Every bite was delicious and clearly prepared with care. The service was just as impressive. Our waiter was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They were happy to answer questions and offered great recommendations. The restaurant itself was very clean, with comfortable seating that made it easy to relax and enjoy the meal. The warm atmosphere, excellent food, and outstanding service made for a fantastic experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for authentic Peruvian cuisine, and I'll definitely be coming back!

Easy to reach with plenty of parking, making it a convenient choice whether you're meeting friends or grabbing dinner after work. Service: (3.5/5) Service was a little inconsistent. Our bar order wasn't prepared correctly, but the quality of the food more than made up for it. Food: (4.5/5) Excellent ceviche, delicious pesto fettuccine, perfectly cooked steak, and generous portions. The ceviche was the standout. Fresh, bright, and incredibly refreshing, especially on a hot summer day. The pesto fettuccine was rich and flavorful, while the steak was cooked perfectly, tender, juicy, and well-marinated. Portion sizes were generous, making the meal feel like great value.

The sweet potatoes surprisingly worked well though) - Parihuela (not as well-rounded as a French bouillabaisse, but still delicious with a variety of seafood) - Chicha Morada (delicious purple corn drink) Portions were pretty large, so I'd recommend ordering family style to try a few different dishes. Food was not a 5/5 for me, but service was above and beyond. Upon arrival, we had given the staff a cake to serve after our meal for a friend's birthday. We had the candles in our bag, and were planning on pulling them out when we were done our entrees. The owner, assuming that we hadn't brought our own candles, went out and bought candles for the cake during our meal. We were stunned when we found out! They then portioned out the cake perfectly after we sang happy birthday. We also didn't realise we had stayed 30 minutes past their 9pm closing time, and they never nudged us to leave. It seemed like it was the owner and his father running the restaurant, and I felt very well taken care of. I'm already looking forward to returning to Pisac in the near future.

I had to lomo saltado which was pretty good and the beef was very tender. The desserts of the day were lucuma crème brulee and lucuma cheesecake. I found the chocolate in the cheesecake to be a bit overpowering to the lucuma taste. The flavour of creme brûlée was really really good!

I've actually had Brasa previously many years ago for a Yelp event but this time I decided to stop by the Queen St. location to grab dinner. Their menu boasts unique flavours where ingredients are fresh and nutritious. I decided to order a bowl from their phone app where my order was made in about 15 min. Upon arriving at Brasa, the space is accessible where the cashier/food counter area is to your right. On the left there is bar seating where you could enjoy your items there. I mentioned to staff that I was there to pick up my food where it was already made. In terms of food, I ordered the tuna ceviche bowl (Organic tricolour Peruvian quinoa, marinated tuna, avocado and sweet potato blossoms, two types of Peruvian corn, finely sliced red onion) which cost around $17. I had the bowl for dinner and it felt super healthy with the quinoa, avocado, and tuna! The ingredients tasted great together and the crunchy corn added a crunchy textural element to the bowl. Overall, a healthy alternative in the Queen/University area!
