I really wanted to go back to have my surgery finished but there is no reason why the refund should take this long and unfortunately, I do not think I will be going back. And now I have to get my attorney involved.

Meanwhile, thousands of dollars of MY money is still being held, and I still have no completed transaction confirmation available. I chose this clinic specifically because of Dr Daniel Kaufman. Dr Kaufman is the best, he listens to you, explains everything you have to know regarding your procedure even post op he will show you the details even photos under the table which is amazing in my opinion. Comparable to the Dr I had in the past that I only met during the markings and that's it. The stitches are so low, clean and straight, not all does that. This is a recent honest experience at Miami Life Cosmetic Center, overall is a good choice. I also wanted to get minor liposuction on my stomach. I had a pocket of stubborn fat underneath my belly button that would not go away no matter how many sit-ups I did. I called to set up my consultation and dealt with Lucy. She was so nice and made me so happy. I remember getting off the phone and smiling because I was so excited about my consultation. Consultation: The following Tuesday I arrived at my consultation. I was so nervous but the entire staff made me feel comfortable and they were so welcoming. I changed into the gown and Dr. Craft came in with a sweet nurse! I didn't get her name but she has always been so sweet! He spent a lot of time with me! He went over everything, answered all my questions, gave his advice, and listened to what I WANTED. He was so informative and I knew that I wanted to start the process. I want to say I was almost there for an hour. Weighing my options, listening to the pros and cons, and asking questions. I'm so thankful for the consultation because I left very confident and firm on my decision. I ended up picking 415 cc of silicone, high profile. I wanted to be a full C or D cup so this was my best option. Blood work: I came back a few weeks later where I met Cybil! The most amazing person in the world! Gosh, I love that girl! She took my blood and informed me about everything! What to do, what not to do, and everything I needed to do before my surgery. I got a really big packet of paper but left knowing everything that was in that packet. They took before pics, measured me, and answered any questions. During this time I was put in contact with Marilyn who is great! She gave me her phone number and during this entire process, I asked any questions that came to mind. She has always been so sweet and helpful! Procedure: I was extremely nervous since I had never gone under anesthesia before. My surgery was scheduled for 10 am so I followed all the instructions the night before. The anesthesiologist called me the night before asking if I had any questions which made me feel a lot better. When I arrived I got put into the room and got changed into the gown. The recovery nurse April came in and talked me through everything and gave me an anti-nausea pill. She is just the best! I remember her telling me about her son; she was so sweet! She said most people don't remember her much since they get knocked out but how could I forget such a sweet lady! Dr. Craft came in and went over the game plan with me. He marked me up and made sure we were on the same page. I went into surgery 100% confident and excited. I wasn't nervous at all. Everyone was so nice and explained what they were doing to me. I knew I was about to knock out when the lights were swaying back and forth and I was 100% calm. I woke up and April was there, she brought my fiance in and I went hope. Later that night Dr. Craft called me and we talked. He explained to me how the procedure went and told me instructions for going forward. This meant a lot to me and just made me so happy that I picked him to do my surgery. Recovery: As I'm writing this I'm about 6 weeks post op. I have followed their instructions religiously and have worn my fajas 23.5/24 hours a day. The follow-up appointments have been great and the support has been so great. I did lymphatic massages with Janet and she was great!! Since I only got a little bit of lipo I only had to do 4 sessions but it helped reduce the swelling so much. Worth every penny. She was great and I enjoyed getting to know her. Everyone in this office is amazing and I'm so thankful and blessed to have gained the amazing care of the staff and developed many friendships. For that reason alone, I cannot recommend his office and here is why. My story- I booked my surgery in February 2017 and was assigned to Yisel as my patient coordinator. It was supposed to be in July 2017, but it was cancelled because I didn't get medical clearance. After my surgery was cancelled it was almost impossible to get Yisel back on the phone. I paid Eres Plastic Surgery (that was their name at the time) a deposit to hold my date. According to the cancellation policy, I was entitled to a refund. I have emailed Yisel for days and she has yet to respond. I know she is getting my emails since all of them have been sent with read receipts. I called the office and spoke with Claudia, Yisel's manager, only to be told by Claudia that I have to speak with Yisel. As of today I have not heard from Yisel or Claudia regarding my refund. They are both ignoring my calls. It is my understanding that Imagenes Plastic Surgery (again, formerly Eres Plastic Surgery) has a slew of complaints against them and that they are under investigation by the Attorney General's Office in Florida. When I spoke with a clerk at the Attorney General's Office, she explained that the state is aware of their practices, which include procedures performed by unlicensed physicians and refusing to issue a refunds according to the signed agreement. At the clerk's suggestion I went online to file a complaint against them. I have also filed a complaint with my credit card company to get my deposit refunded. I truly believe everything happens for a reason and I am thankful for the signs that led me not to get surgery at Imagenes Plastic Surgery. Here are a few things I did not know about them prior to booking my surgery: 1. Eres Plastic Surgery (their former name) had a death in March 2017 and November 2016. Both deaths were the result of poorly done bbl's performed by unlicensed plastic surgeons. 2. Prior to being called Eres Plastic Surgery they were called Encore Plastic Surgery. There are also deaths linked to Encore Plastic Surgery. Please google both names. 3. There are numerous articles that link the deaths at Encore Plastic Surgery to facility and equipment failure. Update: Nancy, the person who commented on my review, says they now have this equipment. 4. Jonathan Fisher, M.D. is the ONLY board-certified physician at Imagenes Plastic Surgery. 5. Imagenes Plastic Surgery does NOT use board-certified anesthesiologist. Instead, likely to cut cost, they use Nurse Anesthesiologist. This could explain why a woman was left brain dead following breast implants a few years ago. Verdict - Please do your research before you decide to get plastic surgery. Imagenes Plastic Surgery is filled with unlicensed physicians, possible inadequate equipment, and is under investigation for failure to refund deposits. To Nancy: In response to your comment. My review is for Jonathan Fisher. Not Anthony Fisher. I've never heard of Anthony Fisher. And Yisel and Claudia, who you seem to know, are employees of Imagenes.
