    Let me preface this review by mentioning I worked in the car business for over 5 years, specifically wholesaling cars to dealers. So, I have met all kinds of people in the retail dealership space. I HIGHLY recommend Carbeeco to anyone looking to purchase their next car. The first thing they did was show me the vehicle history on Carfax!! Who does that?!? No one!! Eric, who was the first person to help me when I called inquiring about the BMW X7 that I was looking into was one of the most personable, kindest and relatable Salesperson I have ever dealt with. He followed up promptly, worked to make sure I had ALL the information I needed to make this decision, and made me feel like a king when I was there. Offering myself and son water, snacks, there was even a basketball court out front for my son to play on. Rob, who is the GM, had such great knowledge and wisdom, even outside car sales (we talked about Solar on houses). We had such a great conversation and he made the whole process, seamless. I never felt pressured, uneasy, taken advantage of, or anything that would turn me away from the sales process. If you ever are looking for a new car save yourself the hassle, the haggle, the back and fourth, and having to throw up a defense because you feel that grimy sales pitch is coming on, and GO TO CARBEECO! You will not be disappointed!

    Having bought more than 75+ cars from an SUV to a sport car to an exotic over the last 45 years, I had the great pleasure of working with Morris and his Manager Rob last weekend on the purchase of my new to me the Mercedes Benz S63 AMG coupe. The response to the many of my questions were always answered in an expeditious manner by Morris, and I want to commend both Morris and Rob for their Professionalism and attentiveness to their customers!     Buyer Beware - Terrible Experience with Carbeeco I purchased a 2022 BMW M4 from Carbeeco as a birthday gift to myself on February 10th, and my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. My sales rep, Louis, and the finance guy, Rob, were involved in the transaction. I bought the car without any negotiation on price due to their "No Negotiation" policy. However, after I drove the M4 home and parked it in my driveway, I noticed huge, deep scratches on the carbon fiber roof, which were not visible at the dealership (it was dark when I picked up the car). At home, under bright flood lights, the scratches were glaringly obvious. I immediately texted Louis to let him know about the damage, but I didn't receive a response for two days. When I followed up, Louis told me there was nothing he could do. I then asked him to escalate the issue to his manager, and Rob finally reached out to me three days later. Rob asked if there was any way the damage could have occurred on my drive home, but I assured him the car had been in my possession the entire time, and I even have camera footage to prove it. Rob said he would investigate the matter and get back to me, but I haven't heard from him since February 18th. I continued reaching out to Louis, but all I received was the occasional "Sorry, Rob is busy, he'll call soon," with no actual follow-up. The last response I got was on February 28th, and since then, I've been completely ignored. After spending $90,000 on a car, I expected top-tier customer service. Instead, I've been met with silence and complete disregard. All I wanted was help in resolving this issue, but now I'm left with a damaged vehicle and no solution in sight. I am incredibly disappointed in Carbeeco's lack of professionalism and poor customer service. If they treat me this way after a significant purchase, I can only imagine how they'll treat others in a similar situation. I strongly urge anyone considering buying from them to be cautious. I plan to escalate this further, possibly with my credit card company as a "Product not as decribed" or through a formal complaint with the BBB and all social media platforms. Carbeeco, please contact me ASAP to resolve this issue.

    This is the way car buying should be! Eric at Carbeeco was accommodating, transparent, and had excellent communication throughout our buying experience of a beautiful Porsche Cayenne. They have an amazing selection of pristine, well selected cars that are priced very competitively. Love the business model here and really appreciated the no hassle approach, and post sale support. Visit the dealership and you will come away very impressed, especially if you are a car enthusiast!

