I had been working with my bank on the financing and made that clear at the start of the conversation. They still ran my credit and tried to offer me a ridiculously high rate (actually it was 16%!!). When I reiterated that I already had agreeable loan terms they tried to call the bank and shift the loan to one of their "people". I felt very uncomfortable and just generally that they were trying to cheat me.

Saturday, my husband and I arrived at the dealership around 4:00 keep in mind they close at 6:00 on Saturdays. I asked for Shane who put me in touch with Michael A. who was an exceptional salesman. I provided him with the information about the car I was interested, he immediately went to get the car. He was very knowledgeable answered all my questions and even told me things I didn't know. After the test drive, he got all of my information and even stated he would try to get me a better deal, what more can a person ask for a salesman that has their best interest at heart. I already had my financing but we had to fill out the credit application and they even got me better financing than I already had. Michael A. made my car buying experience absolutely amazing. He got me a great deal, the sale was quick, and everyone at the dealership was so friendly. Mr. Don in financing was great and answered all my questions also. This wasn't my first car but it felt like I was starting over. Thank you the Michael A. and Mr. Don for making my Saturday complete with a new car purchase, a great price, and wonderful customer service. I'm telling all my family and friends to go to Rainbow Luxury. They got me in and out but didn't rush the process and was extremely helpful. I recommend this dealership 100%. I purchased a 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander.

I would've left less stars, but Sammy and his team did try to "Make it right" by apologizingand offering to deliver the vehicle to my work or home, however, at some point there's just no way to salvage a completely sour experience. Advice: DO NOT buy a vehicle that is not ready to drive off the lot with you! That was my BIGGEST mistake! But I was assured that there was minimal issues with the vehicle and that it would be ready in about a week. Once I signed the paperwork, communication was minimal. I had to continue to call in every day or two for updates. Each time, I was told the mechanic was working on it all day and had found another issue with it that would be fixed in a day or two. Each time, I was told I'd get a phone call the next day that usually didn't come. At first it was just a rim and a tire, no mechanical issues. That was fixed and then it was a hose and an oil leak. When those were fixed it was topping off the fluids and a test drive, and I could pick it up. Once that was done and I was at the dealership with a friend to drive my other vehicle, it was a leak in the water pump. Although I THOROUGHLY appreciate them not allowing a damaged vehicle to knowingly drive off the lot, this vehicle should've never been allowed to be sold without a proper inspection. I was told that they "lost a mechanic" that week. So, I don't know if maybe that mechanic had dropped the ball in the original inspection. But, I just feel a little taken advantage of, because I was trusting enough to sign papers on a vehicle I hadn't test driven, cause I was ASSURED the only issue was the rim and tire. I even asked what the protocol was for having my own mechanic do an inspection and was told "oh no, don't worry about that, we'll take good care of you, you won't need to have it inspected". Here we are, 9 days later, no vehicle, no update phone call by the afternoon. Buuuut...the thank you card did come in the mail several days ago, so that's fun, right?!

it weren't for my husband absolutely wanting this car, I would've never done business with this…read moredealership. The customer service was terrible from start to finish. They refuse to negotiate on pricing, and it's clear they care more about making a dollar than taking care of the customer. The price listed on their website is misleading -- it only applies if you finance through them, and if you choose your own bank, they jack the price up. When I asked if that was even legal, the salesperson shrugged and said, "It would just be a petty lawsuit anyway." We were at the dealership for over six hours, trying to work a deal that clearly wasn't in our favor. I repeatedly asked to speak to the finance guy in the back, and he never came to talk to us. Eventually, I secured my own financing and brought them the check -- even then, we had to wait another hour and a half just to finalize everything. Before leaving, I noticed the tires were dangerously worn and asked if they could at least replace them. I was told "no, it is what it is" because the car was being sold as-is. Sure enough, shortly after leaving, we had a blowout on the interstate. We were stranded on the side of the road for four hours waiting on a tow truck. I tried calling Northlake Auto -- no answer. I called the finance guy's personal number -- no answer, voicemail. I even sent a photo and text message to let him know what happened and how poorly we were treated. No response. This place is the definition of bad service, bad attitude, and bad business. It's a "take it or leave it" kind of operation, and once the deal is done, you're on your own. I would absolutely not recommend doing business with them.

They proceeded to tell me that they were Chinese parts and they do not manufacture Chinese parts. So they wanted to put all new parts from their Covington store and take my mechanics parts out. Funny thing is they make 11% of parts in China. And my mechanic showed me the receipt that he bought them for Mercedes-Benz of Covington. They just wanted to rip me off. I picked up my car and I've never been back since. I even told the lady Foreman of the service department. That my mechanic bought the parts from here showed her the invoice. So she probably wanted to charge me another $500 for parts after already paid for them. So I took my car to luxury motor. He did it once over it was done.

This morning at 10:18am we get an email with the mechanic talking showing our van is ready. He says the windshield is installed, the sensor calibrated and at this time no fault codes...he will test drive and he is done. We wait till 11:07 to call service to see if we can pick it up..we live where traffic is horrible on Fridays and want to get home asap. So we talk to Kyle who checks with Sherry Blades and says, "the windshield is installed but the sensor needs to be calibrated and the engine has to be checked for codes." I tell her this totally " this totally contradicts what the mechanic said in the video! " She said she would call me back, which she did. At 11:14 am Kyle calls back and says, yes, everything is done but the paperwork will take a while and we can't pick it up until 1-1:30. I told her I worked in dealerships for 20 years, after that I managed shops and then went on to teach, I know how dealerships work. I was pleasant but secretly not happy, as I know the most difficult thing is to get the parts department to close out their end before you close the ticket out yourself, but I know it can be done in minutes, not hours. At 11:28am Sherry calls and tells me we can pick up the van, I say we will be there in 30 minutes. Once at the dealership I get my invoice and wait outside for our vehicle. When I was pulling off I notice the large tape on the glass and then the greasy prints all over the A pillars...this is not ok..this is a almost new, very expensive, uploaded van which we keep very clean. Pleasantly I go back in and explain there is tape on the windshield and grease in the interior. Sherry takes off in the van and then within 2 or 3 minutes she is back, the tape is removed but the grease is still there. I show her the grease and instead of just taking it back to have it cleaned she wants to sit there and give me excuses about the van wasn't able to be washed so that is why it is not clean. First, no one can take our hightop aftermarket ac on the roof through any car wash. Second, no dealership ever takes any of our vehicles through their car wash, we wouldn't allow that and they ALWAYS ask if they can wash it, too much of a liability if they don't ask first...did I mention I worked at dealerships. I tell her I'm am just going to go and I am tired of the lies. She wants to argue but I tell her I am leaving. THEN when I am at home I turn on the wipers, wow, they aren't installed correctly! The drivers wiper arm is too low and the blade is hitting to metal on the bottom of the windshield, the top of the blade is going off the glass. So.....l called and left a message for the service manager, no response yet. Let me just say, we have had several of these Sprinters for years and we have brought a couple different ones in for Service and never had any issues. I don't think the dealership is at fault, I think it is Sherry. Our belief, Sherry was too busy so she made up lies about the vehicle not being done, unfortunately for her we had the video from the mechanic. Then when she was caught in a lie she made up an excuse that the ticket couldn't be closed out for 1.5 hours; we can only assume she wanted to go eat or do something else. As far as the grease in the vehicle, things happen, that isn't why we were upset. Don't lie...honestly works wonders!
