I usually order the curry crab but this time wanted the lobster. They said they didn't have any. Service was pretty poor this time. Several ordered items were not delivered and they had to be reminded several times. Server didn't speak good English either and needed to be communicated in Mandarin. Gotta say this place is excellent for appetizers and desserts. Standouts include the following: fried chicken wings, curry shrimp, and Thai style chicken feet. We were here for a family reunion during the Lunar New Year. My family reserved 2 tables for 6+1. The big table has been gone until 8:30pm, so we booked 2 tables instead and they are at the same corner. Weekend dinner would be $37.95/person. Weekday lunch would be $21.97. Kids under 4 eat free, over 5 will be charged, but not too much. There is senior discount as well. Customers can choose the 1 big pot or individual pot and choose your own soup base. The order menu/paper was 1 per table. We could order 3 times per paper (sort of). The food comes fast. The servers were walking around to take away the empty plates or containers, and refill your soup base. The meat tasted fresh and soup was tasty. There was a fridge that different types of desserts were there for unlimited taking. We could mix our own sauces, and there was a ice cream machine that kids could have unlimited soft ice cream with 2 different flavors (vanilla and/or matcha). My kid loves the clone more. Interesting concept. If you order the right menu item for the right about of ppl, you can get unlimited beef and lamb. Regardless, all patrons get access to their sauce bar and the dessert bar. The dessert bar has quite a large selection of goods. Otherwise, the broth and concept seems quite similar to other ayce hotpot places. Consider the amount of food you get from the set menu and the dessert bar, the restaurant is good bang for the buck. Seafood was frozen, but can't complain at this price. Where else would you go for dinner when the weather outside is -13 degrees. This place was used to be a Peking duck restaurant. From the outside it looks small I didn't realize that they took almost 3 units. I was surprised that the place wasn't packed however that can't be said about the parking lot. It's very hard to find parking bacuse it's very limited. Inside you will find the place very well lit and well designed. The atmosphere is very relaxing and not stuffy like the other hotpot restaurants. It's an oxymoron since the signage says Thai hotpot but the people who works there are Chinese. Service is mediocre not bad but not good either. Most of the staffs are not too eager to serve you at least McDonald's gives a free smile. When one of the staffs try to fill up out pot they are not too concern that the soup splatters around. Other hotpot restaurants they try to shield you from splashes. I think what they lack in service they make up for the decor. I really like how it looks and also feels. Food quality is amazing especially the curry shrimp and chicken skewers. Their meats are good quality unlike other places when you cook the meat it turns dark brown. Here it is how neat should look like when it's fresh. I greatly recommend ordering the shrimp curry and chicken skewers. After eating the shrimp do not disregard the curry sauce you can dip your chicken skewer and make it satay. They have ample choices of dipping sauce you can choose the station looks very clean and highly organised. The dessert cooler looks very clean and well organized. If you are a dessert person with a sweet tooth I would stay away from it. The items I would recommend are the jelly with brown sugar, the cake and maybe the soft ice cream or should I say sherbet. Avoid mango sticky rice the mango is too sour and the sticky rice don't have enough sugar it's bland. Overall good is excellent the place looks clean very relaxing not stuffy and reasonable price. Finally got to try this hotpot place out. We ordered the big seafood platter and the fried rice. You could add unlimited meat as well but it was so much food, we actually didn't really order a ton extra. The seafood was decently fresh. Our shrimp was not though. No matter how we cooked it, it had a really weird, break apart texture, like it has been frozen for too long. I didn't enjoy the flavor of it and I felt the same about the scallops. Really the meat was the best for me and the fish slices and fresh fish balls. We ordered the tomato soup base and the coconut. The coconut was nice but not as creamy as I would have liked. I make my own for hot pot at home so I maybe just being a bit picky. They do refill your soup with the exact soup you ordered, which I am a huge fan of. Nothing worse than having your soup watered down. The tomato base was nice and tangy. I think I preferred the coconut and wish we could have ordered potato noodles to soak it up. The sauce bar was great. I quite liked the spicy