my friend and I had went through the drive thru and we told the person to give us a moment to figure out what we wanted and then not even 20 seconds later she goes "hello what do you want?" I said," one second sorry" she then after 10 seconds goes is that everything after I had ordered 1 thing , and said anything else again, and yelled it. we get to the next window to get our food and im assuming she was the lead of the shift, I had gotten a lemonade and she gave me the wrong one , I told her it was wrong and she said it was gonna be extra ??? 530pm on A Monday. Zero customers inside. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes with no acknowledgment from staff. A Hispanic dude (relevant for this scenario) comes in and goes right to the counter and yells door dash!! A Hispanic worker comes from the back, does not say a word to me, and starts talking Spanish with him and goes and gets him a bag of food. I ordered a Western Bacon Cheeseburger and Onion Rings, then pulled around with nobody in front of me. Handed the lady my card and she came back with my card and food immediately. When i grabbed an onion ring it was cold and soggy, and the burger was cold, the bacon was cold, the onion rings on the burger were so nasty I had to take them off to eat it, and the cheese wasn't going to melt on a cold burger. Probably the worst food I've had through a drive-thru. This Carl's Jr. location is a hot mess. I have been here about 4 or 5 times and there is always something wrong with my order. One of the biggest issues that I have encountered at this location is he food actually missing ingredients that are supposed to be on the item. For example, no bacon on a bacon cheeseburger. Last night was the nail in the coffin for me. It was about 7:30pm on a Friday night & we decided to go inside to order because we are always missing something when we use drive thru. It wasn't very busy. As we stood in front of the counter the cashier informed us that they were out of coke, Diet Coke, & Cherry Coke. They also didn't have any ice cream for shakes. We placed our order: 4 western bacon cheeseburgers with extra bbq sauce on the side 1 large crosscut fries extra crispy 1 large fry 4 sodas We watched them put all of the items in the bag so we assumed that everything was ok. We arrived home and started handing out the food..... Issues 1-the bbq sauce on the wbc was literally only smeared on the middle of the bread. There was a good 1" on each side of the bun that was totally dry. 2-each wbc had only 1 old stale onion ring on the burger & again NO BACON 3-the lid wasn't placed on the sauce al the way causing bbq sauce to be all over our fries. I called the store. They told me that I needed to drive back down to deal with the issue. I did. When I arrived, the employee stated that they don't have any managers working that I can speak with. He also tells me that he made the burgers exactly how I said to make them. Totally untrue. I was very clear in my order. He proceeds to fix the order and as he hands me my food he tells me that since I don't like the way they make my food then I shouldn't come back! Holy hell!! Seriously?!?!?! I asked for his name, he refused. This store is seriously something else. I was only asking for what I paid for, nothing more. I wasn't being rude. Why would I be rude to people making my food??? My wife and I love Carl's Jr. food. Since moving to Nampa early this year we have been to the Carl's Jr. store on 12th street several times and every time we swear that WE WILL NEVER GO BACK. The people are rude, clueless and put absolutely NO PRIDE in their work! This can only be attributed to POOR MANAGEMENT! Today was the absolute last straw when my wife went through the drive thru and got MAJOR ATTITUDE from the female employee! When to Carl's Jr. tonight for something quick and cheap. We got the 5 pc chicken tenders and the #3. Well when we got there the employees were dressed in leggings and a sweatshirt and were just standing around. The lady that helped us at the drive thru was being really unprofessional and saying they just wanted to go home. It's took over 7 minutes to get our food and it wasn't even fresh. We got the food home and had two full size chicken strips and the rest was fried crunchy pieces. They didn't offer any sauce either. Definitely won't be going back and wasn't worth $20. read more

Terrible customer service by the young man who said they couldn't alter one of their burgers by removing one of the two patties. Funny how they can take the onion off, ketchup off, pickles off, etc. but they can't manage to remove a patty? According to him, it's not possible. Carl's Jr. is fantastic because they seem to have a larger menu than the other fast food places in the area. The burgers are great and they have a very nice selection of them. A couple of them are similar to the burgers at Red Robin. I especially love the criss cut fries. There are a couple of things that are my pet peeve about Carls Jr. For starters the customer service is converting into the same service you get at Wendy's. They will hand you the food and shut the window before they ask if you want ketchup or fry sauce. The other issue is the fact that they have the area where you place your order next to a busy street. I am beginning to think this is a deliberate attempt to super size your order without your knowledge. I have to yell to make sure they get my order and I don't like raising my voice. I don't want them to think I am mad at them. I am pretty pleased with Carls Jr. and prefer them over all of the other burger places on 12th Ave. read more

Tonight we waited in the drive thru for over 20 minutes, to have a cold burger and cold soggy chicken tenders. When we got to the window they also neglected to give us a receipt. Our wait time was never apologized for either, which would have gone a long way since there was only one car in front of us. I've been here three times (kids enjoy the Playland), and I won't be returning. Restaurant is always filthy! The previous times, food was decent, but yesterday, it was horrible. We FINALLY received our food, and it was burnt. I kindly returned the hamburgers, and asked for new ones. After waiting 10 minutes (fries were cold by then), another customer had noticed my frustration, and went to ask about mine, and my daughters hamburgers that had to be re-made. They had made them, but didn't attempt to bring them to us. They shook their heads when it was mentioned that we were still waiting for our food. They were COLD, and sloppy. Obviously put together in a hurry. This place wasn't busy, at all. We managed to choke half of our hamburgers down (we were THAT hungry). This place seems to be run by teenagers. So disappointed. Went there tonight. Paid $17.59 for an order I didn't get. Not one thing I ordered was in my bag. I have tried to call the number provided on the receipt, and it rings 3 times, and goes to a fax machine. They won't even answer their phone! I have been calling for 2.5 hours so far. I ordered 3 burgers & fries. Got two completely different burgers. I paid extra for bacon, and no bacon either. I ordered fries and got a tiny order of burned onion rings. Since I was in the drive thru line over twenty minutes, I didn't want to hold other people up. If I ever go back, I will definitely check my order. Someone got off lucky because they got my $17.59 order, and I got their much cheaper no frills small order. The only way I will get any satisfaction is to have to drive back there since they won't answer their phones! I give them ZERO Stars because they did not get one thing right, way over charged me, and took over 20 minutes in the drive thru with four cars in front of me from the moment I arrived.
