they messed up my order I asked for the loaded breakfast burrito which comes with hash browns and sausage. Stopped by for a bite to eat on my drive home to Arizona. I went through the drive thru and the lady was snobby and completely rude. I got my drink right away which is a plus cause I was thirsty but my dr. Pepper had no carbonation what so ever and when I asked to get a lemonade instead I got told I would have to pay for it (they ended up giving it to me for free) I waited in the drive thru line for almost 40 minutes waiting for my chicken sandwich that was completely disgusting not to mention wet and cold fries. If you're ever in Blythe I suggest going to jack in the box next door or McDonald's across the street. No wonder no one was at Carl's Jr. read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. It's THE WORST. I know it's fast food and wasn't expecting a high-end restaurant but I have seen gas station bathrooms cleaner than this place. The whole restaurant felt disgusting. Two out of the four bathroom stalls were broken and the floor had half an inch of water. I informed the manager and she was like ok I'll go and see. Later I went in and she had put up two hand written signs on the door that said "sorry out of order" and sort of mopped up the water so that instead of a half inch of water it was now just wet and dirty. The kids play area was disgustingly gross. None of the tables were wiped down. They were out of iced tea and when I told the manager she just gave me some from the back instead of actually refilling the one they had out. The food was gross. Most horrible experience at a Carl's Jr. Ever! Rosetta was the (assume) manager whom was working the register did not greet us for at least 3 minutes. Once she turned to take our order there still wasn't a proper greeting. We placed our order, got our cups and preceded to get our drinks where it was dirty with sticky floors, lids every where and none of the right size lids in stock. The restroom was in horrible condition. Looks as if it hadn't been cleaned at all and there was an employee cleaning the play area when the restroom needed the attention more. More customers were coming in and Rosetta went for the employee cleaning the play area and they both came out arguing about who should be doing more work. 20 minutes later we still hadn't received our order and it wasn't even close to being finished. There were people waiting to get their orders taken and employees were arguing. It was a bad atmosphere, dirty, unfriendly and just a waste of time for a stop from Cali to Arizona. We asked for a refund and left. I would NEVER RECOMMEND this Carl's Jr to my worst enemy. The district manager needs to review their selection of employees. Never go there unless you want to be treated like you don't matter! Very unsatisfied! We ended up going to Wendy's where they were presentable, greeted us properly and the food was served in a timely manner. read more

0 Stars is more like it!!! So disappointed!!!! I went thru the drive thru several weeks ago and the soda machine wasn't working right. They didn't tell me till I had paid at the window!! The next time I went I asked before getting the meal and going large if the soda machine was working and I was told it was then got to the window and they informed me that the HI-C was out and would I like anything else. That is why I asked before ordering!!!! Then I tasted the Dr. pepper it was off and the Coke was almost like water! Had to get some nasty tea!!! Very disappointed!!! We ordered a 6 pack of plain biscuits from the menu, but she said she couldn't give it to us because she couldn't find the button. We explained that we order it often and it's on their menu so it should be honored. She said no, she won't do it because she can't find the button on her machine. How hard is it to ring it up a diff way?! She then said rudly "I don't have a button so is there anything else that you want?!" We then decided to leave. As we were leaving my sister asked what her store number was and in an extremely rude way she answered "you can look it up online!" We asked again and she had the same reply. This location is seriously awful. Took 20 minutes with ONE car in front of me to get my order and then I confirmed that I had the sauces requested. I pulled out and had complete opposite. Got back in line- waited Another 20 minutes and told the manager who happened to be at the window after several employees just walked past the window without acknowledging someone was even there and told her I just waited another 20 minutes to get my requested sauce and now the food was cold. Her response was "oh, so do you still want the sauce?" Rude staff. Unprofessional. Didn't even apologize and her shirt was invitation so low you could see all her chest tattoos. Trashy. read more

Stopped in here 8/14/11. I've never seen a fast food restaurant so disorganized. One of two soft drink stations had no ice and no carbonation in the drinks. The trash bins were stuffed so full that people were actually piling trash on the tray holder above the bins. The meal was delivered with no ketchup, and ketchup was not available anywhere in the customer area. I had to wait in line AGAIN to ask where the ketchup was -- it was in packets in a basin behind the counter. The restrooms had no soap, and a hand dryer that near to deafened me (OSHA noise levels, folks?) I could have made excuses for this if the place was hopping with customers, but it wasn't. I gave them the second star because the food was edible (though not exceptional). read more

The hamburger I ordered was greasy on the outside of the wrapper from SOMEONE ELSE'S FOOD and it was thrown together to the point where I had to rebuild it myself.
