They worked at it quickly and 30 or 40 minutes later I had all new tires installed and was on my way. Jordan and Mike gave me their complete attention, answered my questions, and got me on my way almost before I even got there! Very professional and smooth operation. My scatter-brained self left an item in the waiting area and I came back 15 minutes later and I ran into Mike outside. He asked politely why I was back, I explained I had forgotten something. "Oh that's yours? It's in my office. I'll go get it." Nice. The fact that my new Michelins took my ride from "cement truck" to "magic carpet" was just icing on the cake! They replaced the pump and the reservoir and sent me on my way with the power steering still broken. I could not even pull into a parking space - I almost hit another car. The power steering when turning was still broken!!!! I called their store immediately and was told that - well, we told you there was still a bit of a glitch!! They then said it needed a steering gear and that would be another $1500.00. They charged me $2400.00 to replace the steeing pump. My daughter has been helping me get in touch with the owner. That was a week ago - she has tried calling back into the store and he is always "out":...but they said he is working on it. I diagnose your car and let you know how many things are wrong. They said I needed a new battery - my battery wasn't only 6 months old. They lie and take advantage of people and do not stand behind their work or the lack there of!! They have christian music playing in their shop. They are NOT christians.

brought my 2014 f150 in for a transmission last oct took them 2weeks to get the work done, when i…read morepicked up truck i suspected them of putting more miles on my truck then there should have been, i was also missing a bed liner, i did not say anything cause i was not sure if they did use my truck and if the bed liner when missing on there watch. i put 800 miles the truck , then Jun 3 i brought it back for warranty work on the transmission , was shifting hard. but this time i locked my tail gate and took pictures of my dash milage and fuel .so they had my truck 7 weeks trying to find out what was wrong with the transmission, witch they could not fix.so they put in another rebuilt transmission .when i when to pick it up i notice tail gate was unlocked so i asked why is this tail gate unlocked ,, he replied i used your truck to go get parts a few times,, so i went to my truck and took another picture of the dash they put 114 miles on my truck and burnt 1/2 tank of gas front grill was damaged and there was debris and dents and scratches to the bed of my truck. i said to him don't you think this is totally unacceptable he said no. i said do you drive all the customers cars like this he said i do. i then said this is not right and at that point he told me to take my truck and go. seems to be a good mechanic if you don't mind him treating your car/truck like it ant shit! if you use them i highly advise you to note your milage and condition of your vehicle. would not even give 1 star if i could post with out doing so.
