Caribou Coffee is my favorite chain coffee and coffee shop. Put that disclaimer up front. The shop on the corner of the busy Brier Creek Shopping area can be a destination or a place to stop after shopping for a quick coffee. The menu of items is easy to read with pricing up front. I regularly need to ask the staff what is the difference between one type of drink to another, for example, cold vs. crafted press, and I always receive helpful and friendly assistance. The drinks are always make correctly and taste great. Unfortunately they never seem to last very long! I enjoy iced mochas and appreciate the options of milk or dark chocolate. Drip coffee is available. Bagels and cream cheese and baked goods are available at this store. The coffee app is a must if you decide to become a regular. The rewards are similar to other coffee apps and the offers seem to be pretty frequent. This location represents the Caribou Coffee vibe with its (limited) leather seating and fireplace despite being on the smallish side. Overall the seating on the inside and plenty more chairs and tables outside provide enough places to enjoy your coffee and tea.

    XL Iced Mint Condition

At first I ordered an iced caramel high rise with extra caramel and it was ok at best. I give them a lot of credit since it was 30 minutes before close however I give them a 5 stare because when I went in to ask them to adjust it they took the old one and asked me if I wanted the same thing or something else without me having to prompt them and were so friendly and happy about making it right. The staff were so nice! The environment was clean and orderly and over all was the cherry on top for why I like going to them over any other coffee shops. The coffee the remade for me was rich and perfect in flavor. Thanks to everyone there to make it happen and keep the customers happy.

Rear entrance. Bathrooms with electronic locks. Must get code to use. Watch out. Other customers can walk in on you

This place needs a ton of upkeep. It's usually unkempt (dirty tables and worse bathrooms) The so called baristas are vert young college age kids. (There has not been a guy there in almost 1year) Be careful how you ask for anything or what you share with them In other words. Don't have small talk The ceiling leaks all winter and they put a bucket underneath in the middle of the floor There are only 6 outlets in the entire place And so if it is crowded good luck charging your phone or laptop And many of them are so old your plug will not stay connected Now the coffee is pretty good. So if you can put up with all of that The food is all microwave items. Not very good and overpriced Thet So...Raleigh has many excellent cafes that do a much better job Hope this helps

This caribou coffee offers cozy seating by an electric fire inside or manifold tables by a meadow-esque grass area outdoors. We tried the cinnamon coffee cake, which was warmed and nicely complimented our beverages. The wait time wasn't long, even given the extensive line.

    Pumpkin Espresso Shaker

This was my first time visiting and I was disappointed. The service was kind, but my coffee had white chunks in it (even after mixing) and tasted like sour milk. Will not be visiting again!

My husband and I love coming here almost weekly. It gets a little busy on weekend mornings but it's never insane like Starbucks and it somehow retains a small coffeehouse feel which I absolutely love. The people who work here are amazing. It's the same group week after week, giving awesome recommendations and good service. The coffee is so good too. Whether it's an iced coffee, cappuccino or one of the speciality lattes that tastes like s'mores, I always leave happier than when I came and caffeinated for my day ahead!

It reminds me of Starbucks with different options as well! Liliana helped recommend a wonderful drink and bakery item. Nice atmosphere here and super polite!

Ample seating compared to a Starbucks make this a great spot to work from; however it can get loud. They tend to blare the music.

Trying to get a little work done, I was pleased to find a comfy couch, power and Wi-Fi- in addition to the incredible twist on a Mexican mocha and an absolutely insane bacon, egg, and cheese on there in house made biscuit! Greeted by the friendliest barista, I made myself comfy on the couch and watched her work her magic. My " not too sweet" mocha had beautiful latte art. I was actually a little sad as I reached the bottom of the mug. So I opted for a decaf refill, it was pure perfection. Do yourself a favor & pop in to make this place your morning ritual.

Our breakfast ended up coming out before coffee, which made no sense. I had to ask about the coffees before they were actually made. When the girl came from morning ritual She brought out my husbands, hot cappuccino but my mocha out iced and I immediately said I don't drink cold coffee and I did an order iced. Instead of being apologetic, and stating that she would change it, she just snatched the iced coffee and walked away. That was such a strange encounter. It was rude and I got no apology, nor did I get any explanation of what would happen next. I let my server know to ensure I was still going to get a coffee because I can't live without my coffee in the morning! When my Moca loved her honey, oat milk, coffee came I took a sip and was glad i didn't flip out and say "forget the coffee" (as I was already done with breakfast by the time in arrived) because the drink was delicious! If I'm ever back in the area (I was staying in Raleigh but decided to take a little detour into Durham that morning) I'll come to only Morning Ritual to see if I can change this 3 star review for service issues into a 5. For now they need to work on getting coffee service to The Goat streamlined!

Blueberry and cream cheese croissant amazing!! Mini croissant (better warmed) but nice crunch and flaky. Strawberry croissant: this in the spring would be the best thing on the board. I just don't like when I take a bite out of a biscuit sandwich and the biscuit starts to crumble, which is what happened here. It's a good quality biscuit for sure, but I just don't like a biscuit falling apart. The sausage patty was nice and thick and juicy. The sweet tea by itself was all right but I tend to like a blend of half and half and there was no unsweet tea or even lemon to balance out the powerful sweetness.