Thai sauces which had a funky flavor. Definitely not the same sauce experience as you would normally have in Chinese hot pot. They also refill and kept it very very clean, which I appreciated given it's a shared space. The dessert section is huge. But I will say, it was not good. Very watered down or super sugary desserts that we just didn't love. I did enjoy the fresh slice of pineapple though and mixed it with the jelly to make my own little combo dessert. They had a soft serve machine but it was really water and not good ice cream. Bit of a disappointing end. Given the ton of other hot pot options in Markham/Richmond Hill, I think this would not be my top choice. It's a gorgeous restaurant and very clean, presentation is great and the staff are so friendly, but the food wasn't to my taste. As always, I think you should give it a try and it maybe fit your flavor preferences. Given how nice the staff are, I was still very happy we came to give it a try. One of my friend recommended this place and I was highly impressed! The decor and seating is very cute and bright. The seats were comfortable and spacious. The staff were generally pretty attentive as well. We got their new seafood combo for two which was $80. It came with unlimited beef and lamb, along with a small fried rice, fries/popcorn chicken/onion rings platter. Their signature tom yum soup base was so flavourful. There is an extensive sauce bar with some unique Thai sauces. There is also AYCE shrimp crackers, and some other appetizers. Their AYCE dessert bar had 10+ dessert options to pick from. Overall, although not fully AYCE, we were stuffed at the end of the night. We had some leftovers which they allowed us to bring home. It came to around ~$100 for two people which was fair and in par with some AYCE places. The soup base is $15 for one flavour and $17 for two flavours. No additional cost for the sauce bar. There is underground parking available that's free, so take advantage when you think there's no parking available. Interior is very modern with very good lightning. The seafood comes once - with abalone, crab legs, fish and shrimps. But the meat is actually AYCE - so you can order multiples of beef slices and such. This is why service was top-notch cause it was a little confusing to order. Appetizers and desserts are also AYCE. Food general was very good - I love the Thai style of soup bases you can choose from. Food quality (both meat and seafood) was good as well. Came here on a Friday evening around 630pm with two friends that were visiting town and were stuffed and happy when we left! We were very pleased with the ambiance of the place, the quality of the food, and quantity of food. The above ground parking was quite full, but there was plenty of underground parking at this time. We ordered the coconut soup base, and a la carte with a couple extra items -- our bill came to about 60/person, but we definitely could have cut a couple items and still be quite full. Our meal came with some complimentary dishes like rice that we were not expecting so that was a bonus. Additionally the place has a complimentary dessert bar with fresh fruit and desserts that's AYCE. Keeping that in mind, the pricing is quite comparable to other hot pot places. We ordered the $78.98 hotpot set, but the menu doesn't mention that you need to pay an extra $15-$18 for the soup base. You cannot find anywhere in the menu mentioning that you need to pay extra for the soup base. I asked the waiter if I could use hot water as the base, and he said no. Also, we were there during the week of Christmas, and they canceled all the other hot pot lunch combos and the canceled unlimited beef and lamb slices. Found this via social media and decided to give it a try. We came on a weekday and it wasn't busy at all. Upon our arrival, we were awed by the interior decor - a very upscale vibe with great lighting. Restaurant was also very clean - including their restroom. We ordered the special menu for 2 people that included Ayce beef and lamb slices. Soup bases are not included in the price - we ordered tomato and coconut soup bases. They have an open dessert table as well as a soft serve ice cream machine that's all you can eat. We paid $114 in total for two people, tips included. The dining hall was full and there was a small waiting queue. The service at this restaurant really stood out as being excellent. From the time of making reservation through the phone, to the entire duration of the meal and afterward, we felt that the service was very attentive, helpful, professional, and friendly. When making the reservation, the person on the phone was very informative and told us that if we come before 4 pm on the weekend, there was a special promotion of a free plate of choice of meat for the hot pot. The interior of the restaurant was beautiful - bright, modern, and airy with lots of greens. Food