I have to give them a 5 star rating because they're amazing. I usually go when my kids have helped me reach my daily limit. They have an enclosed play area where one can run around & the older one can remain antisocially glued to their electronic device. I had a really disappointing experience at this location tonight on 2/7/26 at 10:20PM. The employee working was extremely rude, distracted, and more focused on gossiping and being on her phone than helping customers. Our order took an unusually long time, and when we asked for sauces, she refused to give us more than one sauce total despite us ordering six meals. She claimed she wasn't "allowed" to give more than one, which makes no sense and felt dismissive. Poor attitude, poor service, and not what I expect as a paying customer. read more

Stopped in to get breakfast burrito . A steak cheese eggs and cheese and eggs didn't have time to make some before going to work. Decided to stop here. I like the steak burrito better than the cheese and egg. I might get something different if I'm in a similar situation. Service was prompt and they were helpful. I have stopped in at this particular location twice in the past few weeks for breakfast only to see no lights on but workers in the back. Hours posted are 0600 and at 0620-0630 there are no responses at the drive through. Who ever is in charge of this locations needs to be fired! Had to drive across town to another location that seems to have no issue being open as posted on their hours. read more

Hit the drive thru and had the fried chicken sandwich combo - medium for $13. The sandwich was pretty small, but all breast meat. Fries were okay. Service was great and quick so a major reason reason for the better rating. But the value for that meal wasn't there. Maybe something else would have been better. read more

Says they're open at 6 and I see 3 workers inside but no doors open, all lights are off, and no one answers the phone even tho I can hear it ringing and I see the employees looking back and not answering. Horrible service. Why hire a bunch of lazy people to work the morning shift if they won't be open when it's posted. Both online and in person. Average food, what you would expect from them. But my main reason is the suspicious phone grab and placement by the window employee. Saw him walk over and before he opened the drive thru window he grabbed a phone and placed it right next to the card reader. Camera aligned with it perfectly. I paid with cash but have had card fraud to many times like this. Just a heads up. read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I was headed to the counter to get a refill and she Sami butt she just turned around and gave me her back. I saw she was doing something so waited. No greeting no one moment or how can I help you nothing but as stated she clearly saw me and knew I was there. I said excuse me & I see her tilt her head a little bit over to her side but it's as if she chose not to listen and she just continued doing whatever she was doing. I then proceeded to say excuse me again and this time it was louder, the cashier guy looked at me right away, and he was also doing something, but the Brenda manager took a few seconds to even turn her head around. I asked can I please have a refill? (The reason why I went to the counter was because they did not have sweet tea in the self-serve at all.) Once I asked for the refill the cashier guy right away was about to start heading towards me but the manager Brenda said one sec in what seemed to me a bother tone and just turned her head around to continue doing what she was doing. I waited a few minutes and then she just walks over, right in front of me like nothing, to the drive-thru window and the cashier guy notices that and saw how I was upset at this point just waiting there so he heads towards me to refill my cup with a smile. He very nicely refilled my cup with no problem at all and the manager girl just came back as he was refilling it, she said something to him and laughed. I told the guy thank you once he was done and I asked for that manager's name and while he was answering my question the manager decided to now interact with me and said excuse me. I asked her for her name, which was Brenda. She also seemed to be covering her name badge at first. I always seem to have a problem with customer service here at this location whether it's through the drive-thru or in person. Whether there is no greeting or the whole tone seems sour as if they don't want to be there, except for that cashier guy he was really nice. I wish I would have got his name he was on top of his job and definitely made sure to provide great customer service. With this last visit I'm not even sure if I will be heading back to this location. This is not the first time and now that I got it from a manager it's just ridiculous. All I wanted was a calm meal but instead it seems like a got a bag full of attitude with another entree of unprofessionalism. read more

We tried going there 2 nights ago with our 1 year old baby and when we get to the door the doors where locked, it was 8:55 pm and the schedule on the door says they close at 10 pm. Someone was cleaning close to the door and she didn't even bother on coming to the door. This place has really bad service. I hope the owner or regional manager see this review and do something about it because this location is very problematic. Otherwise I hope they close down. read more

I went with three stars for a few different reasons. It's fast food and it's not really a top pick for me. This location is usually pretty clean and the customer service is good in my experience. I bring the little one quite often and he really enjoys the play area, add a cheeseburger on occasion and he's as happy as can be. I don't care for the food here much but I will enjoy a papaya green tea every now and then from here. The orders are usually correct when I get my food and the staff are friendly enough to throw in an extra cup or two for drinks even if I didn't ask for them. All in all, it's a good place for the kids and serves it's purpose. read more

Awful customer service! 30 plus minutes in the drive through! I used to manage a Carl's Jr. Years back and we were only allowed 3 minutes for the first car in the drive through and 30 seconds for each additional car! These people don't drop the food until you pull up to the window! Food is never fresh! Awful service! Never going back! Go to Burger King right next door! Cheaper and quicker! read more

I used to stop at the drive thru for breakfast often but I cannot anymore. The employees I've come in contact with were always very friendly but the last time I was there getting a sausage egg and cheese biscuit, I glanced through the window and saw the cook piling the cooked egg portions on one of those red serving trays. Having once read an article including how germ ridden those trays are it just grossed me out. Even assuming the tray was washed, it's a plastic pebble surface not easily sanitized. I was under the impression that cooked food is supposed to be stored on clean stainless steel trays not plastic serving trays. So, I'll pass on Carl's Jr. at this location. read more
