Just kidding, this thing really is badass and worth every penny. Still, you expect some things. One, the truck is lifted, so it doesn't fit in their wash, which means the truck hasn't been cleaned once by Hood. Not even after delivery. Not even a vaccuum or clean windshield. I hope regular vehicle owners are having a different experience. For an $80k truck and a $180 oil change, surely someone could pass a vacuum and wipe the windows down. My right speaker was blown during one oil-change visit. That took months to fix, and the service guys acted like it was my fault. Guaranteed it was not - the same song was on (Apple Car Play) when I dropped it off and picked it up...that rattle wasn't there before. It was fixed under warranty, but not very nicely. What's up with that, anyway? Why are dealers so upset about warranty work, don't they get paid by GM for that? Either way, warranty or paid work should still be done with the same smile and gratitude, in my opinion. Didn't mean to make the review a bitch session - there's lots to brag about. The shop is clean and well organized, the coffee is hot, and Ms Debbie always has a smile for me. The shuttle drivers are super cool, and I've been fortunate to be the first drop off every time, always making it to work without a hitch. It's an opinion, and not a reflection on this dealer in particular, but I sure do love me some Chevy. I'd buy another car from these guys without hesitation...I'd just be sure to get that carwash/vacuum promise in writing first. :)

After receiving no response to follow-up emails, I returned to the dealership in person. I was given copies of the signed cancellation forms and told they had been sent to accounting. However, after contacting the administrator, I was informed that the cancellations have still not been submitted. I am concerned about the lack of follow-through and communication. I am simply asking that the dealership process the cancellations that were already completed and agreed to. I would appreciate prompt resolution and confirmation that this has been submitted. Edit~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ You can see below where Todd, working on behalf of the dealership, stated that the issue had been resolved. That reply was posted roughly four weeks after my original review. However, the matter was not resolved at that time because I had not yet received the refund. The dealership cancellation form states that processing would take 4-6 weeks. After 8 weeks, I had still not received a refund, and my lender had no record of any funds being applied to my loan. As a result, I sent a formal demand letter. The dealership later informed me that the check had not been sent. According to the documents and tracking information I received, the check was dated approximately one week before it was mailed and was mailed shortly after my demand letter was sent. For anyone considering optional products, make sure you understand the cancellation process and keep copies of all paperwork. If you cancel products, document your communications and follow up regularly. Also, make sure you receive an itemized breakdown of your purchase. I did not receive one at delivery and had to request it afterward. In addition, when I picked up my license plate, I did not receive the registration window sticker and will be obtaining a replacement through the OMV. At the time of this update, more than nine weeks had passed since the cancellation request and the refund still had not been applied to my account. Based on my experience, I was disappointed with the handling of the cancellation process and the communication surrounding it.

He is a perfect ambassador for any dealership. He was the major reason we worked with this dealer for a purchase of our first Hyundai and we received a very attractive offer and proposal from him. Between our decision and final delivery, Michael had done everything to exceed our expectations, including having the vehicle delivered to our house on July 4, 2025 with a full one hour review of all of its features and handle all documents digitally (welcome to the 21st century) The vehicle had just the colors and features that we requested and more; all within finance parameters offered by Hyundai Finance that matched our budget targets.. I would highly recommend Eddie Tourelle Hyundai and particularly Michael Swan to anyone who asks about Hyundai dealers near New Orleans. In addition, Josh Ansardi in Finance, who patiently and professionally answered my numerous questions late into the evening, contributed to make the purchase and delivery experience as flawless as can be. In 50 years of my car buying and leasing track record, Michael Swan and Josh Ansardi facilitated a very low stress experience to reach an outstanding car buying outcome , for which we are grateful

I would've left less stars, but Sammy and his team did try to "Make it right" by apologizingand offering to deliver the vehicle to my work or home, however, at some point there's just no way to salvage a completely sour experience. Advice: DO NOT buy a vehicle that is not ready to drive off the lot with you! That was my BIGGEST mistake! But I was assured that there was minimal issues with the vehicle and that it would be ready in about a week. Once I signed the paperwork, communication was minimal. I had to continue to call in every day or two for updates. Each time, I was told the mechanic was working on it all day and had found another issue with it that would be fixed in a day or two. Each time, I was told I'd get a phone call the next day that usually didn't come. At first it was just a rim and a tire, no mechanical issues. That was fixed and then it was a hose and an oil leak. When those were fixed it was topping off the fluids and a test drive, and I could pick it up. Once that was done and I was at the dealership with a friend to drive my other vehicle, it was a leak in the water pump. Although I THOROUGHLY appreciate them not allowing a damaged vehicle to knowingly drive off the lot, this vehicle should've never been allowed to be sold without a proper inspection. I was told that they "lost a mechanic" that week. So, I don't know if maybe that mechanic had dropped the ball in the original inspection. But, I just feel a little taken advantage of, because I was trusting enough to sign papers on a vehicle I hadn't test driven, cause I was ASSURED the only issue was the rim and tire. I even asked what the protocol was for having my own mechanic do an inspection and was told "oh no, don't worry about that, we'll take good care of you, you won't need to have it inspected". Here we are, 9 days later, no vehicle, no update phone call by the afternoon. Buuuut...the thank you card did come in the mail several days ago, so that's fun, right?!

it weren't for my husband absolutely wanting this car, I would've never done business with this…read moredealership. The customer service was terrible from start to finish. They refuse to negotiate on pricing, and it's clear they care more about making a dollar than taking care of the customer. The price listed on their website is misleading -- it only applies if you finance through them, and if you choose your own bank, they jack the price up. When I asked if that was even legal, the salesperson shrugged and said, "It would just be a petty lawsuit anyway." We were at the dealership for over six hours, trying to work a deal that clearly wasn't in our favor. I repeatedly asked to speak to the finance guy in the back, and he never came to talk to us. Eventually, I secured my own financing and brought them the check -- even then, we had to wait another hour and a half just to finalize everything. Before leaving, I noticed the tires were dangerously worn and asked if they could at least replace them. I was told "no, it is what it is" because the car was being sold as-is. Sure enough, shortly after leaving, we had a blowout on the interstate. We were stranded on the side of the road for four hours waiting on a tow truck. I tried calling Northlake Auto -- no answer. I called the finance guy's personal number -- no answer, voicemail. I even sent a photo and text message to let him know what happened and how poorly we were treated. No response. This place is the definition of bad service, bad attitude, and bad business. It's a "take it or leave it" kind of operation, and once the deal is done, you're on your own. I would absolutely not recommend doing business with them.