    I have never come across a dealership like this. You walk in and it is a completely different feel. Started the process online and Eric reached out to me right away in regard to the car I was inquiring about. He put up with my hectic schedule and back and forth nonsense haha. I went in and seen the car on a Friday night and he helped run all numbers. I decided I wanted to sleep on it and he allowed me to do so without pressure. Next day he followed up letting me know someone else was interested and helped me secure the car. I was skeptical to Zelle money when not being present but I am happy I did as every payment was accounted for and it was not a scam. They had my car detailed and paperwork ready at the time I said I would be there to pick the car up so I walked in and deal was closed in 20min. They had a huge selection as well.     First off, let me start with my salesperson, Zee. He was AMAZING throughout the whole entire process with acquiring this vehicle. I was quite unsure about how to go forward with a major financial decision like this, but Zee made everything fully aware to me over the phone, with in-depth details of the vehicle. He excellently answered every single question that I had with zero hesitations! As I walked in, I was happily greeted by their friendly receptionist, and they even offered snacks and drinks as I waited for my salesperson. I was not sure if I was going to buy the car that day, but I was NOT pushed to buy the car nor shrugged off about buying it either. The car was EXACTLY as described on the post, and might I add, looked way better in person than I expected. The process of buying was very swift and professional, from Zee talking more details on the vehicle, and their finance crew explaining and discussing things very clearly. The vehicle was washed and even fully gassed for me! I had a few more questions on the vehicle a couple hours after I purchased it, and the response time was within minutes! Their communication is superb and should not go unnoticed. My experience at Carbeeco was AMAZING and they most definitely have great care for their customers. I would 1000% buy from them again!!!

    THANK YOU PALOMA & ROB! Experience with our purchase was 10/10. I searched for the perfect Porsche Taycan for months. I went to two other dealerships. The service was excellent here at Carbeeco. Paloma was super helpful and patient. What I appreciate about this dealership is the inventory and quality vehicles. Luxury is the highlight here. Unique dealership as they were previously dealer to dealer sales. Now open to the public. The employees also all have a variety of Asian American and Latino experience. The dealership is modern and with the times today. Really unique Vietnamese tea and boba is available to guest. I felt welcomed and appreciated here. Thank you Paloma and Rob for making our purchase as easy as possible. P.s we had a small hiccup and Rob made sure to provide stellar solutions. This is a true example of customer service and top notch service. I also got a pen to match my Porche.

I just want others to know what they might be walking into. This dragged on for nearly two months start to finish. On April 26, 2026, I bought a used 2021 BMW from Fletcher Jones Mercedes for my wife, who was 8 months pregnant, through a salesman named Omar Youssef. We liked the car, test drove it, and finalized everything without a hitch. Smooth sale, friendly people, no complaints up to that point. Then we left. And that's where the story really begins. About 10 minutes down the road, I'm driving in front of my wife and notice half her headlight assembly is dead and the DRL is completely out. You could see it the second we hit the freeway. We'd already burned hours at the dealership and my wife was exhausted, so instead of turning around we figured we'd just call and sort it out. I called Omar within 10 minutes. No answer. Called back three times before I got him. His response? He'd never seen anything like this and would have to talk to the used car manager, Kevin, when he's back from vacation. Never seen a headlight go out? You sell cars for a living. That's like a barista saying they've never seen a cup of coffee. But okay, fine. What followed was a masterclass in getting ghosted. The next day, Omar became nearly impossible to reach. Eventually I get a message that Kevin is still on vacation and unavailable. Fletcher Jones is one of the largest luxury dealerships in the country, and a same day delivery issue can't be handled because one manager is out? There are entire departments and a dozen managers who could step in. That excuse turned out to be complete fiction. Then on May 1, after days of silence, I get a text from Omar saying the dealership can't help because the car is pre-owned and the issue is "not a safety concern." The text is attached here. Not a safety concern. A dead headlight and DRL. That's one of the most basic safety systems on any vehicle, seeing the road and being seen on it. And this existed at delivery. It should have been caught and disclosed before the sale, or fixed before the car ever left the lot. All I wanted was a reasonable, good faith repair. That's it. I requested callbacks. Nothing. I called for a manager multiple times. Reception said no managers were available, which was hard to believe considering I'd shaken hands with several of them days earlier who were just standing in the lobby chatting. I hounded them for days and got nowhere. Later that week I reached sales lead Justin Smyres, who was professional and seemed to want to help. He said he'd follow up once they sourced the part. Then days went by with no update. Here's where it gets good. I eventually got Kevin on the phone. The same Kevin who was supposedly on vacation. Turns out he was never on vacation. He'd been at work the whole time. I found out because I asked and he sounded confused and said no. He also said he never told anyone the dealership would refuse to help. So everything Omar told me for nearly a week was made up. At that point this stopped being about a headlight. It was about the dishonesty and the total breakdown the second the sale was done. To their credit, once Kevin got involved things moved. I live an hour and a half away, so they picked the car up, did the work, and dropped it back. Kevin even sent a photo of the replaced module lighting up properly. In that same photo he pointed out the other headlight was failing too, yellow and faded. He flagged it himself and said he'd take care of it. The car comes back. I check the other headlight. They did absolutely nothing. I'm grateful one got fixed. But if you tell me you'll handle the second and then don't, that needs addressing. Beyond the mismatched look, it's a safety and compliance issue. I had a car with two different colored headlights, looking ridiculous. I had to chase Kevin down again, over and over. Lots of sighing from him, and at one point he said, "well, it's a six year old car, what do you expect." Good German headlights last well over a decade. After more back and forth, we agreed to bring it in one last time. Kevin said he'd call when the part arrived. No call. I checked in daily just for a crumb of information. He even pushed me twice to take the car back entirely and refund me every penny, just to avoid dealing with a headlight. Kind of dramatic. I jumped through the hoops one last time, dropped it off, got it fixed, and we're finally good. Credit where due: the service team was solid, and Thomas Joyce was solid. So how does it end? Nearly two months later, I finally got everything resolved. But I had to go to war for it, all while my wife hit 9 months pregnant scrambling before the baby came.

