The service was very good. The Classic Chicken sand was not bad, better than most. The Carl's Jr cheeseburger, one dollar for the second, was kind of tasteless. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever had happen so I thought I would share. I ordered through door dash this evening and when I went outside to get my food and drinks the dasher left at my door, I realized one of my drinks seemed empty. I came in the house and opened it up to find only a quarter of a large drink filled. Now I'm not sure if it happened my drink being basically empty before leaving the store or did the dasher dump it. Called store, told them my story, they offered to have me come down, I said no that is why I dashed. Anyhow as I ramble on I'm used to missing items in orders (McDonald's in Keizer) has been notorious for this. Staff are nice, but incompetent. I have a dairy allergy (it triggers my asthma) and about 25% of the time when I order a Famous Star with no cheese, I get home to find cheese melted all over the patty. They could kill someone with that level of incompetence. It's like they're begging to be sued. read more

Really appreciated the customer service here. They made a small slip up on my order. I drove back and they were super professional and remade the order in under a minute flat. I mostly only use the drive through. The people there are very nice and speed is normal for fast food. ^_^ Now, for a while... over a year ago, it was a tossup whether or not my chicken sandwich would be edible and for the first time I knew what leathery chicken tastes like and heard the noise of it rubbing past my teeth like rubber shoes scraping on a wet floor. When it is good, it was worth the risk though. Also, the price, size, and amount of sauce put on by default beats the pants off Burger king. Now, for a good year, they've come out very good every time! ^_^ I almost always get the Teriyaki Chicken Burger... sometimes with jalapeno poppers. For some dumb reason the chicken costs a dollar more than the other Teriyaki burgers, but it is still much cheaper than Burger King's regular grilled chicken. read more

This location is less then desirable. First off, every time I have been here which has been a few times they ALWAYS had something wrong with my order. Either their was something missing, the wrong burger, no sauce on the chicken sandwich which usually is. I mean, what is going on? I picked up dinner for my mom and I here the other night. I ordered the Star burger that's on special and a side salad for each of us. It took 20 minutes to get our food. The salad was warm and the burger was cold. We tried to eat the food, but ended up throwing it away. We both ended up very ill that night. We think we got food poisoning from there. Yesterday, a friend treated me to dinner at Carl's Jr location in Keizer, OR. Normally I would have ordered their turkey burger, but I noticed that they had the BEYOND MEAT burger on the menu. I was pleasantly surprised, it really tasted like a regular beef burger, and had excellent texture! I took it as a combo, and the only exception that I made was to skip the cheese. So it had the "normal" amounts of special sauce, lettuce, tomato, onions, pickle and bun. My friend had a classic beef burger combo. Turnaround time was normal for the sit down area of Carl's Jr. I noticed that they upgraded the tables a bit, and now had napkin dispensers on EVERY table. Beyond Meat Burger was really great! It did NOT feel like a "typical" veggie burger (which normally is rather soggy inside a bun with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle/relish and mayonnaise based sauce). Burger held together despite the fact that I was purposely eating slowly (while chatting with my friend). I also like the fact that there was minimal amounts of salt on the French Fries, and their crispiness held up, despite my eating slowly. I like their beverage dispenser which lets you mix what you want (I split between Lemonade and fruit flavored Tea). Overall, a very good experience, except the price -- a shade over $10 for the Beyond Meat Burger Combo (small sized beverage & fries). OUCH from the wallet, but YUM from my taste buds. read more
