Family was in the market for a used full size suv. After three days of visiting several different dealerships and being disappointed with the overall condition of vehicles and attention to detail. CarFam staff was more than willing to help us to find a SUV within our price range. They had taken an SUV on trade earlier in day and felt once their mechanic and detail shop were able to go through vehicle it would be perfect. Upon returning a week later we were presented Toyota Sequoia, new tires, brakes, belt and tune up. We were given sales price the week prior within our budget but was also advised it was dependent on what their shop found. To my surprise when we sat down to review the paperwork, the sales manager had reduce the price as the vehicle maintenance was less than they had estimated. We've owned the vehicle for 6 months now, my wife use it as daily driver, as well as family trips without issue. We will be returning in feature. read more

Trash. Absolute garbage. My friend worked here as a salesman and helped me out, he quit shortly after and they had me go back in to resign because the payment was lowered. They also extended my first payment date. I live about 30 miles away so it wasn't a close commute, now i have the finance people telling me my first payment is late. I tried calling the guy who set up my new contract, Jose wasn't of any help. Just told me to make a payment "ASAP" as if i wasn't gonna pay it ... he is blaming the finance people and when i told them i resigned a new contract, they weren't aware at all. I'm very dissatisfied and disappointed in this dealership. I've already made my first payment but they keep calling me in regards to the vehicle. We live in North San Diego and looked locally without success. We found CarFam online. Because the car they listed had everything we wanted we drove to Rialto. It was well worth the drive. We worked with Rayleen and her manager Irvin and the purchasing experience was very good. They do what is called "first price". That was a little bit of a surprise to me at first. That means that their listed price is their firm price. CarMax does the same thing. Because it was a good price I was ok without having to do negotiations. We had to leave the car to have some additional things done to it. When we returned and drove away we heard a clunk in the front suspension. Their service manager reviewed it and found the problem. It was a special order part and would delay our taking the car home. Irvin was GREAT about pursuing my wife's request that they take the part off of a newer Escalade on their lot. We were very happy. A couple of other noteworthy things: *They have a 2 day/two hundred miles cooling off period which takes some stress out of the purchase. They even extended the mileage since we were from out of town. *They have a 30 day/1,000 mile in house warranty period. I'm impressed! *They had a great variety of cars on the lot. All seemed to be in great condition. *We took our new car to the local Cadillac dealer to get some parts and it was in such good condition they thought it was 5 years newer! *They keep their website very up to date so that you aren't calling about a vehicle that has already been sold. They listed our car as sold the same evening as when we purchased it. I rarely leave reviews, but CarFam deserves it. I highly recommend CarFam for your next vehicle purchase! read more

Since we bought the car all we have had is problem over problem we haven't even enjoy the car it's been in the mechanic for multi problems. It sit in our driveway for many reasons transmission,clutch, power windows juice the battery down all the time they go up and down like crazy ,the radio turn off and on, dash board can't see out of it. To many problems we are paying for a car that sit on our driveway every month. Wish we could just return the car I'll pay the %. It's been like 5 months with just problems over problems. I have spend money and time going back and forth. We bought the car due to my father-in-law favorite color and car. I bought a Infinity G37. The car was nice and clean. The next day I realized how dangerous the brakes were. I came in on Sat and they replaced the front brakes. Not sure how the car made it to the lot with completely worn brakes (back too, but I have to replace myself). Oh well. Price for the car was fair. The big boss guy is cool. They have a app-based GPS that is an aftermarket device they install for $1495 on top of the advertised price weather you want it or not ( a new dealer scam to watch for). The salesman called his manager and spoke in Spanish saying I was an ass since I called this a BS scam. Apparently not a gringo friendly place. I told them I would be paying in full but still insisted on running a credit check even after I told them I was not comfortable giving my SSN since I had experienced identity theft.