    I really wanted and intended to write a five star review of OC Autosource because initially I liked…read morethe owner, Tony Thompson and trusted him. I ignored other reviews and purchased my dream car from OC Autosource...a Bentley Continental GT Speed "Limited Le Mans Edition" (#7 of 48) coupe. Though the car had been in his hands for weeks, he apparently never bothered to have a mechanic look at it. I paid for a PPI (Pre-Purchase Inspection) after buying it (my bad, don't make this mistake) and learned the truth about the car. The front grills had sustained damage, breaking off the tabs that hold them in place and subsequently been GLUED back on. The front left wheel had a crack in it which caused the tire to steadily lose air pressure, ultimately triggering an alert on the car's dash. This alert effectively froze the computer, making it impossible to use the navigation, listen to music or do anything else. I returned to the tire shop 3 times for refills, seven days later the alarm was triggered again, On my third visit they discovered the crack in the wheel. The exhaust system was loosely hanging on...missing brackets that secure it and prevent it from hanging low. The car has a 20 speaker, $7500.00 sound system but the blown speaker in the dash made it painful to use...like nails on a chalkboard. When I provided Tony proof of these flaws, he assured me he would make good on the repairs and "..do the right thing" and I believed him. I had everything fixed at a cost of $2637.79 (parts & labor) and now enjoy driving the car. Weeks passed and Tony never contacted me until I posted a review and filed a BBB complaint. 24hrs after posting my initial review & filing a BBB complaint, I got reimbursed the total amt for the aforementioned repairs. But because Tony asked me to "...remove all the negative you put out there" I feel this was mere damage control rather than his desire to do the right thing because I received more messages from him within 24hrs of posting my review than I received in the preceding 4 months.. I promised him an honest review on my first visit to OC Autosouce & that's what this is. I always keep my word. If you intend to purchase a car from OC Autosource, I suggest you demand a PPI be conducted before you buy. Have the cost of any repairs necessary be deducted from the purchase price and handle the repairs yourself. JMO...I could be wrong.

I had Tony come get the car and he promised me my refund after I sent the pink slip. I did send the pink slip but wasn't refunded. I had a handyman in my home posing as a contractor. He seen a jeep on OC's website and had to have that car. I told him if he could get a vehicle from them then to pay me back the $48,000 that would be fine. Tony let him know the car couldn't go for that cheap. Roger Michael then threatened Tony's life. That didn't go over well. After the poser stole a small fortune from me committed fraud and elder abuse. He stole my Jeep Rubicon and took off for Arroyo Grande. However my Jeep is now in police custody. I'm pursuing charges with the DA against Roger. Tony Thompson has called me and apologized. He is going to make things right between him and I. I'm going to put my trust behind Tony. I believe he will make things right so I'm giving him a good review. I don't want his business to suffer no one deserves that. I want him to do well and help me out. Give him a chance he's had some tough times too.

Those are fixed costs...Last, when asked about the manufacturer warranty, it was overstated. We did like our sales rep, inventory, but the pricing strategy was really not ideal.
