This is a smaller coffee stand so I wanted to support instead of going to somewhere like Sbucks, but maaan. We were in line here for literally 30 minutes. I would've left but had someone in the front and back of us. Our coffees tasted pretty average and the smoothie we got my son was super thick but eventually melted a little and thinned out. Great concept to have the coffee shop attached to the auto shop, but they definitely need to staff this place a little more appropriately for the amount of business that comes through on a busy road.

"What are you getting today?" and nothing more. Also the coffee does not taste very good at all. The younger individual working with her is also seemingly rude, or just very unenthusiastic. He just hands you the drinks with no effort in a simple "have a nice day" or anything just silence... very odd. I have never been to a coffee stand where they don't at least say "Hi how are you?" I'm not looking for a whole in depth conversation but geez a little customer service spirit could help these two a lot. I've been coming here for a while but these two must be new or i somehow evaded their shifts until now because wow.. But i will say aside from these two i ran into today, the other girls that work here are very nice and make amazing coffee. I usually come in on Thursday-Sunday mornings and the young women who works those days are very upbeat, friendly, timely, and the coffee actually tastes the way it is supposed to. My note to anyone reading this review.. do not go in on the early morning on Tuesday.. or if you see a young male, or older blonde woman working i would just go elsewhere. Any of the other workers are a much better bet though. Never a bad experience until today with these new employees (new in my experience since coming here)

I happen to own a unique Subaru Legacy. I love independent repair shops where the owner is there every day at the front desk or in the shop. Josh usually answers the phone and knows Subarus well. When I go to any of the factory authorized dealers the service managers don't know Subarus, don't own Subarus, don't touch a Subaru with a wrench themselves. When you go to a specialty shop that is all they do from the front desk backward, talk and think Subaru. Factory authorized dealers hide their service departments. Specialty shops don't and you're always able to have something pointed out in the shop while the car is on a lift. Dealership service managers take a percentage of the repairs they can scare you into for too high a price. Roopair repairs for way less using factory authorized parts or better if you like. Josh has a hard job, harder than a factory authorized dealer. After 17 years he knows he must be honest with customers and helpful to build a long-term relationship. I admire Josh he is direct and honest in a most polite fashion. His sense of humor and honesty is actually delightful and colorful. His customers appreciate his consistency and management. I appreciate the quality of workmanship and dedication. I don't mind driving an hour for specialty service. While waiting for my service I walked around the neighborhood good restaurants and fun stores around the corner. Looking Forward

Roopair has been honest the whole time I've been going to them with excellent quality (repairs and service). They've told me when I don't need a repair and keep track of needed upcoming service. A few years back, I started to buy an Audi, yet since they don't repair Audi's, I bought another Subaru! I'm going back tomorrow to test and replace a door actuator on my 2018 Subaru Impreza.

The technician…read moreassured me they would include photos of the undercarriage, as I wasn't allowed in the shop. After a quick 15-minute inspection, they claimed the water pump needed replacement--even though the car has only 39K miles. They said it had leaked previously but wasn't leaking now. $500 to replace. They also recommended replacing the cabin filter for $112, even though it's a $10 part that takes about a minute to change with no tools. The oil change was priced at $91 for just four quarts of oil and a filter. When I received the inspection report, the promised undercarriage photos were missing. The technician claimed they "wouldn't post" and had been deleted--yet other photos were included. This wasn't a true pre-purchase safety inspection but rather an exaggerated upsell on repairs. I usually don't post reviews, but this experience needed to be shared.

We've been cheated before and this has the makings of being cheated out of thousands again. I'm truly disappointed we thought this shop was going to be the exception. Unfortunately it is not. I'm still hoping they will make it right but we will see. As of 4/22/24 update. I received communication from I believe the owner they arranged to have my husband's vehicle picked up within 45 minutes within 24 business hours they fix the problem. It fell under their guarantee so we did not have to pay for any of the repairs so far so good we just received the vehicle today, I am very impressed with how they handled and the situation and how quickly they handled it

I came early Tuesday 04/18 morning to see any availability, the store manager told me they were full and referred me to make an appointment! I did, and there wouldn't be any slot until next Monday 04/24 at 0800 am. Funny how they made an appointment slot; when I checked online later, it was still open that week. They just want people waiting for them, instead of waiting for customers. 2. The store manager told me only $75 for inspection and it would be deducted for the repair cost later. 3. I took a day off, and came early to Apr 24. The salesman told me the whole cost for inspection is $175.38 and won't be deducted for later repair! Seriously!! 4. Trust is what you build for business but I guess they don't give a damn, since they are next to the mall and always pretending to be professional. Final word, I did go to BUCKY's TACOMA on the 48th. I did only $70 for inspection (fact only $70, no extra labor's hidden fee that goes up to $175) But the senior mechanic wouldn't be available until next month because of vacation. SO THEY REFUNDED ME $70. Please, support your local store before going to this so-called best service store in Tacoma!!! They are really on a whole different level of Bull-shit!! And I will bring my complain to anywhere I can! Even file a complaint at WA state!
