You can really tell they take their time and care with the food--everything was cooked properly, and I especially appreciated that the pork belly chunks were completely cleaned and shaved. That's usually a major turnoff for me elsewhere, so it definitely earned extra points here. The only thing that could be seen as a downside is the price. The Mofongo was $30, which is on the higher side. That said, the portion size, sides, and overall quality absolutely justified the price in my opinion. I'm happy to go back and try more dishes.
