Customer service is top notch at CFA Jomax as it is in other CFA locations. The complete opposite in customer service near the bottom of the barrel is naturally Micky D's and Taco Bell which rarely even make eye contact nor acknowledge you when you order drive thru. The staff here is professional and courteous, everyone from the front of house to back of house. This seems to be the standard vibe at literally any CFA that operates, without exception. At this point, I genuinely don't understand it. Does Chick-fil-A not have a standard recipe, portion guide, or quality standard employees are supposed to follow when preparing these orders? When you're paying full price, you should receive a reasonable portion of chicken, the proper amount of ingredients, and hash browns that are actually fresh. Customers shouldn't have to inspect their food every single time just to make sure they received what they paid for. The inconsistency at this location really needs to be addressed.
