I reached over the counter not seeing that she had put it out on the counter. She slapped my had and told me rudely that I can't do that. I asked to speak to the manager to which she indicated that she was a manager. I asked for the general manager. The general manager said "I'm the general manager. What do you want, I'm busy. " I told her what happened. She rudely dismissed what I said, turned around and went back to work. I have never been treated so disrespectfully and rudely in all the years I have gone to Burger King. I will never go to this BK again and I will tell family and friends to never go. These workers should be fired immediately. No worker should ever touch a costumer.
