because of this, TAYRA decided to put our vehicle into storage(without our permission) and then TAYRA threatened to hold our vehicles if we didn't give them an additional $500 for the storage. A service we never asked for and a mistake ON THEIR END that we shouldn't have to pay for! We had paid them through credit card for our initial shipping costs but for that $500, they wanted us to pay them check by phone to ensure that we wouldn't request a chargeback from our bank. TAYRA was extremely rude to my husband who kept telling them that he knows he measured it correctly(you can even look up the dimensions of vehicles on Google) and that WE shouldn't have to pay for THEIR mistake. But TAYRA was arguing back with my husband(super professional) and then told him either pay them or TOO BAD they won't ship the truck and also charge us extra for keeping the truck there. TAYRA assured me that we could get our money back from Matson but we HAD to pay them the $500 first before they ship our cars to us. They also told us that if the truck IS bigger than the dimensions, that we'd owe them an additional $3,000 once it gets delivered. Thankfully, the dimensions my husband gave them was correct all along, and we didn't have to pay an additional $3,000. But guess what? Matson is refusing to reimburse us the $500, saying that it's not their business, and so is TAYRA!! What a great way to treat your customers! CROOKS!! Don't ship with this company, unless you enjoy being talked to like a child and being bullied into fixing a mistake you never caused!! My car got shipped but was damaged in between my drop off and it being delivered to Matson. I have sent them proof and have been trying to reach them for days without a response. Will have to get insurance involved to likely go after them. Probably $2-4k of damage. Would strongly suggest using another shipping service. read more

I got a call from Edgar, unprofessional. He calls doesn't introduce his self and say what company he works for. The first any agent would do is introduce their self and say what company they work for. Secondly, my biggest concern and stress was not being able to pick up on time. I asked for grace period, which I was told they can't because they don't have a port in Austin. I go on the website and noticed they offered residence deliever! I called Edgar back to confirm about the residence deliever. Then he said yes we do. Why didn't he say that in the beginning? I was hesitant to book in case my plans of moving got changed, so I asked what is the cancellation policy. Edgar told me he will discuss with me when that time happens. Lastly, I signed the contract but 6 days later my plans with moving changing and after reading the reviews I didn't feel safe booking with this company; so I called to cancel which I was told they Do Not refund because I signed the contract and Dispatcher is already assigned! That is a COMPLETE LIE AND SCAM move!!! I read the contract and it says if you cancel 2 weeks before departure date and the contract is signed, there is a fee of $150. I called 5 weeks in advance before scheduled shipping. This left me no choice but dispute the charge on my card! 2 weeks later Edgar calls me to confirm if the charge back notice is real. I told him yes and I called him to cancel my booking. He asked when? It's a good thing I don't delete my call history, I was able to pull up the actual date and time. He then told me he doesn't see that on call log on his phone and the manager will call me later on the day or the next day. Never received a call! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS SCAM ARTIST! This company is located in FLORIDA not HAWAII. They are either incompetent or scammers. After taking my deposit via electronic check they ghosted me. Multiple times they did not return emails or voicemails for over a week. (Note to self: do not use an e-check to pay for anything ! There is no way to stop payment or raise an issue. Use a credit card!) I started to worry that they were scammers and discovered all these 1-star reviews on both yelp and google. Rather than waste more money or risk having my car stolen, I asked for my deposit back (I had not signed any contracts). They refused. Horrible service called and booked for our cars to ship from Hilo to LAX. Got a boat booked and it was the only "one" that would get our cars there in time for our arrival. I called them 2 weeks prior to follow up and ensure that we where set for June 20th drop off and they wouldn't make it to port until July 29th. Nope that wasn't the case the entire booking was changed. Our cars had to go on June 20th to make it by august 5th pick up. If we didn't drop them off that day the cars wouldn't be there until the 19th or later of august. Our cars where in the LAX port starting the 9th of July and had we not had a friend and family to pick up and hold our cars we would had been looking at 600 dollars plus in storage fees for them to sit there. When I was talking to the people there was absolutely nothing they would do to help us or help reimburse our added expense. We had the biggest headache trying to get there cars out of port and to