came out relatively quickly and they set up the hot pot for us. You can get 2 different types of soup base in a single pot (with a partition in the middle), so we ordered the tomato and coconut soup bases. Both soup bases were pretty mild and didn't have too strong of a flavour, which was perfect as you could add / mix in your own sauces, seasonings, and garnishes. There were a lot of staff around, and multiple ones came by our table to check if everything was ok and if we needed anything extra a couple of times throughout the meal. They even peeled the shrimps for us - what a VIP service not offered at any other hot pot restaurant I had been to. First they asked if we wanted the shrimps peeled. We said yes, so they blanched the raw shrimps on sticks quickly in the boiling hot pot, then went to the back to peel them (presumably manually by hand). Shortly after, they came back out with the peeled shrimps - ready for us to cook in the hot pot. The Seafood Hot Pot Meal Combo contained a lot of 'signature' items such as big pieces of abalone, jumbo scallops (the whole thing - not just the 'body' of the scallop), surf clams, mussels, shrimps on sticks, white fish, fish & shrimp paste, and more. In a lot of other hot pot places, you might not find abalone on the menu, or it would be offered for extra charge. The combo also came with a basket of vegetables (bok choy, lettuce, mushrooms, cut up corn on the cob, sweet potato / yam, and tofu). We asked for extra leafy green vegetables, and they came out with a giant basket of the extra vegetables. Each hot pot meal combo also came with Seafood Fried Rice and a small appetizer / side of French fries and onion rings. You can substitute the fried rice with noodles if you'd like. I liked the Thai elements in this restaurant (different from Chinese hot pot places), such as the coconut soup base, variety of Thai sauces available, shrimp crackers, and Thai desserts. In addition to the hot pot combo, we ordered extra items on the menu such as the Thai Pineapple Fried Rice. This came out in a big portion - great for sharing. I liked the big chunks of real fresh pineapple, in addition to the smaller pieces of pineapple mixed in with the rice (the canned version of pineapple). It also contained shrimps, golden raisin, lap cheong (Chinese sausage), and pork floss. So if you're vegetarian or pescatarian, you can ask for some of these ingredients to be ommitted or put on the side. The AYCE dessert section includes small portions of fresh fruits (e.g. watermelon), Thai puddings, and jellies - a lot of them contained coconut (my favourite!). Beautiful green interior, impeccable service and delicious food! After all the hype on social media about this place recently, decided to go check them out! It's a Thai hot pot chain from Asia, and it did not disappoint. It's mainly seafood combos that you'd order from and it's not cheap, but the quality is definitely premium compared to your other regular Chinese hot pot places. The table top had a wireless charging function which was super cool! They had a sauce bar with shrimp chips, crackers and different Thai sauces. Desserts are located right beside the sauce bar and is all you can eat dessert, ranging from puddings, dessert soups and an ice cream machine. They only have three soup options so we tried all three. The tomato and tom yum soup base is so good, I was drinking the soup by the bowl! They started off our meal with a sampler plate of fries, onion rings and chicken cutlet. The food options we got were: Curry crab 4/5 - This was $30, which was a steal. Not sure if it was fresh crab though, but the curry taste was great. Use the free shrimp chips you get by the sauce bar and dip it into the curry - it was amazing! Meal for 3 combo 5/5 - Came with 6 people, so we got 2 of the meal for 3 combo as per our waiter. It was a perfect amount of food. My favorite part was the large buffet of condiments for each person to customize their own dipping sauce! Desserts were pretty good too. First time trying after making a reservation same day and managed to get a booking. But a bit of a hiccup on the phone with the service rep, I asked for a table for 4 at 7:30pm for reservation for tonight and she said sorry no table available but didn't offer any other time or date. I followed up by asking if there are other times earlier or later and she said 7:35pm I can make reservation and took my name and number. I found that to be a little weird as it's only 5 mins apart. Once we arrived we had to wait 10 mins and was lead to a table that was dirty with sauce all over the table and the seating but brand new chopstick and plates on the table. We flagged down the first waitress we saw and advise the table was not cleaned at all.. nor are seats as it's filled with sauce all over... they proceeded to wipe the seat but not the table and left. I flagged down another server and