Carpet cleaning is a service I rarely use, but one that I expect impeccable results from. I chose care pro to clean the carpets prior to vacating our rental because of an Angie's List deal. Gustavo fit me in on short notice, was very professional, and did an excellent job on the carpets. The carpets in this rental were new when we moved in but looked 20 years old one year later because of their poor quality. Gustavo warned me that they'd never look like new because of how low quality they were, so I was expecting mediocre results. But they looked fantastic! I was proud to turn this house over to the property managers after the cleaning! I don't expect to need carpet cleaning any time in the near future but if I did, I'd certainly turn to Care Pro again. Gustavo and Christian are true miracle workers and the price is so reasonable for the work done! They use a large industrial buffing brush to clean the carpet with a non-toxic citrus smelling cleaner. Then, they use an industrial steam vacuum and after, some type of carpet rake to help fluff the fibers. We had some red stains in the carpet and it was a real minimal fee to get these out and there was absolutely no pushy upselling. We are definitely using them in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone else! read more

They repaired my carpet and explained the process... we had discussed about cleaning the carpet in my small closet downstairs, but we were upstairs at the time, so I told him I would show him what area was to be cleaned (closet) but when they came downstairs they put their stuff away, don't know if one of the guys forgot to tell the other, but when I told him I was supposed to show him where my closet was, he said he already put his stuff away but he will gladly do it, so that's excellent customer service! I am 100% satisfied with the services that Gustavo and his team provided. I am glad I ended up doing business with them and no one else , they have great affordable rates and you are able to send Gustavo a picture of what needs to be done via text and he will respond in a timely manner with an estimate. His team worked on a bleach spot that I needed to get fixed in order to get my deposit back on my apartment.
