If I can give negative stars then I would give them -5 star at least. Worst customer service ever. They are a car dealership but doesn't want to sell cars! I really hope the owner read these review cause it's killing his business. I wanted to purchase a car from them so I contacted the dealership. I was responded by their saleswoman Paloma and she sends me all the info and I negotiated the price. She texted me back and said that they don't negotiate on the phone and I have to come into the dealership in person and we can negotiate the price so I schedule a appointment and drove all the way from anaheim to their dealership during traffic hour because they said they close at 6pm. As I got there Paloma my saleswoman was nowhere to be found! And this gentleman (or at least I thought he was) name Rob said he was the manager and he's going to help us. He brought us to the car, we look around and wanted to test drive so another sale rep took us on a test drive because my saleswoman Paloma was not back yet! After the drive we wanted to purchase the car, so I ask about the number of the car so we can start negotiating the final price. The manager Rob heard the word negotiate and all of a sudden snap!!! He went from this nice little man to this rude and obnoxious man. He went on to say that they are a big reputable dealer and has million dollar cars there and doesn't negotiate. So I told him that the car he's selling is $2k over the kbb and carfax value, he got angry and turn his computer around so hard that he knock his stapler flying. He show me a typed up word document and said show the option of the car and prices and says that it's the right value of the car. And that's he's the one that did all the research and he's never wrong! (lol he's comparing himself to kbb and carfax and he's knows more than them) I disagree on the price and the comparison so I got up to leave. I don't appreciate wasting my time so I just told him I'm there to buy the car not asking it to be free! He reply that the number "he comes up with is the number of the car. It doesn't matter what's the value of the car, if you don't have the money then don't buy the car." After that I feel that the whole time he was talking down to me about the car! He felt that we were probably wasting his time! And we don't have the money to buy the car. So if he thinks that then I'm not gonna spend a penny there! And I was gonna pay off the car cash too! As I was leaving the dealership heading home the manager Rob calls my cellphone (wanted to apologize for losing my business) I just told him straight out that don't judge a book by its covers, and need to treat everyone with respect cause you in the customer service department so treat customer with some respect! He got upset and hung up! No worry I'm over it! Message for owner and anyone who wanted to come to this dealership. Don't deal with Rob! This guy really need to get some anger management classes or some training exercise on how to give proper customer service! I would never go back to that dealer base on the service that I received! They also boast about selling only the highest quality vehicles, which is misleading. The car I received wasn't even properly detailed; it was only cleaned by one person working at the back of the lot. To make matters worse, the finance guy was extremely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. He treated customers poorly, as if he owned the place. I would strongly advise staying away from this dealership to avoid disappointment. I feel sorry for the owner.
