    I came in at 12pm on 11/11 carless, & walked out at 4:00pm with a 2013 Benz ML350 !!!! I was greated, checked in, & seen within 15 minutes with Mr Neyar, whom felt like family, each department actually really felt like family in a way because they're not just trying to make a sale. They care, & want to see you win & that's exactly what they did for me. This dealership MAKES it possible for you to get a car. good/bad credit, they give OPTIONS. Showcasing a great selection to choose from within my budget. TIP: Please dont have high expectations outside the means of YOUR budget, otherwise, yeah you may not have the experience you expected. They offer in house financing which really helped me achieve getting a car, they do have the option to go through the bank if you prefer as well. Financing was easy breezy & stress free! Cashier was so sweet I wish I got her name but she was lovely.

    I don't even know where to begin. I've never written a review before, but what I experienced at CarWorld in Hawthorne, CA was so unbelievably bad that I feel obligated to warn anyone even thinking about going there. I drove over an hour and a half through traffic with cash in hand, ready to buy a 1992 Lexus SC400 that they had listed online. The photos weren't perfect, but they were close enough to make the trip worth it. I even scheduled an appointment for 7:15 PM to make things easy and professional. The moment I arrived, I realized I'd made a mistake. The car looked nothing like the pictures -- completely misrepresented. But fine, I was still willing to take a look and test drive it. Then came the so-called "salesman," one of the rudest, most arrogant people I've ever dealt with in my life. He treated me like I was wasting his time the moment I asked to test drive the car -- as if showing interest in their own inventory was some sort of inconvenience. When I mentioned paying cash, he snapped, "Cash or financing?" in the most dismissive tone imaginable, like I wasn't even worth talking to. Then he told me something that honestly sounded like a joke -- a mandatory $2,500 "tracking device" fee that cannot be removed and is apparently only charged if you pay cash. Let that sink in. They literally punish you for paying upfront. What kind of shady, back-alley business practice is that? And to top it all off, the car that was listed for one price online was nearly triple the cost in person. It's pure bait-and-switch. Everything about this place screams deception, disrespect, and outright greed. CarWorld isn't a dealership -- it's a scam dressed up as a business. They lure people in with fake prices, treat customers like garbage, and then try to trap you with ridiculous, made-up fees. I went in with genuine intention to buy that night, and left feeling completely disgusted and insulted. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. If you value your time, your money, or your sanity -- stay as far away from CarWorld Hawthorne as possible.

    Rudest, most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. I offered to buy this car from out of state, since there are no photos on the website I decided to ask for a couple. Dismissive and uncalled for doesn't begin to describe this. I'm glad you're so busy - but kind words are so much more important than your ego.

    This company blatantly breaks the law. I confirmed TWICE over the phone that this car had not been in an accident and had no damage prior to driving 4 hours to test drive it. The car has been in at least one accident. Both the front and rear bumpers are damaged and separated from the frame. Rear brake light is broken with glass hanging off, damage to rear driver side door and rear passenger side wheel well. The conman trying to sell me the vehicle told me the more than $5000 in body damage could be "buffed right out". Conman also told me i was forced to buy the several thousand dollar Lojack package they had added on and that it could not be removed to i would be forced to pay for it. That is illegal. In addition they advertised a price for the car based on blue book for a car that has never been in an accident and for a car with no damage which again is illegal

I wouldn't even give this company one star. Now I usually handle all details but to get the job done right the owner took the truck to be fixed. The prices are not as competitive if u drive alittle further however we gave it a shot. The owner was quoted one week to complete repair. So I booked his loads a week and a half later to give leeway. A simple repair took two weeks and my client lost 8.5k in bookings as a result. Even though the owner was courteous and had no choice to wait and loose income. He went picked his truck up 3weeks later than promised cut a business check and left. Shortly after I noticed his account had been hacked let him know and he went to pay for what he could till the bank released funds after which was more than half of the bill and the company s accounting lady was very unprofessional rude and in addition the issues to be fixed failed and we had to go to another shop to remedy the poor work they did. Please beware and do not go to this establishment it appears they processed a few times and alerted fraud no one needs to loose money get hacked be mistreated and have the repairs fail this company is a complete disgrace to owner operators that depend on bookings to survive now once again we have to have the truck serviced and are loosing yet another week. My client was told he was not taking initiative when in actuality it is the other way around in the state of California my client has rights one of them is to have his truck repaired properly for payment two when things go wrong as they do u have the right to continually make payment in good faith till a compromised account is remedied. Next there's a loss of wages due to the disrespect of this company who services the owner operator community. So I would not give one star the service is horrible the communication is awe full about the status of your truck or what u can do about I'll mannered work but great at harassing you which also is illegal in California. Take my advise and go else where.

