Delicious burgers, subpar sides, crazy drive thru. The burgers are actually tasty as they seem to made fresh, the patties themselves not so fresh. The sides were way too greasy and over cooked. Came here around 8:00 to redeem the free hangover burger. (No I was not hungover lol). The person who helped me in the drive thru was nice. I have two complains I had asked for no sauce on the burger, and there was sauce. And I'm not sure if it's because this is called the hangover burger. But everything was really greasy. The lady with the red hair (also working drive thru) was so rude. She just stared at us and didn't say anything. We mentioned we have a code and she goes "ok, I don't know what that means." Employees are polite and professional, orders always correct, pricing is consistent with like businesses (Carl's Jr has the highest priced soft drinks, $3.11-$3.13 is a gouge), wait times are good to better than average. I really do love the burgers at Carl's Jr. They are really filling & above some other fast food chains. As far as this location, I give them 3 stars. They have their fair share of good service and bad service. Pre COVID, dining-in was fairly good. Restaurant was mostly clean & service was average. However there were times in the drive thru that they would not have the food ready in a timely manner so they would ask us to park in the parking lot and a worker would bring us our food. More recently, we were in the drive thru & waited a good while for someone to help us with our order. Overall, just an average location, not terrible. I have been going to this restaurant for over 10 years. It's the closest to me and I like Carls Jr. The main issue I have is with the manager. She has the worst attitude and looks miserable every time she is there. I cringe when I drive up and I see that she is there working the drive thru. She has no patience and if you ask a question or for something at the window she doesn't look at you she just rolls her eyes and does little to accommodate. I really don't understand if you are that miserable at your job why would you stay that long! Tonight was the last straw, I ordered a famous star and I tried to tell her at the speaker that I did not want any cheese, but she was rushing me and she didn't hear me so I told her at the window, when I got home, I had a bun and 2 pieces of meat, nothing else! Horrible horrible horrible!!! If you're ever craving Carl's Jr. make sure you skip this one always! They have terrible service and don't take responsibility for anything. I hope this place gets shut down and they put something of worth there. I placed an order with DoorDash last night at 1:10am. They accepted my order and it even said "preparing your order". My delivery driver gets there and they're closed. So either they accepted my order and closed up early or are just incompetent and stupid, which wouldn't surprise me. I had a $40 order!! They don't want to take responsibility for it. Especially with everyone have to use DoorDash or to-go options, I hope no one orders from this location. Super shady business. Went to the drive-thru Saturday evening bout 6:30 and ordered two Angus burgers, an order each of onion rings and fries, for my wife and I. Yes it's fast food, but some places are better than others. I personally don' t eat the food here except an occasional, I mean occasional turkey hawaiian burger. However my 16 year old twins literally "require" fast food at least twice a week. We usually use the coupons that come in the mail about once a month or utlize the dollar menu. Their picks are the spicy chicken sandwich ($1) and the big burger ($1.29) cheese 30cents extra. They also love the biscuit breakfast sandwich with either bacon or sausage. Two for $2.22, you can't beat that. Service is prompt, and we always use the drive thru window and very few errors that I can recall. read more

Visited this restaurant earlier today for dinner. Ordered a meal with criss cut fries... employee handed me my food bag with regular fries. I asked why the fries were not what I ordered. Employee apologized and asked me for my fries back...after they had already been inside my car.
