Car buying can be an overwhelming nail biting drawn out experience. You can have sharks circling you as you walk around the lot looking at prospective vehicles. This is NOT what we experienced at CarFam. These guys were AWESOME!!!! Hector is as nice as they come when looking for a salesperson. His boss Alli was also a stand up guy to work with. Stay clear away from this dealership..if that's what you want to call it. I had an appointment to see a certain SUV. I get there and they could not locate the keys for 20 mins. Then they find the keys in one of the other vehicles and it would not start. They told me they would negotiate the price and they did not. I mention to the this idiot senior sales person that the vehicle has a lot of oxidation and dents and looked as if someone tried to break into it. He says we all have some type of marks on our bodies. Our bodies have absolutely nothing to do with the dang vehicle. Needless to say I found this guy to be extremely rude. I was promised my stereo on the Range Rover I bought was going to be fixed. I took it back to get fixed and they kept it for over 2 months and when I went in to pick up they had taken out the original stereo and put in a second hand cheap stereo. Unfortunately I had nothing in writing and was forced to take them to court and I won but only got 20 percent of what I needed to fix it. Kevin was my sales manager and it was a great experience. I went in knowing what I wanted so I saved myself some of the introductory back and forth to "find" the vehicle but once we test drove and went through the process it was seamless! They were very friendly and straight forward through the process, no haggling or trying to upsell me anything. No weird "dealer" fees or off-market lo-jack systems. I purchased a car from this establishment last week. I have purchased many vehicles from dealers in my lifetime. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had. I had to request a meeting in an office with the manager. Otherwise I would have been kept standing in the lobby amid a loud television and piped-in music, which was definitely not conducive to conducting any type of transaction. I was sat at a desk with a computer to fill out my own application and had to track down assistance when I was done. Jose Vega was the most arrogant, pompous and rude individual I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. He was very condescending when responding to inquiries. He promised to put in $25 worth of gas in the car. I reminded him of that on the phone prior to pickup and he assured me everything was taken care of and that the car would have a half tank of gas upon receipt, which was obviously not honored. This business charges the buyer for the smog emissions testing, which is against all DMV regulations. Do not patronize this establishment unless you want to deal with unprofessional and dishonest individuals. Needless to say, I will steer everyone I know away from this establishment. read more

Had my car 4 months it's a 2018 with 24,000 miles and transmission is toast and instead of the warranty taking care of it they thought for Christmas they would make me take care of the $3000 dollar fix!!! How does this place have such good reviews? These guys are complete liars that will say anything to take your money. First of all, I've never written a review in my life, that's how pissed off this company made me. I drove 2 1/2 hours to test drive a car. When I showed up the salesman told me their in house mechanics look over every vehicle and make sure they are ready to go. I had previously arranged to take it for a presale inspection anyway. I got it checked out by Toyota of San Bernadino and they give me a list totalling $4700. The truck needed all kinds of maintenance, had leaks that needed to be adressed, and the whole front end power steering system needed replacement the list went on. So I go back thinking I will offer them $4k less hoping they will meet me in the middle somewhere. My mechanic would likely fix it for much cheaper than the Toyota dealership. They offered me $300 off....If their mechanics do check vehicles out then they knowingly have issues that they do not repair, do not disclose, and then lie to your face about how its been checked out and is ready to go. I just saw that the truck sold a few days ago and I feel horrible for whoever bought that thing. They likely got reassured that it was "checked out and ready to go" and they will find out soon that vehicle actually costs 4k more than they thought. Screw these guys, stay away. read more

