Motivated staff whom of which were very polite to my son and I. The men's bathroom was super clean. I would have ate in there if I they had tables. But the real reason I decided to leave a review is because this was the most incredible chicken sandwich on sourdough bread I have ever had from carls. Everytime i visit this location, (closest to my residence), it never is really busy, BUT, I'm always asked to pull in front to receive my order, and no one is in line behind me. A minute or two later after parking, my food is always brought out, leaving me scratching my head. While the different sandwiches are pretty good meatwise, the buns here always feel stale. I don't know if it's a situation where they're just trying to clear out sock instead of calling a loss and just serving the buns fresh. This location also sems to go a little bit heavy on the salt for their fries, so be careful if you're trying to reduce or watch your sodium intake. read more

I was charged twice for a $30 order, but because it declined on their side even though I had funds and showed them evidence of it they decided to argue with me that it doesn't matter and that it will come back to me. I was very calm and was not speaking in an aggressive tone, yet it was repeated that it declined on their side and that I could "come in and come look at my screen and it shows it declined" I understood it can show one way in their side since I have worked for Carls Jr before, but even though I was trying let them know what occurred, I wasn't able to defend myself without being overpowered by the drive thru worker. I will not be coming back to this Carl's Jr. and do not recommend anyone to go there either. I was the only customer in the drive thru as well so I was kind of upset that I was being waved off quickly. Only one of the charges in my bank said pending, the other did not. Driving home I made a pit stop as it was almost lunch time. I was the only car in the drive through and placed my order for #1, #2 and 6 chicken stars. After placing my order she had me go park in the front of the restaurant. 10 mins later she comes our looking at my car and the car to the right. I rolled my window down and she goes you just went through the drive thru and just parked it's coming. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I have left very good reviews for this restaurant, but not today. My son Ricky frequents your establishment a few times a week, and we eat there at least twice, maybe three times, a month. Today, Ricky went there, using the Carl's Jr app for lunch for a free Western Bacon Cheeseburger. I have worked in the restaurant business for 30+ years, and I know how much soda syrup costs, maybe 1-2 cents per cup. First off, your manager Maria, I thanked her many times for her being nice to Ricky, who is autistic and has been bullied a lot. But today has me steaming. He was visibly upset when I picked him up, and I waved to Maria twice as she was leaving, but she did not acknowledge me. I found that odd. This is what Ricky told me: He went to went the women's restroom, and to my knowledge, anybody of either sex can use the restrooms. Ricky had just finished washing his hands as Maria came in, and she sternly told him to not use the women's restroom again, and said that a few more times, and he apologized 7 times, which is 6 times too much. Now Ricky's feelings get hurt easily, and she knows he needs to be acknowledged, like everybody else. And Ricky is very sensitive, due to his disability and his being bullied. She did not acknowledge his apology at all, and what's more, she charged him for a refill, $2.20 more, claiming that it was "inventory" What, does she check syrup lines for inventory these days" I didn't check syrup when I was a manager, and it wasn't part of the inventory. But Evelyn, the cashier, was very nice to Ricky, as are most of the people there, and he enjoyed his meal. I don't want him to go to this Carl's altogether, but I am letting him go only when Maria is not there in the evening, as we live right around the corner and he likes eating there. I grew up eating Carl's Jr. I know I like it. This location is near my work place so I go once in awhile. The employees need to be retrained or something. 100% of the time my food is horrible. I really enjoyed my recent visit to this location. There is ample parking in the plaza it is located in and the inside of the restaurant is kept very clean. I ordered a big carl combo with zucchini instead of fries. However, when I received the zucchini, the spice/herbs on the batter made me want to vomit after trying one. My husband brought the zucchinis to the counter and asked the lady if we could just exchange it for onion rings. The lady never questioned my husband and said it would be ready in about 5 minutes. She instructed by husband to return to our table and she would bring it out when it was ready. I continued to eat my burger and the nice lady brought my piping hot onions rings to our table with a smile. This made me feel really good considering it was a fast food restaurant. My husband ordered the 4 items for 4 dollars which included a small drink, fries, spicy chicken sandwich and a burger. It was a great deal for the price and he was pretty stuffed afterwards. The employees definitely have great customer service training. I really hope it never changes since it is a rarity. The drink stations are also kept clean without any spills from customers. As long as they keep up their customer service and in store cleanliness, this will be a location I will frequent. PS.