    This has been the worst experience I've had with any service center -- not just once, but four…read moretimes in a row. As a business owner, I completely understand that a company needs to generate income. What I don't agree with is charging for services that were not completed or properly performed. I gave Velocity Truck Centers multiple chances, but it's clear now that the focus is on billing, not genuinely helping the customer. Here's a summary of what I've experienced: First Visit: After service, my truck displayed a maintenance alert within 100 miles. I was told they simply forgot to reset the service timer. I let it slide -- mistakes happen. Second Visit: They forgot to replace the engine oil cap. The truck arrived at my warehouse leaking oil everywhere. When I opened the hood, it was a mess. To their credit, they towed the truck back, pressure washed it, and installed a new cap. Third Visit: I brought the truck in due to an oil cooler leak. My mechanic had diagnosed it and even provided photos and videos. But I was later told it was just a hose, not the oil cooler, and since that wasn't covered by warranty, I got billed for diagnostics. Two weeks later, the truck was still leaking. When I brought it back, even the supervisor acknowledged the leak. Fourth Visit: Due to the leak, the technician said there might be contamination in the DEF tank. I approved inspection verbally. Later, I was told there was no contamination -- which is great -- but again, I received another diagnostic bill. I requested a refund for the original diagnostic error, but they refused, claiming the technician just didn't detect the leak the first time. At this point, it's clear to me that billing is the priority here, not customer service or doing the job right the first time. I've spoken to a supervisor on-site, but no real progress has ever been made. I have documentation and proof of all the issues. I assume they do as well -- unless someone internally is not doing their part. I truly hope someone higher up takes a serious look at how this location is operating. Customers deserve better than to be repeatedly overcharged for subpar service.

    All I'm going to say is make sure your mileage and fuel are correct on your contract.  This woman…read more(Cheryl) put on the contract that the mileage was 2470, when it was really 2484.  When i returned the truck, it was at 2489. For some reason, when taking the picture,  only the 84 showed and not the 24 in front of it.  So now I'm being charged for 20 miles when I literally drove less than 5 miles for the entire use: Uhaul to Destination 1.9 miles Destination to Home 1.4 miles Home to Uhaul 0 6 miles BUT I'M BEING CHARGED FOR 20 MILES!! Next issue: My pickup time was 9:30am... I got there a little early,  Cheryl was helping another customer, and when she began to help me, she realized the keys weren't there. She called an employee, and he had taken the keys home on accident, so I had to wait for him to bring the keys back because there were no more trucks that I could use.  I had scheduled a person from Taskrabbit to meet me at the destination at 10am, so I had to attempt to change the schedule with him because I had to wait for keys. The employee finally showed up around 10am. Luckily, my destination was about 2 miles away so I ended up not being too late.  Still, this was an inconvenience.  It just seems that the first thing you would do as a business is make sure you were prepared for the next day,  but I understand that every day isn't perfect.  I was also charged for furniture pads that I didn't receive,  but I contacted customer service and was refunded. MAKE SURE YOU DO THE ONLINE CHECK IN YOURSELF AND SUBMIT BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE PREMISES.  TAKE PICTURES OF EVERYTHING!! I will NEVER use this particular location again because when I asked Cheryl about the online check-in,  she told me that I didn't have to do it because SHE HAD DONE IT ALREADY.  Because I was already running late,  I trusted her and just said Ok and left.  THAT WAS THE DUMBEST THING I COULD'VE DONE!! I'M MAD AT MYSELF BECAUSE I KNOW BETTER!! ***BLACK OWNED BUSINESSES NEED TO DO BETTER***

We came in on a Wednesday evening looking for a particular vehicle in stock - a used vehicle to be exact. Unfortunately we got there too late, it was no longer available. We came in with a budget for a used 2023 Rav4 and walked out with a great deal on a 2025 Rav4 XLE Premium. Daniel was helpful, accommodating, and made the process seamless. Definitely recommend asking for him if you plan to purchase a new vehicle. 10/10 recommend.

Over 3 hours with appointment for Toyota care check up and oil change. Then I asked the front desk after waiting hours, ask a young lady about my status of the car and she gave me an additude and was not really helpful. I went to speak to adviser and he said another hour or so. Of course they did not find any issues. Even though my android auto keeps crashing and screen goes black while driving. I am going to have to reach out to Toyota directly and submit my proof and get this fixed. I can hear another customer complaining and they are trying so hard to upsale her on servcie when she is upset already. I ended up waiting over 6 hours even with appointment. Around 12pm they say I have wait another 2 hours more due to a glitch they just found out after hours of having my car. Hmmm... i ended up picking up my car around after 3pm total of over 6 hours of waiting to get a oil change is a bit much and then the front desk lady giving me an additude did not help with this review at all. Ridiculous. One star for the service guy being nice. Otherwise .negative star would be more like it. But, I can't justify the service here for my overall experience and don't want give a bad review. But have to be honest about reviews. I am very surprised because normally I had good experience here overall before. MAYBE A BAD visit. This is 2nd time babd experience in my last 2 visits. Hopefully this is not how it is here now. Went downhill in service and treatment towards customers.