Great attentive service. Great inventory. Quality trucks from what I saw and test drove. I'm super happy with a 2013 Toyota Tundra I got from them like 4 months ago. It was like new. Seriously. Not any real wear and tear on it. Just minor things. Like tires, brakes, rotors, etc. Almost all their cars look like new. Like I said quality inventory. I was helped by Armando and Armando. Yes, there was Armando the sales rep and Armando his manager. They never hassled me. Never once pressured me to buy what they wanted. I scouted their inventory and found the one. Cut to 2 weeks into owning the truck I felt a little odd steering and braking behavior. Took it back to them and they took care of it no questions asked. All within the 30 day warranty of course. They put new tires on the truck, New rotors, New brakes, Detailed it, and it didn't cost me a dollar. They took care of everything. That's some badass service right there. New tires?! I'm still impressed. Thanks Again to Magic, the owner, who approved of all those repairs that were definitely needed for my truck to operate optimally again. Smooth ride now. No complaints at all. Seriously. They have some nice trucks there. And really good service. I honestly don't have anything bad to say about this dealership. They took really great care of me. This place really rubbed me the wrong way. I visited to look at a vehicle advertised on their website, when I got there the car was alot more beat up than in their pictures. The floors were shredded up, the car had smoke damage, and several dings and dents. The vehicle also displayed symptoms of being in a collision but the salesman kept claiming it had never been in any collisions because he looked at the Carfax. Heads up, the carfax only displays accidents reported to the insurance companies, just because it wasnt reported to the insurance does not mean it didn't happen. When i mentioned all of this to the salesman and explained to him my concerns they were dismissed and he kept repeating that "its very clean" and " its a good deal". Sorry but if you are trying to sell a vehicle at $500 above Blue Book Value it better be in good condition. They will also not work with you on price at all nor do their salesmen have any knowledge about vehicles at all. If you do decide to venture into this lot bring someone with you who knows cars otherwise you will probably walk away disappointed. read more

I am an old guy originally from the mid-west where we were taught to be a straight-shooter& honor your word. Always hated the experience of buying cars out here in CA because of all the games dealerships play & I dreaded it when my daughter asked for me to help her to do just that. Well, we found a few cars she like & I contacted all the dealerships. Everyone of them, except CARFAM, played the usual games, and/or added costs/fees after we talked about price. We actually walked away from two vehicles because the numbers changed after getting down to brass tacks. Not so with CARFAM. The price they quoted on the car my daughter wanted was the price they sold it for. Not only that, when we got to the dealership, the whole experience was night-and-day different from all the other dealerships we visited. The salesmen we dealt with, Andres and Mark, were not only very friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and helpful, but you could tell they were being sincere in their answers. After we decided to go with them, we sat down to hammer out the details & I have to admit I was then expecting the games to begin. But I was pleasantly surprised - they typed up the contract for EXACTLY what we agreed on (before arriving at the dealership). No games, no hard sell on anything. NEVER in my life have I had such a pleasant experience on a car lot!!! Not only that, but after buying the car, there was an issue with the key FOB. We contacted the dealership, expecting to be told the deal was done and to go pound sand. But the sales Manager Armando stepped up in a big way and took care of the issue completely!! Honestly folks, I didn't know anyone at this dealership before going there to buy the car there, heck we live very far away from them. But I can tell you we are going there next time we need a car! We have been bragging about our experience at CARFAM to all of our family (I have 32 1st cousins), and not only is my mother-in-law asking us to take here there to replace her car, but another family member just let us know they already drove over there to check out a car. This was my first car buying experience, and I only have good things to say about it and about the salesman, Hector Ortiz. I found out about this place through Autotrader, after a car I had been planning to buy at another dealership got swooped. The car they had on their lot was significantly cheaper (I say this in a good way), owing to it having more miles and being in slightly worse condition (but only slightly). Even still it was under market value. I called and Hector was able to make an appointment for me that afternoon, and was flexible when we were a little late owing to traffic. Hector was extremely friendly and made the whole process very transparent and easy. He got me the trade-in price I asked for on my very beat-up old car, and though he told me about the warranty packages the dealership offers, he didn't try to up-sell me. So far I am extremely happy with the car, and am glad I found this place because it ended up saving me several thousand dollars on the exact model I wanted.
