    I came in at 12pm on 11/11 carless, & walked out at 4:00pm with a 2013 Benz ML350 !!!! I was greated, checked in, & seen within 15 minutes with Mr Neyar, whom felt like family, each department actually really felt like family in a way because they're not just trying to make a sale. They care, & want to see you win & that's exactly what they did for me. This dealership MAKES it possible for you to get a car. good/bad credit, they give OPTIONS. Showcasing a great selection to choose from within my budget. TIP: Please dont have high expectations outside the means of YOUR budget, otherwise, yeah you may not have the experience you expected. They offer in house financing which really helped me achieve getting a car, they do have the option to go through the bank if you prefer as well. Financing was easy breezy & stress free! Cashier was so sweet I wish I got her name but she was lovely.

    I don't even know where to begin. I've never written a review before, but what I experienced at CarWorld in Hawthorne, CA was so unbelievably bad that I feel obligated to warn anyone even thinking about going there. I drove over an hour and a half through traffic with cash in hand, ready to buy a 1992 Lexus SC400 that they had listed online. The photos weren't perfect, but they were close enough to make the trip worth it. I even scheduled an appointment for 7:15 PM to make things easy and professional. The moment I arrived, I realized I'd made a mistake. The car looked nothing like the pictures -- completely misrepresented. But fine, I was still willing to take a look and test drive it. Then came the so-called "salesman," one of the rudest, most arrogant people I've ever dealt with in my life. He treated me like I was wasting his time the moment I asked to test drive the car -- as if showing interest in their own inventory was some sort of inconvenience. When I mentioned paying cash, he snapped, "Cash or financing?" in the most dismissive tone imaginable, like I wasn't even worth talking to. Then he told me something that honestly sounded like a joke -- a mandatory $2,500 "tracking device" fee that cannot be removed and is apparently only charged if you pay cash. Let that sink in. They literally punish you for paying upfront. What kind of shady, back-alley business practice is that? And to top it all off, the car that was listed for one price online was nearly triple the cost in person. It's pure bait-and-switch. Everything about this place screams deception, disrespect, and outright greed. CarWorld isn't a dealership -- it's a scam dressed up as a business. They lure people in with fake prices, treat customers like garbage, and then try to trap you with ridiculous, made-up fees. I went in with genuine intention to buy that night, and left feeling completely disgusted and insulted. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. If you value your time, your money, or your sanity -- stay as far away from CarWorld Hawthorne as possible.

    Rudest, most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. I offered to buy this car from out of state, since there are no photos on the website I decided to ask for a couple. Dismissive and uncalled for doesn't begin to describe this. I'm glad you're so busy - but kind words are so much more important than your ego.

Purchasing the vehicle was an easy process. We offered full cash for the vehicle and asked if the price would be negotiable, there was little to no wiggle room, so we did half cash and half finance. Drove the vehicle home the same day. On Thanksgiving evening (on our way out) the transmission went out while on the freeway. Car was loaded with the entire family, had to get the car towed to the mechanic while Ubering to our destination. We spent a couple thousand dollars in fixing the transmission, and a few hundred bucks on the tow truck along with the uber on Thanksgiving night. We haven't driven the truck for even 1000 miles and already replaced the transmission, which gives this place a 1 star rating. We did not call when the transmission went out, didn't think we'd get any consideration since we were considered owners of the vehicle already. However, we called 1-week after they responded to our google review and until today, we have not received follow up. If a follow up is received, I will post an update. The entire family was friendly and helpful throughout the purchasing process. My conclusion on this experience: I purchased a used vehicle at Hawthorne Motors Express and the transmission went out 3 months after owning it. *we are proud owners of 2 previously owned vehicles, which were purchased from Enterprise Car Sales. I know where I'll be going for my next car.

Kenia really stood out because there was no hesitation with providing the final out the door pricing, and it still beat out most of the competition. Everything she presented was clearly laid out when I asked her to break it down. If you are buying a new car, make sure to do your research! Know what you want, get comparables from other dealerships, and do not rush. Be patient! If you do find the Toyota you are looking for at a different dealership, I would still recommend giving Manhattan Beach Toyota a call and give them a chance to earn your business. Eventually, we got up and left. What's even more surprising is that we walked right past them on the way out, and they didn't even acknowledge us or realize we were leaving. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience. We will definitely not be coming back. On a positive note, we went to Nissan Downey afterward and got an AMAZING deal and much better service.

This wasn't part of any repair order. I had photo documentation of exactly how my car looked before it was taken to them -- so I know for a fact none of this damage existed before. They take no accountability for what happened and offered no explanation. It's clear they don't respect customers, their property, or professional boundaries. If your insurance suggests this place -- say no. You are not required to use their recommended shops. Protect yourself and your car. I repeat: STAY AWAY from this place.

I did not have a single missed call, and my voicemail worked fine. Then I left two messages for them and waited on hold for an hour before they disconnected me. NO ONE ANSWERED and no one called back. Horrible business.