my family's house. Not only that I kept emailing " Jordan" the one who booked to ask follow up questions never responded always had to call to get ahold of someone never her. PART #1 Don't ship with these liars!!! Shipped not one, not two but three vehicles through this shady company. At least the first 2 didn't show up messed up. Besides showing up when supposed too. My Jeep took almost 2 weeks later. Even though the Jeep and one car made it on the boat together. The Jeep was supposed to be delivered to my house at 5pm (in Tx.where it's bright for easy inspection of the vehicle. Just like we were able to do with the first 2. Where the first car we shipped. We told this company. We need it delivered after the 4th, because we need it for when we fly in on the 3rd. 4 days before we fly out of Hawaii. I get woke up by a driver who said he was at my house. Ready to drop off vehicle. I told him I'm still in Hawaii and your not supposed to show up till after the 4th. I have no way to inspect it. So he told me he was going to leave it at my house & leave keys in car. (Where it could be stolen) I said no! He said "he would then leave it at impound and I can pay the daily fees."then I demand his boss to call. Where he tells me. " your driver is not in San Antonio. He is in Austin at the same address." I confirmed "he is in the wrong city and he was going to leave my vehicle. With the keys in it. At a total strangers house. Unreal!!"Luckily my mother had her realtor meet him in the right city and she inspected it for us and stuck it in our garage. I would of been stuck with 4-5 days impound fees for there mistake. The owner of Omega transport or carrier. Not sure how Omega list themselves. He tells me that the Jeep will cost $1000 paid when delivered. I told him it was $800 just like the 2 vehicles I shipped prior. He demanded it was $1000. So I told him I'm calling Alek and confirming that it's $800. ( I thought at this point the Omega Co. owner was scamming me $200) I'm about to hit call. When the owner immediately calls back. No your right it's $800 for you & $200 from these guys. Who we hired. Not Omega or any of the other 2. I still believe he was scamming me $200 and $200 Car Shipping Hawaii. If I didn't call him out. Then he tells me that he will not deliver my Jeep. Till I Venmo the $800. Then he will deliver it to me. I said no! That's not how it work. He then insisted "that it is the way". I insisted it's not. I didn't do that for the first 2. He starts screaming at me and tells me FU! Then hung up on me. I immediately call him back (caller I D is awesome)and tell I. If he doesn't deliver my vehicle. I will call the police and report it stolen! Then I hung up on him and called Alek. Someone else answered. Told them that this guy is hijacking my Jeep ransom. Unless I pay the $800 by Venmo. Then he told me FU and hung up on me. The lady who answered told me that unexceptionable and will deal with this and call you back. Thought it would be taken care of. This company is a third party trans-shipper of vehicles from Oahu. They contract with various companies to move your vehicle once it reaches the mainland. That charge for contracting a third party delivery service was about $600. Another $1200 was due to the actual delivery servicer upon delivery at my door in Florida. My vehicle was in Long Beach for about 8 days before the third party contractor picked it up. I was informed the contractor's vehicle broke down. When they finally got on the road, i was informed the delivery driver would contact us within 24 hours of the scheduled and agreed upon delivery date and timeframe. He did not. We had to get the phone number for the driver to establish communication. He schedule the timeframe for delivery and then was a no show without responding to text adn phone calls. I finally got him on the phone to coordinate delivery, we coordinated a time and date for delivery. He was a no show again. When I called him again, he stated he was 2 hours away and was just waking up at 9am. He sounded drunk. He was supposed to have delivered the evening before at 6pm. He again agreed to a time for delivery and again was a no show. He sent a text message that my car was in Orland and he was going home to Georgia. Calls to the delivery company went unanswered over the weekend and Hawaii Car Transport over the weekend. My vehicle was approximately 10 days late. The driver had to come from Georgia to Orlando, pick up my vehicle in Orlando and then deliver it to my house, about an hour from Orlando. When the driver delivered the vehicle to my house, he was disheveled and smelled horribly. Just prior to delivery he attempted to contact us to deliver the vehicle to a grocery store parking lot about a mile away claiming he could not get his truck into our neighborhood. HCT was contacted several times during this process regarding their choice of vendor and promised to "do something" about it. They never followed up with me and did not respond to requests for information as to what they did to correct the issue. They did absolutely nothing to rectify, remedy or credit for the horrible service. DO NOT USE THEM read more