advise the table is dirty and it's unacceptable to seat a customer at a dirty table. He proceeded to apologize and wiped the table and said they must have not wiped the table. Now the food, we placed the order for the Tom yum and coconut soup base ($17) and the 4 person seafood combo ($199). However, the server mistaken our order and placed a 3 person meal instead of 4. After waiting I would say 20-30min for the platter to arrive to advise them that they inputted the incorrect order, the waiter who took our order walked away and never came back to the table to follow up. I proceeded to flag down yet another waitress and advise we ordered 4 person not 3 person and she advised she will get it sorted out. Which they did.. with the extra set after 10mins. After all that, we got our corrected order and proceeded to actually hotpot. The meat and seafood are fresh and especially the fish slices. My parents enjoyed the fish slices the most. The dessert/ appetizer and sauce bar are unlimited and you can go and grab whatever you like near the front desk. I was super excited to check out this new restaurant. The first time when I called they asked me to book for the next day. This time we successfully made a reservation on Thursday morning for Friday night. The ambiance and decor is very nice and modern. Neat utensils. The service was nice. We ordered the abundant seafood meal for four $199.99. We selected the Signature Tom Yum soup and the Thai coconut soup. Or you can order individual single pots but only one selection of soup. Soup prices are not included in the seafood ice boat sets. The signature Tom yum soup was delicious that you want to continue drinking. It's two large trays of seafood, but I find a lot of it are frozen seafood. They will cook the surf clams for you. Along with the shrimp on a skewer and they will take it away and peel the shrimp for you. After peeling the shell of the shrimps, they bring it back, you cook it for another 30 seconds and ready to eat. The abalone was a good size, scallops were fresh and a good size, octopus was tasty. The shrimp paste you can tell it's real shrimp. The tray of greens, we only know when we saw the other table eating greens then we inquire and they brought it out for us. I actually came here looking forward to try the 50% soft opening curry crab. My reservation was for 7:30pm but they told us it was sold out when I started ordering. As I get up to walk around and get dessert, I've noticed many tables had a plate of curry crab. So of course I asked the waiters, they said others were asking, not much of a clear answer as to why others got it and we didn't. Anyways, I was a little disappointed since one main item that I wanted to try was the curry crab. The desserts at the front was all you can eat. A lot of them were fruit based jello, coconut rabbit puddings. Looked prettier than they taste. They have a soft serve ice cream machine that you can go and get yourself, cones are provided. That was fun, you can use the soft serve machine instead of just scooping. The sauce you get it yourself at the sauce stand. A friend came to visit from Texas, so we decided to take her here to try. The interior of the restaurant is much more spacious than I expected, and had a tropical vibe going. There were 3 of us, and decided to get the combo for 2 with some extra add ons. We got the coconut and Tom yum soup base. Both are packed with flavour. All of the seafood that we received for the hotpot tasted fresh, and they will even remove the heads of the shrimp if you ask. I also really liked the large variety of sauces available to customize your taste, and the wide variety of all you can eat desserts to enjoy after. The rabbit puddings are especially cute. This place is mainly seafood so if you're more of a meat eater in hot pot then this might not be the place for you. I find the soup bases are ok not even flavour and it dilutes over time. I like how the dessert station is self serve as well as the snack bar. Their ice cream machine to be was flavoured ice didn't really taste any milk. The service was decent as servers would check on if soup needed refill, so you want your shrimp peel they will do it for you, they help clear empty dishes too. The all you can eat bar, however, was a bit disappointing. I did enjoy the prawn Chips but the desserts were very underwhelming and was not particularly worth trying a second time. The soft serve ice cream is also quite icy and tasted artificial. The curry crab was a great dish. Thick sauce with rich creamy notes, not as spicy as I would like but crab meat was fresh and the curry was nicely seasoned overall. We also got curry crab, but the curry was mediocre, -- I enjoyed it to mix with the fried rice or the free shrimp crackers though. If you're looking for Thai broth hot pot, I would not recommend. The tom yum soup base wasn't spicy or sour enough. The tomato