Kathelina was very welcoming and kind upon entry. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and helped my dad and I order. I ordered a Cali XL burger and the churro milkshake and my dad ordered the double western bacon cheeseburger. It was perfectly made and very savoury. I swore I'd never do fast food again, but a freshly made western bacon burger sounded good. What we received was terrible. The meat tasted like it had been sitting out for a week. I saw the guy toasting buns, but mine was not. The overall burger was cold and couldn't melt the piece of cheese that was on it. This is one of the best experiences we have had at a Carl's Jr. druve thru. The cashier Charlotta was extremely pleasant and courteous. The food was very good, fresh and hot. We highly recommend this Carl's Jr. We are full-time RVers. We see many people from coast to coast. This young lady impressed us. We think she will do great things in her life. The restaurant was easy to access off I-40 and was nice and clean inside. The food was ready very quickly. All of it was standard Carl's fare, but it was all fresh and correct, so no complaints here! The bathroom was fine, too. read more

Driving through and needed quick breakfast. You can dine in here and they do have hand sanitizer for you to use as well right by the register on a large stand . No one was there so we were served very quickly. We ordered the basic breakfast burrito . Restaurant was clean and the staff was very nice. read more

Isn't this a health code violation. The water is freezing and the dryers are cold as well. Like most I was "passing through" Holbrook on the way to somewhere else. Since we don't see Carl's Jr. in New England I decided to give it a try. I am happy I did. From the moment I opened the door I was greeted and welcomed. The dining room was sparkling. It looks like tables were being cleaned after each patron left. The food came fast and hot. First off, we get in there and they can't take credit cards because their machine is broken, but not a big deal. They took cash. We ordered our food, 22 MINUTES LATER, we got our food. When we received it, the hamburger was colder than the tomato on both burgers. I asked our server to refresh our burger and she said she would. She stated "the guy said the burgers were cold". The management person rolled up a napkin and had to re-light the char-boiler. So about 8 minutes later, I received my hamburgers and they were just as cold as the ones were previously. The worst meal that I have had in a long time. I used to really like Carl's Jr. and convinced my husband to go during our drive thru Holbrook. This will be our last meal at Carl's Jr. and, unfortunately, we both ordered chicken tenders. The 'tender @ juicy' tenders were totally dried out, like eating slightly flavored cardboard. The sauce we chose? No sauce at all with our order. We were offered salt, pepper and ketchup for the fries. None were in the bag. However if you want a hot tasty burger that wasn't sitting under a heat lamp, you will be happy. DON'T GO HERE!!! Decided to grab lunch while passing through Holbrook and wanted get back on the road as fast as possible to continue my trip. The parking lot was somewhat busy, so I decided to use the drive-thru thinking it would be faster. Boy, was I wrong!! I pulled up to the order screen/speaker and a young lady with a very pleasant voice took my order quickly and verified it. I ordered a Super Bacon Cheeseburger, a Vanilla Milkshake, and a bottled water. After getting the total, I pulled around the corner to go to the window. I found that there was only one other car in front of me. I sat behind that other car for over 8 minutes before the window opened and the person working the drive-thru handed a small bag to the driver and the car drove off. I pulled up to the window and a guy inside barked my total at me immediately and took my credit card and charged it and handed it back to me in less than 30 seconds. After that I sat in my car for over 7 minutes before I was handed my milkshake and bottled water. I then continued to sit in my car for over 8 minutes before I got my burger! No apology for the long wait or anything!! I was in the drive- thru for a total of about 24 minutes, and to add insult to injury, there was not one piece of bacon on my Super Bacon Cheeseburger!!! By the time I discovered this, I was already a ways down the road and didn't want to take the time to go back. Skip this Carl's Jr. and go to the McDonalds right next door! Full of fingerprints, grease.... went in and the front of the counter is the same, doesn't look like either had been cleaned in weeks, if ever. stuff/trash all over the floor behind the counter.
