Came to my house today for a repair and cleaning. Gustavo and his crew were incredibly professional and proficient. Fixed the repair and it looks so great (about a 10 inch by 3 inch carpet spot where dog thought she should "dig") I am really pleased. The cleaning was a hard one, we have lots of pets, tons of foot traffic and had loads of stains (both pet and people) that they took care of. Even in a few spots restretched the carpet without me asking. I will use them again in a heart beat and highly recommend. This company rocks! We called Care Pro to clean our really dirty carpets and they came out the same day! We were contemplating purchasing new carpets to replace our dirty (stained) carpets but Care Pro changed our minds as they made our existing carpet look like new.