soup base tasted like diluted ketchup. The coconut soup was good, but might get too sweet after a while. The ayce dessert bar was super fun! The options were the most various vs most hot pot places but the quality of the desserts were just average. But shoutout to the unlimited self serve soft serve machine! The ambiance was beautiful and comfortable. Great for groups large or small. But the service was not impressive. They are too focused on cleaning dishes out from the cart beside the customers' tables, and not to their customers' needs. Second, there are some dishes that aren't available on the menu on a Saturday dinner time, which is kind of not expected. However, I like their sauces thou; the Thai sauces are something different than other hotpot places. They seem to be focusing on seafood dishes for hotpot, and not much choices on meats. But they do have some interesting a la cart main dishes which I didn't get a chance to try. We had a large group of 8 adults and 2 kids so we reserved one of their private rooms which have a minimum spend that we were told as long as we are close to it, it's fine. Given the number of people we figured we will reach it anyway and am glad we decided to go with that because it was just better privacy and easier with kids. The Tom yum soup base was delicious, I regret not putting some aside before it got oily from the food we were putting in. The Thai dipping sauces were also amazing. The only thing that was a little annoying was not having enough table space, so we would have to walk to the end to grab food before heading back to boil them. We came here to celebrate friend's birthday. The restaurant is bright and colorful. Service was amazing, thanks so much to our server Simon! We enjoyed the 4 person set meal and was pleasantly surprised with their Thanksgiving special with unlimited beef. As someone who loves hotpot, this was a nice change of scenary to be more seafood vs. meat focused. The broths were also good, we got the tomyum and tomato. My friend and I got a mix of the coconut soup base and tom yom - overall delicious! The pricing here feels a bit expensive but for seafood it makes sense ($75 after tax and tip when splitting with a friend). The dessert had a lot of variety and loved that it's all you can eat. I also really enjoyed the sauce bar as they had shrimp chips and edamame. A helpful tip, if you order $100 or more you get a free plate of meat. Food was really good and the ambience was great. We came as a party of 6 and was able to get the private room but downside is you have to have a minimum spend. We ended up ordering a seafood combo and they even help you de-shell the shrimp which was a bonus. The coconut soup could have been more flavourful I think but is still good. I'd like to try the Tom Yum next time. What was interesting is for our combo, we can refill something free or charge once but hard to say what- the meats? Veggies? Seafood? This is by far the best Hot Pot restaurant I've been to. It is not AYCE option but they have set meals for your group or can order dishes a la carte which will most definitely fill you up. Their hot pot soup base gets more flavourful when you put your meats & veggies in, especially the Tom Yum soup base. Oh don't forget the all you can eat desserts which includes a self service soft serve ice cream! Their curry crab is to die for! On my list as one of my favorites / go to restaurant. The broth is probably the best broth I've ever had by far. We couldn't stop drinking it after we were done. Service was superb. The place is big and airy. The all you can eat dessert bar is one of my favourite parts. I would just say that the options for hotpot are a bit limited but nonetheless it was really good. Will definitely be back! read more

This is my 4th visit since the place opened and it has gone down quite a bit. Service use to b excellent. The servers use to check up on you every now and then and would automatically refill the soups for you. Now even with asking , to refill is hard. Hard to get someone's attention. Without asking you won't get your soup refilled n you might have to ask a couple of times until you get it. Like I get if it's busy but it wasn't even busy. They no longer offer free refills for veggies anymore. The taste of food is not as good when it first open. The soups bases were nice rich & flavourful before.Like the Tom Yum use to b bomb today it was like water down and a bit too sour. It was a bit disappointing this visit. read more

Who knew hot pot could be so pleasant and relaxing? There is ample space inside the restaurant and at the tables. Each person is then given their own hot pot and plates of food to enjoy at their own pace. Servers were always within reach yet they also gave us a lot of space to freely enjoy our meal without coming over and bothering us too much, I appreciated morethan they may have realized.
