Now, the Butter bun was unique and tasty. All of their burgers seem to be served with two freshly-made patties that are relatively thin. It's an interesting way to serve the same amount of meat in one single patty. The burger overall tasted fresh, but still had the mostly common makings of a menu item from a chain restaurant. Will I go back for another try at Culver's? Very likely.

We came in at the perfect time, it was pretty chill. We got our orders started on the kiosk. I got myself the double char burger with cheese and of course all the fixings. My parents got a couple single char burgers while my sister got a burger type sandwich. While it was all being prepared, we chilled outside since it was so nice out today. It was about a 15 minute or so wait till our food was done. Everything was bagged up nicely. I did ask if there were any peppers and ketchup packets that weren't communal. With my new kidney, I unfortunately can't use the tongs and ketchup dispenser that everyone uses. The jalapenos and peppers were a no go. But ketchup packets were available. The young man grabbed me a handful for me. He did drop a couple packets on the ground and proceeded to hand them to me. Common sense as an employee, I wouldn't give them to customers as they have hit the ground. I ended up throwing the packets away. I wasn't going to risk putting/ using dirty packets on my food. My burger was decent. The hamburger was a tad dry. I ended up putting some mustard on it to help with the dryness. I haven't eaten here for a while. I don't remember my food being so mehhh. If I remember correctly, I thought the food was great last time. Today was mehhh which is such a bummer. I was hoping for a killer burger. It was always busy every time I stopped in. With my new kidney, I wanted to be cautious with the amount of people I'm around. Now that Raising Canes has been open for a hot minute, I felt like the crowd to be a lot smaller and safer for me to be inside the dining area. Greg helped us today at the register. He was really patient with us since it was my husband's first time eating there. I snagged the 3 piece naked combo and my husband got the chicken sandwich. He is a cheese lover so he was bummed that he couldn't add cheese to his sandwich but he still had high hopes that it will be good. My husband's meal did come out first. For some reason they dropped the ball on my meal. There were quite a few people that got their meals ahead of me that ordered after us. I wasn't sweating it but I knew Greg was on top of it. As soon as my food was ready, Greg hand delivered my meal which was nice since they usually call you up to grab your food. It was nice that Greg made sure we were aware that he didn't forget about me. What I noticed last time I ate at RC was how small the tenders were when you ordered them naked. I only got the tenders last time and at 2 bucks a tender, I really felt like I was being ripped off. Today I got the 3 piece naked but was given 4 pieces of chicken. Honestly, I don't know if I got the extra piece of chicken for them dropping the ball or because the chicken tenders were small. I guess the next time we come in, that will answer my million dollar question. While we were eating, Greg dropped off another sandwich meal for us to take home. He wanted to make sure that our experience was good since it was my husband's first meal there. I appreciate that Greg went above and beyond to make sure we left happy. The customer service Greg gave us today was fantastic! Only if all customer service can be like Greg's. I know a lot of businesses would prosper! I enjoyed the vibe of RC. The dico balls, the music and the chill atmosphere of the joint. It was fun experiencing all of that with my husband. My chicken was tender. The fries were crispy and salty. I don't like having the card out of my possession or out of my site for very long. They seem to just take your card and lay it down on a counter unattended! Although there may be cameras inside the restaurant, I do not know what is happening with my card. I filled-out the on-line survey and even emailed corporate, but in both instances, I received a very generic, plain, emotionless response, so I will not be returning to this or any other location, if this is their policy. BE WARNED
