After looking at options online and seeing all the positive reviews, I decided to give them a try. Since I only had a couple of workdays to get it done--and a packed schedule--I stopped in during my lunch break, and the experience felt almost magical. There was no wait at all, and I didn't even have to get out of my car. As soon as I arrived, they waved me into the garage. The crew quickly came over, confirmed what I needed, and got to work right away. Within about 15 minutes, my oil was changed, the air filter was replaced (it definitely needed it), and they checked my tire pressure and all the lights. Everyone was friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient--truly a top-notch team. Bonus: they had a coupon available on their app so I saved $15!

I was expecting to sit and read while my oil was being changed, but Orlando asked if I wanted to learn a bit about what he was doing so I could understand what other places might say when I go home for future oil changes. He did routine checks on other things--transmission fluid, tires, etc.--and explained what other places will try to charge me for that actually doesn't need to be done. Also, apparently, the last place I had gone for an oil change had put an A/C gasket seal where the oil gasket would normally go...PROBLEM, which is why it was leaking...BOTTOM LINE: Orlando actually CARES about good service and has nothing to hide. The price was better than I've had, and I received far better service from Orlando than I ever have at any other auto shop. I head back home in six months, but I'll be stopping to get my oil changed one last time because I'll take reliability and kindness over the mainstream auto shops ANY day. Thanks a bunch, Orlando!

UPDATE: They left weights in my tire. I do believe this was on purpose. I have no idea why they decided to pick on me as I tried to be very nice to them. Do not go here if you are a woman. Cars alignment feels totally off now, tires wobble at high speeds and the entire under carriage squeaks when I go over bumps. Putting someone's safety at risk because you don't like their first impression is a horrible way to conduct business
