We sat down and began going over the paperwork. I live in the state of florida, I told them I wanted the price of taxes and plate included in the price. I was told by Steven that all I would have to do is walk into my dmv with the paperwork and I wouldn't owe anything else. I was told it would only take about 2 weeks to receive the title . After 3 weeks I began calling and letting them know I hadn't received it yet. So long story short these are the excuses I hear for appox. 2 weeks. I was told Are you sure this is the correct address, The title is at our main office in Montgomery Al and if I got to go there and walk it through myself I will, this was from the salesman., I asked them do they even have the title and they said yes(lie). Couple days go by I call them back and they tell me We are having problems getting the title from the auction we bought the car from. I told them I was going to bring the car back and I wanted my money back in cash as I paid in cash. The owner apparently wouldn't talk to me and told one of the many people I talked to that I wouldn't receive a full refund back. I asked why and they didn't give one. The car was driven to my house about 100 miles from there lot. All the time that had gone by it sat in my driveway until it was legal.(still waiting on title). A week goes by and I got a call saying they got the title. The title was overnighted fedex to me which I received. When I went to my dmv I had to pay title fee, tax fee, and a plate fee out of pocket. (So they lied again) If anyone I mean anyone thinks of buying a automobile from these people please think really hard about it .The deal might sound great but they are some shady people at this place. I will not be back and I want to help prevent anybody else get ripped off. This place should be investigated by the attorney generals office of the state of Alabama for fraud. Chris M

    This was by far the worst car purchase experience of my life. I paid cash, (in full, not even…read morefinanced) for a car that I was assured there was nothing wrong with, got home and everything was wrong. There weren't even any motor mounts on the bottom of the engine, and that's just the beginning. How I made it home, I'll never know. We took the car all the way back to them on a trailer from Panama City, FL to Mobile, AL and they assured me they would fix everything. They gave me an illegal loaner car (that smelled like a cat litter box) that I couldn't drive the entire month that they had my car (I got pulled over by a state trooper and she even called them to tell them it's illegal, and she told me not to drive it). The entire month that they were "fixing" my car, I could hardly ever get in touch with them about the progress of my car, let alone get a call back. And when I did get through, I got put on hold or hung up on. One man answered the phone after my calling all day and said "I ain't talkin to that lady again" and hung up. I'm not even kidding. You can't make this kind of stuff up. I finally got my car back yesterday after the owner called yelling and cussing at my significant other saying they didn't have to do anything for us and we should be grateful, only to find out that my car is still not fixed. I know they fixed 1 thing out of an entire list. It shut off driving down the road on the way home and who knows what else. I've owned this car for 2 months now and I've driven it 1 day. Silly me for not reading the reviews first. There may be a few good employees within, but unfortunately the owner calls the shots and doesn't set a very good example in this crooked business. Do yourself a favor and don't get involved with this nightmare of a company.

    **Service Department Review**…read more Imagine moving to a new city and three weeks after the move, hubby's car decides to overheat at red lights and loses its entire mind! Well, that's what happened and of course, being new to town-- we had no clue where to turn and needed immediate help. (Preferably, without being raked across the coals!) Not one, but TWO recommendations from the hubby's office sent us (literally) running into Andrew's arms, and bracing ourselves for a decent report. Just as described, Andrew's took great care of us. Reggie helped us originally and offered great customer care. Andrew's replaced the necessary sensor and a coil of some sort (don't make me talk car parts, I'm not classically trained), graciously offered us a loaner (we couldn't accept and used my car), washed hubs' car, AND quoted us a truly reasonable price (and by reasonable, I mean I didn't get the urge to cry)-- just went above and beyond! Fast forward-- We've now returned 2 times for regular maintenance and checks since our arrival, we've recommended Andrew's to a friend, and the level of service continues to exceed expectations. My last visit to the lot had me strongly considering buying one of their gorgeous cars that I can't afford, but the hubs pulled me away before any real damage was done! Andrew is the best, truly helped us, and now we're in it for the long haul! Also, doesn't hurt that he's a South Alabama supporter. All in all, our money and our vehicles are safe at Andrew's Imports! Now, about that car...

    My recent service at Palmer's Airport Hyundai has left me a very disappointed customer. For three…read moreconsecutive weeks, I called the service department every single day asking about my car and the loaner, but there was no response from my service advisor. On one of my calls on October 10, 2025, I even recorded a conversation where one of the receptionists could be heard in the background saying, "He's calling again." Such unprofessional remarks should not occur at a dealership. There was always an excuse as to why they did not have any loaners available. However, when I went to retrieve my vehicle after three weeks, there were over 14 loaners on the lot. My vehicle was being serviced due to a manufacturer defect with the motor, so I expected better communication and support during the process. The General Manager was given my phone number in case he wanted to return my call, but I never received a response. To top it all off, when I eventually received my car back, it was in very dirty condition, covered in dust, totally unacceptable after such a long wait and lack of communication. even after this experience, I was still coerced to leave a good review. I have been very patient and respectful throughout this process, but the whole experience clearly showed poor customer service, no accountability, and a lack of care. I sincerely hope management and Hyundai Corporate take notice of this situation and make improvements.
