Hey, just a heads up about my recent experience at Green Burrito/ Carl's Junior. When I rolled up to the drive-through and requested the Green Burrito menu, they informed me that they are no longer affiliated with Green Burrito. Surprisingly, the sign is still up. False advertising?

Thin dry old chicken. This the new Hand Breaded Sandwich, looks worse than the 99cent one

I never bother leaving reviews for fast food joins but this Carl's Jr. is so bad that i just feel compelled to. Their new Hand Breaded Chicken Sandwich is a joke. It's not even remotely comparable to KFC Popeyes or Chicfila and it costs pretty much 3$ more. The burger was dry, full of mayo and overall just bad man. I'm so sad that I have to review this but Jesus, never felt so disappointing with something this much before

    Bank statement showing charges

I was charged twice for a $30 order, but because it declined on their side even though I had funds and showed them evidence of it they decided to argue with me that it doesn't matter and that it will come back to me. I was very calm and was not speaking in an aggressive tone, yet it was repeated that it declined on their side and that I could "come in and come look at my screen and it shows it declined" I understood it can show one way in their side since I have worked for Carls Jr before, but even though I was trying let them know what occurred, I wasn't able to defend myself without being overpowered by the drive thru worker. I will not be coming back to this Carl's Jr. and do not recommend anyone to go there either. I was the only customer in the drive thru as well so I was kind of upset that I was being waved off quickly. Only one of the charges in my bank said pending, the other did not. In my bank when a charge has been done, I have a round up system as well. So the round up only occurs when I've actually spent the money :/

    Dead bug

Bugs in their food. I just purchased two combos through the drive thru and when I got home I took the lettuce out of my burger and and a dead fly came out. This is disgusting. I called the place two times and no answer. I want a refund and this just ruined my appetite.

You should hire some people that can communicate with customers. Current staff is really bad. Not going back here again.

Plus I LOVED how the potatoes were cooked long enough to be soft. Bravo. Army stew at that price, I wasn't expecting too much since I've been let down by other local korean restaurants for army stews under $20. Boy, was i wrong. Hefty portion for the price and tasted better than a lot of other local spots. Glad I found this place and looking forward to keep coming back!

The tenders came with a liquidy slightly sweet garlicy sauce and some sweet crunchy lightly mayoy coleslaw. The rooster fries were loaded with cut up chicken tenders, mayo, cheese, bacon, spicy jalapeños, and a sweet gochujangy sauce. Since they were so loaded tho it did kinda all get soggy. The half fried chicken was a little more crunchy and came with some more of that gochujang sauce for dipping and crunchy pickled radish. The kimchi chicken sando was massive and had a thick dark meat piece of chicken smothered in more sweet sticky gochujang sauce, crunchy tangy pickles and kimchi, spicy jalapeños, nutty lettuce and rich mayo all on a soft chewy pretzel bun. The honey chicken came with some veggies and rice, had good grilled flaves and was pretty much like a teriyaki chicken. Kinda wish the fried chicken was all a little more crunchy but service was awesome and Portions, prices, and flaves are decent so this place is still lowkey pretty good. Chicken tenders $11.50 Rooster fries $14.50 Half fried chicken $15.50 Kimchi chicken sando $11.50 Small honey chicken $12.25

Food is made to order so it takes a few minutes which is great because it's fresh and hot. The special we got was any sandwich and drink and they had two more special flashing that's why it took a few to decide. The sandwiches were well made hot, tasty and good size drinks also good size. Okay, I ordered a single without cheese which I think was a mistake. The burger included lettuce, tomato, and grilled onions. Last Friday, January 30th, I had lunch at Raising Cane's. I had heard for a long time that it was…read morereally good and had always wanted to try it, so this was my first visit. I wasn't very hungry that day, but since I saw the place, I decided to order something just to see what it tasted like. When ordering, I mentioned that I don't usually drink beverages and prefer water, so I didn't want a combo that included a drink. I also said that I only needed two pieces of chicken fingers. The staff suggested that I try the kids' meal, so I went with that. I had heard that their chicken fingers and sauce were really good, and they were delicious. The indoor seating area was clean and comfortable, and the outdoor patio seating was also very cool and nice. Many fast-food restaurants don't have very clean restrooms, but the restroom here was clean as well, which was nice. Friendly service, tasty food, and a clean, well-kept space--this is definitely a place I'd like to visit again.

Okay, no. I'm sorry but I cannot recommend this place. This is right in my neighborhood and it's…read morejust plain bad! I remember when the first few Cane's locations popped up and they were all the rave, with customers that expanded outside the establishments, but now it feels like this franchise is stretching too thin! Now the food, why does it feel like I am being served with smaller than usual chicken fingers? Sizes are inconsistent, I'll give them credit that the chicken fingers alone DO have some flavor, good crunch, and a juicy center, but that's just as far as compliments will go. The fries are also a hit and miss, sometimes you'll get them fresh from the fryer, other times it's stale and cold in the middle, you really are pulling a lever of a slot machine after you place your order. The Texas toast is great, I have no issues with that. We don't talk about the coleslaw, 9 times out of 10 it's being substituted out; I- don't know why it's even default in the combos. The sauce is the only thing that's holding the meal together, seriously; that's why they're charging you, because they know that you'd be asking constantly for it because of how bland the food is. Now to follow up with inconsistency, their sweet tea. It's either heavily sweetened or makes you do a double take that if you accidently poured from the unsweetened tea dispenser. The staff is fine, they do greet you and take your order. It's so disappointing that this Raising Cane's has the more appealing dining area than other locations, a great variety of seating choices from high stools to standard chairs to patio seating to outside stone scenery with picnic style tables, but these are rarely utilized as there are barely any customers to fill up such a well decorated establishment! What I find ultimately concerning is that this brand is living off on nostalgia and brand loyalty, I can safely say that based on the mixed reviews on every Cane's location.
